My daughter has been in Singleton Day Nursery for just over 6-months. She has settled in very well. All staff that work with her knew her and what her needs are. She does lovely activities every day. The menu is varied, and I cannot fault the standard of food. We use cloth nappies, and the nursery is
happy to use them also. Systems and processes are in place so that we always feel like we are involved in our daughter's day (despite being in a pandemic, not entering and masks). My daughter runs in in the morning and is so happy going there, which makes a huge difference to my day.

I recommend this nursery to all my friends. My son has been going here since he was 10-months-old. He has developed strong bonds with the staff; it has also really helped his development and prepared him well for school. My 10-month-old is due to start soon, and it is comforting to know that my son
has such good care at this nursery. I am confident his transition to the nursery will be managed well by the staff.

When my toddler started going, she would scream at the door as she was so nervous; she now tells me on the day how she loves going and playing with her friends.
They've brought her out of her shell and encouraged her speech, which has come along drastically in the months she's been with the nursery;
they've also catered amazingly to her dietary requirements.
I had never given up care for her until now, and I am completely reassured that she is treated with the utmost care, through the phone calls of her being unwell are professional. They've provided such a smooth transition to toddlers to preschool, and now she's prepared for school when she turns three. Extremely happy with the service here at Singleton Day Nursery. Would bring all my children here!

Singleton Day Nursery has welcomed my daughter with open arms. All the staff ensure that the children are greeted with happy, cheerful faces in the morning. My daughter absolutely loves coming to the nursery; the activities are stimulating, and she is so proud to show me her achievements when she brings
home things she has made.
The app provides peace of mind to parents; it is so reassuring to see how they are getting on throughout the day.
Any queries are dealt with, with the utmost professionalism, and all the staff are happy to support any changes to routines and encourage toilet training.
We are so pleased we chose to send our daughter to Singleton and highly recommended them to any of our friends looking for a nursery for their own children.

My son has been attending Singleton Day Nursery for over a year, and he was so happy there. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive, and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative, and the admin team are so efficient.

Really happy with Singleton schoolhouse. They are so kind and warm with the kids, and my son loves the nursery workers here.

Our son has been attending Singleton Day Nursery for around 4-years, starting in the babies’ room and now attending play scheme during the school holidays. The staff are excellent and really care about each child individually (the activities are diverse and keep the children engaged throughout the day).
From the moment our son started at the nursery, we have felt completely comfortable leaving him in the care of the staff, and to this day, he still loves attending. Would thoroughly recommend Singleton Day Nursery!

My son has been attending the nursery for some time, and he loves it. The staff have a great relationship with him, and they have made a real effort not just to get to know him and his traits, but also keeping up to date with myself and his mum to ensure we know what’s going on there and vice versa.
Very happy with the staff, always accommodating.
Will be sending our next little one to the same nursery, who is currently on the way. This is probably the confirmation of how we feel about the nursery.

Everyone is super nice, and communication is great. We feel very confident he is loved and cared for there. He is really happy to go in and has made lots of friends. Outside could be messier for my blood, but it's got more outdoor space than some nurseries.

All the staff are amazing. Not only very attentive to my children's needs but also understanding of sudden changes to childcare issues. I feel the staff take a keen interest in my children and comply with what I find important, such as nap times and routines. I also feel it’s an extra safe place to
send my children for various reasons, one being I had to give the children's password or another staff member had to verify me as it's normally my partner the staff meet. My children always seem happy there, and the app keeps me updated with the various things they do! I just wish the “book” of artwork and moments etc, came back, as I feel that I had much more artwork in it than what’s my children bring home.
