Singleton Day Nursery

My daughter has been in Singleton Day Nursery for just over 6-months. She has settled in very well. All staff that work with her knew her and what her needs are. She does lovely activities every day. The menu is varied, and I cannot fault the standard of food. We use cloth nappies, and the nursery is happy to use them also. Systems and processes are in place so that we always feel like we are involved in our daughter's day (despite being in a pandemic, not entering and masks). My daughter runs in in the morning and is so happy going there, which makes a huge difference to my day.

I recommend this nursery to all my friends. My son has been going here since he was 10-months-old. He has developed strong bonds with the staff; it has also really helped his development and prepared him well for school. My 10-month-old is due to start soon, and it is comforting to know that my son has such good care at this nursery. I am confident his transition to the nursery will be managed well by the staff.

Very happy with the nursery. All staff and management are professional. Well done, and keep it up. I think the children are improving their skills because of the activities that are held every day. Again, very happy and appreciated the remarkable experience.

I had never given up care for her until now, and I am completely reassured that she is treated with the utmost care, through the phone calls of her being unwell are professional. They've provided such a smooth transition to toddlers to preschool, and now she's prepared for school when she turns three. Extremely happy with the service here at Singleton Day Nursery. This nursery is great. My daughter always has a brilliant time, and it's clear the staff are caring, professional, attentive and enjoy working there. Lovely creche with lovely staff. A creche with high standards and excellent indoor and outdoor play areas. Staff are absolutely amazing. All of my boys have been here and loved it. I know my boys are having a great day when they're in this creche.

The staff here are amazing. My son has no issue with going in, loves the girls that care for him and talks about them all the time. They also sort everything out for me when I am in complete chaos! Can’t praise enough.

I have recommended this nursery to many people who I know have been happy with the recommendation. My daughter couldn't be happier to attend. She benefits so much from attending and has really helped her develop. She has learnt so much and been able to enjoy a variety of meals. She has lots of fun, and I know she is well cared for. The team keep me up to date and super friendly.

Our son has been attending Singleton Day Nursery for around 4-years, starting in the babies’ room and now attending play scheme during the school holidays. The staff are excellent and really care about each child individually (the activities are diverse and keep the children engaged throughout the day). From the moment our son started at the nursery, we have felt completely comfortable leaving him in the care of the staff, and to this day, he still loves attending. Would thoroughly recommend Singleton Day Nursery!

The activities for the playscheme always sound fun, good choice of activities, something for everyone to enjoy, learning, playing and relaxing. Would be nice if some snacks were provided in the playscheme.

I love seeing my children happy at the end of their day in the nursery. Receiving updates and messages via the app is so convenient. I feel the staff truly care and are involved with the children and their activities.

Excellent nursery run by very caring and professional staff. Really like the effort they put in with activities and making use of the outdoor space. Can clearly tell that my daughter loves the toddler's group every time we pick her up. They are great at communicating any issues over the phone and through the app. Would highly recommend Singleton Day Nursery.

Everyone is super nice, and communication is great. We feel very confident he is loved and cared for there. He is really happy to go in and has made lots of friends. Outside could be messier for my blood, but it's got more outdoor space than some nurseries.

All the staff are amazing. Not only very attentive to my children's needs but also understanding of sudden changes to childcare issues. I feel the staff take a keen interest in my children and comply with what I find important, such as nap times and routines. I also feel it’s an extra safe place to send my children for various reasons, one being I had to give the children's password or another staff member had to verify me as it's normally my partner the staff meet. My children always seem happy there, and the app keeps me updated with the various things they do! I just wish the “book” of artwork and moments etc, came back, as I feel that I had much more artwork in it than what’s my children bring home.
