A very caring and well-run nursery. Our child felt at home here very quickly and we felt very reassured they were getting good care and were enjoying themselves. Regular updates via app on what they were up to, their meals, naps and nappies which is helpful when planning evenings. A daily summary of the day's activities, which were partly structured, varied and fun. Good communication at all times. A really good facility with a great garden. At the top end of local prices, but worth it.

All three of my children have attended baby acorns and have loved it. They settled in well, made friends and loved all the activities. We have had every trust in the staff and watched our children thrive. There is a common sense approach to any day to day challenges and the nursery have always been accommodating with any additional support. I would certainly recommend Baby acorns, and I know the grandparents have been impressed too. Thank you to the managers, and the rest of the team.

Both our children have been at Baby Acorns and absolutely loved it. I feel confident and happy every morning that my youngest - who is still there - is going off to have a great day and so does she. The nursery works really hard to communicate with parents both the fun things and any challenges eg toddler behavioural issues. The range of activities (creative, educational, yoga!) is always changing and they have lots of time outside when the weather permits, the garden is one of the reasons we chose the nursery in the first place - so much space. Above all it's the people working at baby acorns who make is so special, both in the care for the children and positive energy that amazingly seems to persist all day long until pick up time. We are so happy to have found this nursery for our kids' first years.

Baby Acorns has been amazing for my little boy. The care, dedication, and warmth shown by the manager and her fantastic team has been outstanding. Their passion for early years education shines through in everything, and I couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact they have had on my son's development. The indoor and outdoor activities are brilliant. There is always something engaging and stimulating for the children. The food is fresh, nutritious, and delicious. It's reassuring to know that my little one is getting healthy, balanced meals every day. The communication with parents is excellent. The team keeps me well-informed and involved, and they go the extra mile to arrange activities for parents to attend, making me feel like a real part of my son's early learning. My son has come on leaps and bounds. I will always be grateful for everything Baby Acorns has done for him. If you're looking for a nurturing, fun, and well-run nursery, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Baby acorns has been a joy to take my daughter to. The staff are the loveliest people and we couldn't be happier that she is spending a few days with them every week. We love how happy the staff are to tell us everything she has been up to in the day. Our only issue is that the parking can be frustrating.

My son attends Baby Acorns, and we think it's brilliant. The staff are very attentive to his needs. He absolutely loves being there The facilities and garden space are fantastic. He loves the food at Baby Acorns, I can't recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter has received a holistic approach, caring to her individual medical needs. Taking great care and understanding to learn more and communicate with me for clear documentation. Staff are clear communicators happy, cheery, jolly, friendly and approachable. Never too much to talk to me. Feel my daughter is in a safe environment to facilitate a professional care not negative. App not used much. Acorns elite nursery! ICT - Know have exposure to ICT unsure what. Facilities - not aware of recent outdoor space. Learning good, limited knowledge on activities/learning outcome.

We are really happy with the care that Baby Acorns offers our son, he is really happy there. I was very anxious at the start but they helped him settle so quickly and now he loves being dropped off. The environment is so warm and cosy and the food is excellent. Our son has come on leaps and bounds with confidence since starting to play with other children and the staff treat them like they are their own. It is on the more expensive end of the scale for the area but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. They do so many activities with them too - far more than me at home! A lovely nursery.

My daughter loves her days at nursery here. I can see how much she is thriving and gets from her time with the team. I can't praise their care enough. Staff are so friendly and caring. Always going that extra bit further to make me as a parent feel settled leaving my baby and my daughter just adores them. Always a warm welcome. Very clean, bright and great facilities inside and out for the children. My daughter is engaged and learning (without realising it) every day. Great activities planned (you can tell time and effort is put into the planning). My daughter definitely enjoys her meal times as well, always well balanced and a great variety of food. Location is also very convenient. Great nursery, I highly recommend.

All aspects of the Baby Acorns experience have been excellent. The organisational aspects (email correspondence, contacting for illness, newsletters) are superb. The attentive care our daughter receives with the team is second to none. They were extremely supportive of both us as new parents and our daughter during the settling-in stages too. The team are so lovely at pick up and drop off and always gives us a personalised update of the day. Our daughter is blossoming into a wonderful little human in their care and we couldn't be more happy with the service the team provide.

Our little boy already loves going to nursery and doing different activities each day! We can also relax knowing he's happy and in safe hands. The staff are friendly and personable. We receive enough updates throughout the day and take comfort in the attentiveness of the staff! Brilliant nursery and we love sending our son there!

Our 2-year-old son absolutely loves going to Baby Acorns over the last year. He's developed so much and learning new things every day and has become such a happy and sociable child. We have had such an amazing experience at Baby Acorns. Our little girl started when she was around 10 months old and has flourished over the last year and a half. The level of care and attention to detail shown by the staff is exceptional. They have formed great relationships with ourselves, as parents, but most importantly, our little girl adores her key workers and is so happy there. Would highly recommend Baby Acorns.

After visiting many nurseries around Cardiff, we feel Baby Acorns was definitely the right choice for us. Our child has settled in really well and I feel happy knowing what a great environment he's in. Everything is just right, the building, the garden and facilities are well set up. Lovely people work here and clearly care about looking after and engaging with the children.

We were very anxious when placing our child into the nursery. We wanted to ensure he was happy and safe and had an environment where he could thrive! Baby Acorns has all that and more! It is fantastic! The staff are friendly, professional, approachable and very knowledgeable in childcare. Our son runs into the nursery every week and never looks back. I can go to work content in knowing how happy he is throughout the day. Receiving photos via an app they use always brightens my day! We would highly recommend Baby Acorns to anyone who was thinking of placing their child into daycare.

We have been blown away by the care and support provided by Baby Acorns, Roath. Our daughter had thrived in this setting and had made plenty of friends. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and kind and we could ask for a better service. The updated daily and through the app provide a great insight into their busy/productive days.

Baby acorns has been a joy to take my daughter to. The staff are the loveliest people and we couldn't be happier that she is spending a few days with them every week.
