My son has been attending since 2021 and has progressed through each stage/room. He loves going to nursery and learns so much. He brings learning and positive routines home, plus shares his experiences with the caring staff. He also loves the food and eats so well whilst at nursery which stands him
in good stead with his nutrition skills for life. Thank you.

I have two children who have attended the nursery since they were 11 months and 3 years old. We chose the nursery before moving here after a short visit and we're so glad we did; both have thrived since joining and received excellent and sympathetic care on this big transition.
Our elder still attends
in school holidays and our younger has thrived as he's gone through Under 2s, Toddlers, and now Pre-school. We've been especially impressed with the amount of outside space and time spent playing there and the high quality of equipment and learning experiences they've both had. The staff are brilliant; give them a raise!

We have had a really positive experience at Singleton Day Nursery. Our 14-month-old really enjoys it there. There are lots of different activities, the staff are very caring and friendly and great communication. I love that they sing regularly together as my daughter loves music and in Welsh sometimes.
The meals are varied and healthy and they promote independence by giving her her own spoon. Thank you all, we really appreciate it.

Wonderful nursery! The staff are amazing and have helped our daughter settle in so easily. They have been brilliant, educational activities set up for the children to take part in daily. Under 2s have been amazing with our daughter. She settled brilliantly with them. They clearly know her very well, you can tell she is happy to go into nursery with all of the members of staff. I've been really happy with her development, she eats well, sleeps well there, generally seems happy in there
when pick her up. They make an effort with updates, put on events, ask parents to join for parents evenings- which was a really lovely evening!

Extremely happy with the nursery and staff. My little girl (3.5 years of age- preschool) loves going and has always talked about what they've done and the staff, so no complaints! Queries on the whole have been resolved and quickly. The odd occasion has needed to be chased due to using the app rather
than calling. Have not always agreed with some terms of meal choices. I have felt can be Veggie/Vegan heavy to cater for those diets.

This nursery has been useful in facilitating my transition back to work and gently easing my baby into the nursery experience. My baby wasn't so sure about nursery at the start but with time she now thoroughly enjoys attending. She loves bringing cuddly toys to show her friends and favourite members
of staff. I like the way I can see what my baby is up to with an app e.g. food eaten, photos of activities and even bowel motions. The only aspect we struggled with is frequent minor illnesses but this is an inevitable part of nursery and seems to be slowly improving with time. Overall I would recommend this nursery, particularly to parents who work long hours.

My son has been attending Singleton Day Nursery for over 5 months now and he is so happy there. All of the staff have a great rapport with the children. They are really nurturing and supportive. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative. I have been given great feedback regarding
eating habits, playtime and what he finds interesting. The regular observations are not only very informative but also reassuring.
The general communications from the admin team at Singleton Day Nursery are also exemplary.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my son.

Great setting. The girls are all lovely! My son's smile on collection is enough. We love all the activities and the structure of the nursery. Diet and sleep were a big factor for us. Food can be adapted. Sleep there was no set structure at first, which allowed us to let the team know when we wanted
our son put down this worked perfectly. The manager is really helpful and goes over and above to make sure you are happy and will do what she can to accommodate and help you with any queries that she can within her remit, likewise with the rest of the staff. I would recommend this setting.

I am very happy with my child attending this nursery. She is happy to jump into the arms of whoever comes to the door, so I know she feels safe and secure there. Seeing her day on the app is great, so I know what she’s eaten and when she’s slept. They do lots of playing outside, and she is learning
things like new actions to songs. I would like to be able to go inside to see them playing at drop-off or pick-up though. It is a shame it is all behind closed doors, and it would be reassuring to see her playing with her friends briefly or see some of the toys or activities that they do. I imagine waiting at the front door started during Covid, but we are years down the line now, and it would be nice to be welcomed in and taken to see your child playing at pick up.
I’ve marked five stars for lots of things in this review, but actually, I have no idea how clean it is or what resources or activities and toys there are.

Overall good experience. Feel safe and secure by leaving my child there. The nursery is near my home. So commuting is short. Love the app. Got regular updates about their meals and sleep. Helps make them disciplined and confident.

Nursery staff members are lovely, kind and caring!
Office staff/management is extremely poor! Gives the wrong amounts to pay, waits till builds up then chases for money!
2nd year in a row now! has caused extreme stress after I asked well before September that they sort the invoices properly this academic
year.

Our daughter loves it there, she is always quite happy to jump out of our arms into the arms of any of the staff that open the door, so we know she feels safe and comfortable with all of the staff.
I cannot say what happens during her time there but she always comes home mentally and physically tired
so they must fill the day with challenges and activities. They are a lovely team and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the nursery to anyone.

We decided on Singleton after seeing most of the nurseries in Swansea. As soon as I walked in, the setting was so clean, tidy, well looked after and the staff were so friendly. My son has only been coming to Singleton since October, he was really nervous going in and cried a lot which broke my heart.
In the short few weeks he’s been in with the toddlers, the staff have been outstanding! They have taken the time to learn about his likes and dislikes and really showed compassion for my son when it came to his first time leaving me. The staff have been so amazing in communicating how he is on a daily basis and putting my mind at ease. The manager has been so accommodating with the days and trial sessions that he has done, she has been outstanding at communicating and ensuring that the transition has been as easy as possible. I also cannot thank the staff in toddlers enough! They've gone above and beyond to ensure that my son, and myself, are both at ease with him being there.

Such a great nursery, both my sons went to Singleton Nursery. They have always loved their time here and very convenient for work. They have learnt so much here from the lovely staff are also very helpful and friendly, always have a very warm welcoming every time. Also, their food is very good with

My daughter has been coming here for 2 months now and is thriving. The staff are so caring, honest and smiley. Their use of the app is so good - I love getting photos of my daughter in the day. There is such a focus on using the outdoor space when it’s dry. The toys are all immaculate and the staff
are so welcoming. My daughter has learned loads of new songs already and has settled so well!

My son has been attending the nursery for nearly four years now, and we are so happy with the care and attention he is having at the nursery.
All staff members are kind, calm, helpful and professional; I always feel that he is in very safe hands while at the nursery. We especially enjoy the regular
updates from his key worker, who always keeps us updated on his day and learning progress.
I also wanted to mention how helpful and friendly the management team are, always on hand to deal with any enquiries that we have.
It really is a fantastic nursery, and sending our son there is the best decision we ever made.

Our 2-year-old is very enthusiastic about attending Singleton Day Nursery. He frequently tells us about all the things he's been up to, including painting, washing baby dolls, riding bikes and counting. Lovely staff. Staff happy to use reusable nappies. I feel safe leaving our child here whilst both
parents are at work, knowing he is well cared for and happy.
