Baby Acorns, Roath

All the staff at Baby Acorns, Roath massively contributed to my child's education and happiness and the support and care is second to none. I am delighted my child has spent an incredible 3 years growing and being nurtured by such a hands-on and caring group of individuals. Highly recommended.

A lovely friendly environment that our daughter has settled into brilliantly. She has consistency in her key workers which has helped with her confidence. The nursery environment is clean open and full of exciting and varied things for the children to play with. I am very happy with the service that the nursery offers.

Since my daughter has been attending Acorns she has come along so much. She is a confident girl. She loves reading, activities, singing and dancing. I believe that Acorns helped her develop in all of the things listed. The staff are amazing so welcoming, always smiling and always taking time and care for my daughter. I honestly couldn't be any happier with the staff they make you feel really comfortable about leaving our daughter in their care.

Acorns Nursery looks after both my boys and does a fantastic job. We have had our eldest in acorns from 1 till primary school. They have done a fantastic job teaching mu boys excellent socialisation skills and the info we receive each day is top notch. We would not hesitate to recommend Acorns.

Our son has been in the nursery since he was 8 1/2 months old and we have been really pleased and happy with the care provided. He settled very quickly and his care has been phenomenal. We chose Baby Acorns based on recommendations from friends/colleagues. The staff are all so approachable and well trained. I would not have felt as secure at other sites as especially as its set up for babies and sensory play it's been so reassuring.

When our daughter hurt herself, the staff looked after her brilliantly. The food that is served surpasses our expectations and we are pleased with the variation. Good work!

My son is really enjoying his time at Baby Acorns. The staff are very warm and welcoming and have helped him to settle in quickly. We love reading about his day, what he has eaten and done during the day. We never worry about leaving him at Baby Acorns in the morning as we know he is in safe hands.

Our little girl loves spending time at the nursery. The days are varied and staff are friendly and helpful. We've found the menu options to be great, with a wide variety that changes throughout the year.

We have visited 4 different nurseries in Cardiff before sending our 9-month old for 4 full days a week, but this one stood out. This is a very clean (in comparison to others) and well-organised nursery with babies up to the age of 2.5. The care is very good and my daughter loves going there. The staff is professional and always positive. They change on average 4-5 nappies a day which I am very happy with as never had any nappy rash issues. Meals vary a lot and in 95% my little one eats everything. There is a separate cot room for little babies which was very important point on our checklist. It is quite expensive in comparison to other nurseries in the area but there is no charge for Bank Holidays like in the others.

Home from home environment, my son settled in really well. We were really pleased they offered settling before he started. Staff were friendly. The security was very good. Feedback given was 'is always personal'.
