Kids 1st Hexham have been fantastic with all 3 of my children. The staff are fantastic and have always been approachable and friendly.
He excited to be discovering new activities and new friends, we are happy to see how much he's enjoying the experience. It means a lot to us.
Very friendly and lovely staff make you feel welcome and would/have recommended to everyone. My daughter and son both go to Kids 1st Hexham and love it. Always very clean and smells lovely too. Very flexible with changing days and the nursery hours are fab too.
The care that my little boy gets at Kids 1st is excellent. He loves going there and I feel happy and confident leaving him there. The staff are fantastic and really care for the kids they look after. I couldn't be more happy with the care my son gets.
Since my two children have started nursery (summer 2016) I have had a very good experience altogether. My children (daughter 14 months and son 3 years old) are very happy to be here. They love coming in, the staff, the food and all the activities that are organised. Lots of cuddles and love in the baby room and the environment is quite relaxed. Outside time and interesting activities (like French, Dance etc) in the preschool room. My children are happy here and so am I.
Kids 1st have been wonderful for my children. Their development is really noticeable and their confidence has grown. I would definitely recommend Kids 1st to any parent. The staff at Hexham are wonderful.
Our child absolutely loves attending the nursery, he enjoys the range of activities which are varied. His understanding and use of words have developed extremely well since starting at this nursery, we are overwhelmed with how much progress he has made since he started. We are confident and reassured on his safety and well-being, the staff are excellent, they are professional and fantastic to deal with. Our boy has nutritious balanced meals which he loves, and we know he is looked after and cared for in their capable hands. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kids 1st in Hexham, their facilities are brilliant and the staff are lovely.

Meet the Team (1)
My name is Eleanor Borrowdale I have worked in childcare all my adult life. I Qualified as a level 3 (NNEB) and then completed a degree in Childcare studies.
I have worked at Kids1st Hexham since May 22 and I have enjoyed developing rooms and promoting curiosity play and natural resources. I am a SENCO and enjoy working with outside agencies to ensure all children reach their full potential.
I am proud of the success I have achieved over the last few years, and I hope to continue with this in the future.
