My little boy started in Playland in October just after he turned 1. I knew from visiting the nursery straight away that this was the one I wanted to send him to. It's small, homely and the care and attention the children receive was clear to see. Viewing nurseries as a first time parent can be so
overwhelming but I felt at ease at Playland straight away and as anxious as I was about sending him initially, I have never once felt worried dropping him off here because I know how well looked after and cared for he is.
The staff are friendly and always take the time to chat and as a whole I have found them very approachable and accommodating. I love reading the daily diary and looking through the photos uploaded makes my day. It's so lovely to see him enjoying himself, doing new things, growing and learning in a different environment. He always seems to be doing something different there and I like that he has a lot of outdoor play.

The best nursery wouldn't take my children anywhere else. Staff are amazing and 21 month old daughter smiles when we approach the nursery, she loves every minute.
They're always doing different activities with them indoors and outdoors.
I feel safe leaving my daughter with them which enables me
to works.
They are flexible and have added Darcy in last minute for extra days when nanny or myself poorly.

Our daughter absolutely loves going here. Her little face lights up on arrival, she adores the staff as if they are family. They go above and beyond to ensure the children are always doing amazing activities that not only engage them but also educate. We get regular photo updates which as a parent
is really reassuring and its fantastic to get an insight to what she's been up to all day! They also take the children on lots of little day trips which is amazing to see they are not just stuck in all day like other nurseries. Absolutely amazing! 10/10 highly recommend if you want peace of mind that your child is being well looked after.

Abit worried about the whole sending my 12 month old to a nursery ! I booked a few viewings for couple of nurseries first being playland . Ceri was so warm and welcoming and being introduced to not only the baby room staff where my son would be-staying I went round the whole of the nursery and met
all the staff which I can only say was a warm family feel as soon as I walked in the door , I came from there so reassured and happy to leave my son here I cancelled my other viewings and asked for a place . My son is now 17 months old and has been going there now for over 5 months and he is thriving , the staff in the baby room are super great big thanks to Hayley and the team .
He comes home each time with a diary of the food he's ate , sleep times , nappy changes his mood etc which is lovely to read each day . I would highly recommend playland to anyone looking for a nursery , my son loves going all different activities I can't wait to hear all the adventures planned for summer !

My daughter started this nursery just before she turned one , I was very apprehensive about putting her in one but as soon as I went to see playland I just felt at ease. The staff here are all lovely and go above and beyond , we have a book to tell us what she's been up to which I love to read at
the end of her day, And pictures are put up daily too. I cannot recommend this nursery enough they are a fantastic team. Thank you for taking such good care of my little girl xxx

Absolutely incredible highly recommend and such lovely staff I feel my child is very looked after here I wouldn't go anywhere else they meet all my child's needs when needed and very good at letting you know when there is events happening

My daughter loves going to Playland, we are kept up to date on how she is doing with a book and photos. She always comes from here happy, the staff are absolutely lovely! I always recommend Playland!

What a fantastic nursery! Hayley is the baby room leader and she is just so lovely. Every day we are welcomed with a smile. When we pick up our daughter we get told all about her day and receive a diary about what she has eaten, what sleep she has had, what her mood has been like and what she has
enjoyed that day. I feel that Playland has always encouraged my daughter to reach new milestones and they genuinely seem to care. Every staff member is so nice and friendly. The nursery itself has lots of activities and toys to keep little ones entertained. The nursery has a great variety of food and a three week rolling rota which my daughter seems to enjoy. Playland often have little parties to celebrate special occasions such as Christmas which is so lovely to see. I love receiving the photos of my daughter each day to see what she has been getting up to. Thank you to all the staff for all that they do. Amazing nursery all round and couldn't recommend it enough!

My eldest son went to Playland in 2018 and they were wonderful back then.
My youngest son started Playland when he was 1 years old, he had additional health needs and needed regular medicine, Playland took the time to invite us as parents in to ensure they followed our sons care correctly and to
ensure they were all aware of my sons medical needs, I've never felt so comfortable leaving my son with such amazing staff, I dread the day he needs to leave. Wonderful staff, wonderful nursery.

Truly, all the staff love their jobs, and this place feels like a family. My child is as comfortable and happy as if they were at home. There are classmates from all nationalities, and they treat each one with the same care.

Overall I'm happy with the nursery and would recommend people to go and view it as the pictures don't do the space justice.
As a family we wanted a nursery that felt homely, had a good staff to child ratio and provided a good space whilst not being too big. With that in mind we thought Playland
would be perfect, and honestly it has been.
My son enjoys going every week and the staff have really made the effort to connect with him. As a parent I like the daily pictures via the closed social media group and also like written daily diary which contains information on food, activities etc. With all that, as a parent my mind has really been put at ease as I know what he's getting out of the day.
My only wish is to be able to come into the setting to collect my child rather than being greeted at the door, although I'm aware that this is common in most settings.

Where do I begin, from the moment I drive into the drive to drop my daughter off at nursery she's got a smile from ear to ear, she gets greeted every morning by the nursery manager Ceri, who my daughter greets with the biggest of smiles. I've noticed my daughter has come on so much ever since
joining this nursery, she's gained her own little personality, she absolutely adores the baby room staff she's bonded with them almost immediately which as her mum is lovely to see, I know she's well looked after and cared for here. The staff here are very helpful and let you know about your child's little adventures daily. From a mum who was really worried how her daughter would settle and get on in nursery, to now feeling happy and confident that's she's well looked after and cared for here, I would recommend anyone to come to playland x

Definitely the best ever nursery.. My son everyday wake up with a happy face and asking me to take to the nursery.. Staff is too good.. I'll not hesitate to recommend anyone.. My little one started talking more and they potty train him really nicely.. I'm very happy that my son got opportunity to go

All the staff at Playland are very welcoming and happy. They make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. It has taken a couple of months but since starting, my child has gone from screaming to not go to wanting to go to school/nursery. It has been a heartwarming experience to see my child develop
in this way thanks to the caring nature of the lovely people who work here and care for our children

My kid had the most happiest and useful months in playland nursery, when we came first time he had absolutely no English, but after a period of time he speaks and communicate in English, he always been happy to go there every morning,this was a sign of comfort as we as parents always love when our
kids get fun, the staff there are kind, polite, professional they are lovely in all meanings , I have been never worried about my kid when he's there as I know he is in the right place with the right persons , as for the place it self it is a cozy look like victoriana style made for kids it is such a heaven for them with all toys around and multiple activities they do . I my self recommend playland as our experience there were superb.

My daughter started at playland nursery in September, she has settled in so well and that's all down to the lovely ladies that care for her. She enjoys everyday that she goes and has lots of fun and is coming on leaps and bounds.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Playland! The staff are kind, attentive and always welcoming. Daily photos kept us reassured and connected. The communication from the staff is outstanding, they're always approachable, open to questions, and quick to address any concerns. It's also
wonderful to see how much our child loves going to nursery, which speaks volumes about the care and attention they receive.

Lovely friendly nursery with very supportive staff. The nursery is a great place with lots of learning opportunities and my granddaughter has loved her time here in playland. Great communication, and always felt listened to about any concerns.

Amazing day nursery which has accommodated both of my children for holiday club and day nursery needs.
Fantastic staff that are lovely warm amd supportive and very professional and approachable.
The nursery is always clean and well kept and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best
childcare.

Such an amazing nursery, with very supportive staff. My daughter has been coming here since she was 7 months old, and she is 4 next month; she has never not wanted to go to nursery and adores all the staff here. I'm very glad I decided to bring my daughter here, she has absolutely thrived!
