Singleton Day Nursery

I cannot say what happens during her time there but she always comes home mentally and physically tired so they must fill the day with challenges and activities. They are a lovely team and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the nursery to anyone.

My boy has always loved it here. The food is freshly made and varied. Communication with staff is easy. Rescheduling days and times is made easy with the management and office team. The staff and nursery are very flexible.

My daughter has been coming here for 2 months now and is thriving. The staff are so caring, honest and smiley. Their use of the app is so good - I love getting photos of my daughter in the day. There is such a focus on using the outdoor space when it’s dry. The toys are all immaculate and the staff are so welcoming. My daughter has learned loads of new songs already and has settled so well!

Such a great nursery, both my sons went to Singleton Nursery. They have always loved their time here and very convenient for work. They have learnt so much here from the lovely staff are also very helpful and friendly, always have a very warm welcoming every time. Also, their food is very good with healthy eating. I would highly recommend.

We decided on Singleton after seeing most of the nurseries in Swansea. As soon as I walked in, the setting was so clean, tidy, well looked after and the staff were so friendly. My son has only been coming to Singleton since October, he was really nervous going in and cried a lot which broke my heart. In the short few weeks he’s been in with the toddlers, the staff have been outstanding! They have taken the time to learn about his likes and dislikes and really showed compassion for my son when it came to his first time leaving me. The staff have been so amazing in communicating how he is on a daily basis and putting my mind at ease. The manager has been so accommodating with the days and trial sessions that he has done, she has been outstanding at communicating and ensuring that the transition has been as easy as possible. I also cannot thank the staff in toddlers enough! They've gone above and beyond to ensure that my son, and myself, are both at ease with him being there.

My son is always happy entering and leaving the nursery. He has come on really well since attending, and the staff are always helpful and polite as well as caring and attentive towards the children. I am very happy with the overall experience.

Our 2-year-old is very enthusiastic about attending Singleton Day Nursery. He frequently tells us about all the things he's been up to, including painting, washing baby dolls, riding bikes and counting. Lovely staff. Staff happy to use reusable nappies. I feel safe leaving our child here whilst both parents are at work, knowing he is well cared for and happy.

My son started at Singleton Day Nursery in November from being at another nursery. And honestly, the staff helped him with his transition flawlessly. He took to all the girls and loves them, as the girls love him. I never pick him up with a bad word is said. They say he always makes them laugh and smile. His speech is now brilliant, and he is starting his counting and everything. Turning two in March ‘23, he is just the smartest little boy ever. Not a day goes past when I am not glad I made the move for him to Singleton Day Nursery.

My son has attended since December. Notice since he started, he has flourished with his speech and talking more clearly. Staff are always happy, friendly and so supportive. The app they use is great, as can see what the children are doing, so feel great knowing they are getting taken care of and shown the fun they have. Best nursery by far.

My daughter has been attending Singleton Day Nursery since she was six months old. She is now almost four and still loves it there. The staff are amazing, the food is always great, and communication with parents is excellent. Would recommend it to anybody

We have been really pleased with our experience at Singleton Day Nursery. The staff have been really kind and supportive and have worked with us to help our daughter settle in. The app is used really effectively to share information, and it is easy to keep in touch with staff throughout the day if needed. It has taken our daughter a while to settle in, but the staff have been so caring and committed to helping her find her feet. We would definitely recommend it!

I want to give a special shout-out to his key worker, he absolutely adores her, and every morning, he asks for her. She is kind, caring, understanding, and such a beautiful soul and Singleton nursery is so lucky to have her as a team member. I will forever be grateful to her. We love her to bits, thank you.

Excellent daycare setting. Staff are kind, approachable and caring. Care is mixed with learning and play in a seamless manner. In the preschool room, staff work with children towards Government recommended targets in line with school settings. The meals provided appear healthy and nutritious.

Great nursery, well run, friendly and professional staff. Always kept informed of my daughter's daily tasks. I would recommend this nursery as it shines 100 per cent more than the one my son went to. Thank you.

I'd love there to be an update on who's who staff wise, as many of us that had children join during Covid have never got to meet everyone properly. Everyone is fantastic; I just feel bad I don't know everyone's names!

Everyone is very friendly with a great atmosphere, and my daughter always goes in happy as well as comes out. Always receive great pictures also. Great communication through the app if there's anything we need to.

The staff are very caring, kind and always keep us updated on changing needs. Management has always been very responsive and helpful when we’ve needed to engage with them. Both my children are thriving in this environment!
