Bright Horizons Cramond Early Learning and Childcare

Our daughter has settled brilliantly and the staff have done an amazing job, even in light of all the restrictions recently. Nothing is too much trouble and our wee girl is thriving. She runs in, demanding breakfast every morning which I think sums up how great the nursery is.

Very friendly and enjoyed our visit. Thank you for showing us around. Our eldest child had a fantastic time here and we hope our younger son will as well. Thanks to all the staff for making it a special time.

My daughter has settled in brilliantly here and the staff have shown to have a lovely relationship with her. She loves the variety of activities and the freedom to choose what she wants to do. Her social skills have massively improved as well, with her confidence with new people. She just loves to be here!

My son has been attending the nursery for two years and he loves it. The staff are friendly and caring. The activities are children led and staff try to make sure they are the children’s interests. Facilities are lovely and the room seems to change often in line with the children’s interests. They go out for walks occasionally, but this does seem to depend on staffing.

Excellent! Keeps us up to date. My son is well taken care of and comes home happily tired. Very happy with the care provided for his allergies too. He has developed really well and made great connections to staff and great friendships.

A lovely nursery with caring, well-trained staff, who provide a wonderful and comprehensive early learning experience for my grandson. Excellent communication in terms of the day to day and in partnership with parents and guardians. Cannot praise Bright Horizons Cramond highly enough.

Friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable staff. Good facilities. All staff in other rooms, know the names of our children. Conveniently located. Outdoor garden. Varying meals including dinner, which is convenient.

Our child loves this nursery and we feel they do a great job with child development and identifying children’s needs. The staff are friendly and professional. They provide individual learning plans tailored to each child.

The past year has been a challenge for all of us and the staff at Cramond managed to make the return to the nursery after lockdown as smooth as possible. My child has a fantastic time there, she loves going and has fun with her friends. They have also been very helpful to me and accommodating to any queries I had. I would recommend it easily to anyone that is looking for a nursery in the area.

The nursery is well run but it would be better if they could run trips external to the nursery for example forest school, swimming lessons, trips to local attractions. My son’s favourite thing to do is to play outside in the construction area.

Fantastic nursery - the girls who work in my little boy's room (he is 2) are absolutely fantastic and couldn't do more to make sure he's happy and having a good time. He's also learnt a lot since attending in the three months since lockdown ended, they work really hard at making sure he's always working on things he can get better at. They also spend loads of time outside with the kids and do different activities every day, which my son loves. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic nursery always has a warm welcoming feel with friendly and caring staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to support families and provide each child with fantastic opportunities to support them and their learning.

My 3 children previously attended Bright Horizons in Cramond and I'm glad to see that the nursery has continued to remain of such a high standard for my nephew and his friends. It is such a welcoming, warm environment with a family feel. The staff are all fantastic and look after me on the odd occasion I pop in to pick my nephew up, they happily show me where to go and ensure I have collected everything I need to. They give me detailed feedback on his day and will even write notes for me to pass on to my sister so I don't forget to pass on important information.

All-round a great nursery. My children have been attending for 2 and 3 years and they are extremely happy there. The staff are amazing and very friendly. My children often talk about the staff when they are away from the nursery which says it all. As a working parent, they make it easy for me as I know my kids are being well looked after and are very happy when I’m not there.

My experience of the nursery has been extremely positive - from the initial visit to the induction visits and the settling in period. Everything was so well organised and the team made me and my daughter feel so well looked after throughout the entire process. The staff are friendly, professional and very caring. The daily feedback and reports are great and my daughter seems to be enjoying herself. The range of activities and learning they do with the children is first-class. Thank you.
