Our daughter has been at Acorns for the last two years since she was ten months old. We would definitely recommend Acorns, it is more expensive than other nurseries, but it's worth it. The staff are great and our daughter looks forward to going.

A superb nursery. Calm, well-managed and spotless. The staff always have a smile and we are always greeted by name by anyone who answers the door to us on a morning. The atmosphere is happy, fun and relaxed. And amazingly organised and quiet, given the number of busy small people they are minding. My children are known individuals and time is taken really getting to know them. The facilities are lovely, especially the outdoor space. And Boris the tortoise is a great addition to the team. Acorns Whitchurch, allows me to put my work head on without any hesitation that my daughters are being totally cared for. And my children love it there. My toddler is always brimming with excited chatter about her day when I collect her and refers to Acorns as 'friends' not nursery.

We have been very happy with the standard of care provided at Acorns Whitchurch to our child over the last two years. Activity planners are issued so parents are aware of themes for the next 6 weeks and home activities that tie-in are encouraged. A wide and varied menu is provided and all food is home-cooked on the premises for each meal. Staff are outstanding and show genuine warmth and compassion for the children in their care. Opening times cater for early drop-offs and children are always greeted by name and with a smile at the door. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

We have found Acorns to be a very friendly and approachable setting for my child.
The care, attention and support all the teacher's show is visibly noticeable as soon as you enter the nursery.
My son loves the activities they do on a daily basis and looks forward to setting about this day of Acorns with all this friends and teachers.

A very well high standard establishment with all the learning needs a child/baby requires.

My daughter began with Acorns at 7 months which was a great time to start and attends 2 days per week. She has recently moved up to the toddler group and has a wonderful bond with the carers in both groups. She experiences wonderful things at the nursery through the activities and interaction with the other children as well as the seasonal/themed events. During times she has been poorly, which are inevitable particularly at the beginning, I have been thoroughly pleased with the nursery's response going above and beyond in the care and compassion they give. She seems to be growing into a confident and talkative little girl which has been supported by Acorns Whitchurch. Other family members' children have attended the nursery in the past, some of whom are now in high school. Staff who looked after them are still working there now which I think speaks volumes for the organisation.

Fantastic setup and extremely friendly staff. All staff seem to know all the children which makes my son feel more at home when he arrives in the morning.

The only downside is that there is no wraparound care option for the local school, but this is minor in comparison to how happy my son is attending.

Acorns is a calm and welcoming environment. All the staff are friendly and approachable, and my child’s key workers know him really well. We get detailed feedback at the end of each day. The variety of food available on the menu is excellent. The activities planned are fun and educational. The garden is also a lovely place for the children to play. I would recommend Acorns Whitchurch as a nursery.
