My son has been attending nursery from a young age and the experience to date has been excellent. The staff are friendly and caring and my son has been well looked after. He has developed a lot by attending nursery.

We have had such a lovely experience with Singleton Schoolhouse. My daughter has always been very attached to me and the nursery have tried really hard to help her transition. They do such lovely activities throughout the day, they take them outside in garden and out for walks. They communicate with
parents so much and keep us updated throughout the day with photos.
All the staff are very friendly and patient.
They respond to messages about food changes, naps etc with no issues or questions. I'm so grateful for the positive experience we have had so far.

Such a lovely nursery! Our little boy thoroughly enjoys everything about being at Singleton Day Nursery. The staff that work here take so much care over getting to know all of the children that they look after. The provision is fantastic and one of the main reasons we chose this nursery after
visiting 3 others prior to here! We are so happy we chose to place the trust in Singleton Day Nursery to look after our little boy.

Such a lovely place - both our children love it here, and we feel very comfortable leaving them.

The under 2 team & management have just been wonderful. Erin loves coming to nursery & we can go to work safe in the knowledge that she is cared for to the best standard. Thanks for everything!

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for a few months now; she started when she was 10 months old. The under-2s team has been fantastic. They have also been very accommodating with all our requests, ensuring that both parents and children are happy.
Our little girl has been very happy here,
and we can clearly see this reflected in her development. The team posts weekly updates about the various activities they have done, which is really nice for parents to see.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to share developmental milestones and updates more frequently through the app.
Overall, we are very happy to send our daughter here. A special shout-out to Chloe, our baby's key worker, who is incredibly kind and with whom our daughter has clearly developed a strong bond. Thank you to everyone at the nursery for all your hard work!

Nursery staff are always warm and friendly, attentive to details about the children. Broad range of activities offered with lots of outdoor play I feel confident leaving my child in their care.
Management team are pleasant but seem a bit disorganised.
I have received several inaccurate invoices.
Communicating by email is tricky as different people reply depending on the day and it seems a bit hit or miss whether you receive no reply or several replies.

The girls helped settle my son in well and got to know us both and what would help settle him and make us both feel comfortable.

The nursery always have the best interest for my child. I am always informed about my child's day. I love seeing photos of my child enjoying and would like to continue to see these as it gives peace of mind that they are ok. The food my child eats seems to be varied and she enjoys this.
The one
thing I would improve is maybe trips out of the nursery now and then but otherwise my child is really happy.

Fantastic and a world class professional nursery.
It is our first experience in the UK but this nursery is really brilliant and fantastic.
My child first was refusing to be there but the staff were really very friendly and professional to the extent that he is right now sad on the day he is not
going.

Two of my sons have attended Singleton Nursery and the staff there are wonderful. They are always caring and attentive towards the children and my boys have built some lovely relationships with the staff over the years. We have always been happy with the experience we've had at Singleton.

Fantastic nursery who have been phenomenal with my daughter over the last few years. They really have developed her into an intelligent and funny little girl. Without the nursery, we would not have the support that we desperately needed. Shoutout to two staff members in particular who have been huge

My son has attended Singleton Nursery for over 3 years. He absolutely loves it! Watching him thrive in this environment has been a joy. The staff are friendly, caring and attentive. My little boy is always excited to go into nursery, he loves the food and eats well - the menu is always varied and
nutritious. I wouldn't hesitate to send any future children here!

My sons just moved up to toddlers and the transition has been brilliant. The staff have helped him settle in and I feel happy knowing that he's settled and feels safe. The staff have been great and communicative.

Excellent nursery. Only really have experience with under 2s however the all the staff are lovely and so friendly and have been so reassuring with our 6-month-old. It is a pleasure dropping her off with the team who always seem happy to see you during drop offs and pick ups. Thank you for all you

The nursery is wonderful, and the staff are amazing. Our child has been attending for 5 months, and we've had a very positive experience so far. The staff are so friendly and lovely, and have really taken the time to get to know our child individually and her needs/desires. The staff pay attention
to detail, and have made accommodations to ensure our child has the best experience possible.
The regular app updates are very reassuring as a parent, to know when our child has eaten, had a nap etc., and it's lovely to receive regular updates and photos of activities they've been doing. The activities even for the little ones seem to be varied, fun, and supportive for their growth and development in every area (motor skills, communication, creativity, reading etc). The outdoor space is also a great provision!
Overall we would highly recommend the nursery.

My two children attend singleton day nursery, we can't fault the nursery, they are amazing with our boys and they love coming to the nursery, the staff are amazing and they love all the activities and exploring outside in the garden.
