Outstanding nursery. I have two children there. They love the first class nursery and are very settled there. Staff members have been very helpful through and through. My son will really miss everyone when he starts primary school next month. They have really been helpful with the transition process. I highly recommend this nursery.
My son has been going to First Class Nursery baby side since January and he absolutely loves it. At first, we had a few minor concerns but since the staff change, we cannot fault it. He absolutely loves his key worker and I could not ask for anyone better. She is so enthusiastic and immediately tells my partner and I all the details of his day regarding food, naps, activities without us having to pry the information from her. Both her and the management are very approachable and I feel at ease leaving my baby in their care. He often puts his arms out to them when he sees them which is an excellent sign as he always does that to people he truly loves.
The staff are attentive, caring, and put their all into caring for the children and making their days as fun-filled as possible. There were days when I would go to pick my daughter up, and she would cry as she wouldn't want to leave!
The curriculum that they follow is outstanding. The in-depth knowledge gained in various areas from doing projects on an assortment of topics has been fantastic.
The nursery itself is clean, spacious, and has a wide variety of toys for the children to play with. It is safe, secure and enclosed.
The children are fed nutritious, varied meals every day. They are home cooked and full of flavour.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter for all of these years, and we will miss you all when she goes to school!
The staff are always very warm, helpful and understanding of any concerns/requests.
I had concerns at one stage due to several consistent staff members moving on however their replacements have been brilliant and if anything the running of the classroom seems more organised/efficient.
It's a lovely environment to leave your child in and my daughter loves it!
The staff are really nice and very happy to chat and tell me all about my daughters day.
Our experience so far is good. Our daughter is well adapted to the nursery and to all the staff. There is a great variety of toys to play with and we enjoy that the food is home cooked. The nursery was very flexible and agreed to use reusable nappies. There is a good park and it is not close to the main entrance so the children seem safer. The area where the nursery is located is quiet and very green.
The genuine concern and care shown for the settling-in of my 2-year-old was reassuring.
It is great seeing him run up to the door and eagerly want to greet his friends, staff included - always a hug for his favorite girls as he is such a flirt!
My son has an allergy to milk and I am reassured that every staff member is aware of this and his needs are catered to.
