The staff at Playland Day Nursery is friendly, caring and always greet with a happy smiling face which ensures my baby is in safe hands.They inform you about how your child was entire day with important/minute details that helps to understand baby's day.

Wonderful place, very warm and friendly atmosphere. My daughter quickly adapted, she comes there willingly. She always leaves happy. The staff is very helpful and committed. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot praise this place enough! The staff have been incredible with both of our sons. Our eldest attended a couple of years ago and now our youngest attends. Their care and patience is incredible, he is awaiting to be diagnosed with suspected autism and their support has been incredibly generous
and helpful. Our son has developed a lot since starting in early 2024 and we cannot thank them enough!

My son has been with the nursery since he was a year old and all I can say is that the staff are receptive, lovely, and friendly. The environment is child friendly and my son always looked forward to going in.
I recommend this nursery as I received good information from them and daily log of my son's
activities which makes me feel I was with him during those times at the nursery.

Playland has been looking after my eldest for nearly 8 years and now after my youngest. I 100% trust Playland with my children and it is so important to know that my children are safe, very well looked after and having fun while I am at work. Staff are so, so lovely and friendly at all times. They are
always approachable and willing to help. They have the patience of a saint when it comes to very chatty parents (me). Food is always great, never had any issues. My oldest always liked their food and my youngest lives for their food They always make sure children have a variety of foods and try new things to promote healthy eating. Handovers are always offered and they always write down on children's individual books a brief description of how the child's day has been. On their private page, they post daily photos with children and in the post, it is outlined thoroughly what kind of activities they had throughout the day. I would choose Playland over and over again without a doubt!

As a mum who was so anxious to put their little girl in nursery the staff made me feel really at ease with the transition from settling in sessions to her actual starting date. I can honestly say it was the best thing I could’ve done for my baby. The minute she sees any of the staff members she has
the biggest smile on her face.
My little girl has come on so much since being here and she’s become so much more sociable. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

Couldn’t praise the staff more! Very polite and accommodating, always have time for a quick chat and are always professional. My little girl has come on leaps and bounds since starting in January this year with her speech and learning to share amongst other skills.

My daughter joined this nursery in December 2023. Both of us are new to the area and so going to a new school as well as moving to a new home was a big transition for a 2-year-old. My daughter settled in immediately. She absolutely loves it there. She doesn’t stop from the minute she walks through the
nursery doors to the minute she comes home. The staff are all so lovely and my daughter’s confidence has come on leaps and bounds. I’d most definitely recommend this nursery to anybody.

I have just become involved in the drop-off and pick up of the grandies. My grandson loves coming to nursery. When we have had a problem or needed a little help, the staff have accommodated our need and come on board to help with potty training etc. What a marvellous place and such friendly and helpful

Excellent nursery! My little girl loves going and always has so much fun. Staff are lovely and very accommodating, especially now my little girl is in school - Playland pick her up and take her back to the nursery with all her friends. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since November 2023 and she is now 10 months old. She loves going there, always gets excited to see the staff and they are great at communicating what she’s been up to with photos and a list of what’s been going on and then more specific information in her
communication book. She has developed skills she wouldn’t have at home including climbing the stairs (steps to the slide in the nursery) has led to her safely climbing 5 stairs at home and getting herself safely back to the bottom of the stairs without needing my help. She is thriving so much. Very grateful to Playland for the great care they are taking of my baby.

Our little one started with Playland a few months ago and absolutely loves it here, straight in at the door with no tears which tells me everything. The staff really do make it such a brilliant place and you can see the genuine affection they have for those in their care.

Both my children love Playland! My daughter has been coming here since she was a baby now she’s in pre-school. She loves all her meals. I see photos of what she’s been up to. Both children have always been happy and never once looked back when they have been dropped off. They have always kept me updated.
If I’ve needed to change a day, they’ve been happy to do that. Communication has been brilliant via email when I’ve needed to ask questions or get in touch. I couldn’t ask for a better nursery for my children to go to!

My grandson attends this nursery, so many people rated it, from day one at 9 months old he’s loved it and never has he not wanted to attend. He has learnt so much and still learning more, he’s very independent and loves to help with everything, this is down to Playland. From a young age, he’s learnt
so many skills.

My child has attended since September 2023 and I have watched her grow and develop skills so fast. The staff go above and beyond to cater to her milk intolerance.
The staff make me feel safe and relaxed about the care of my daughter and I love seeing how excited she gets about attending when I drop
her off in the mornings.

My twins have been in this nursery since September! So only 4 months and the difference in them both is unbelievable, they have come on so well individually with their very own personalities and both have come on amazing with their speech! They walk in with no problems, sometimes I don’t even get a
goodbye because they are so excited to get in there. Staff are all lovely and explain the day they have had when I pick them up. Highly recommend.

A lovely day nursery with friendly and helpful staff. Always a lovely handover at the end of the day so you know what your child's day has been like, along with photographs, updates, events and such. There are always plenty of variety in activities for the children to do to help them learn and grow.
My daughter always goes in and comes out happy!

Both our children go to Playland Day Nursery. Our first child has attended Playland since May 2022, and our second child has attended since I returned to work in March 2023 (following his maternity leave). Both the baby room and preschool room are wonderful- the nursery has such a special, family feel
to it, whilst also being very professionally run.
The staff really care about my children, which makes leaving them, and going to work so much easier! Both children love being part of Playland, and come home very happy, with lots of lovely photos and stories of their day.
We are so grateful we found this nursery. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering sending their children here.
