Little Ladybirds Day Nursery is an Ofsted rated 'good' nursery (May 2023) situated in a purpose-built venue in Stockton, Teesside. Within the nursery, care is provided for children aged six weeks through to five-years-old.

The nursery is divided into four main rooms, all of which are designed to meet the requirements of the early years foundation stage. Within a very large pre-school room children have access to iPads, touch-screen computers and interactive whiteboards. Outside there is a large play area which utilises natural materials and includes a water wall and mud kitchen.

The staff team at Little Ladybirds includes an early years teacher and all staff are trained in paediatric first aid.

There are a number of extra-curricular activities provided at no extra charge at Little Ladybirds, including football, French and signing tots.

The nursery provides flexibility on days and two, three and four-year-old grant funding is available.

Both my daughter and son have attended this nursery and it is fantastic. The staff were great at helping them settle in and they have both loved going to nursery. Leaving young children to go to work is really hard but Little Ladybirds have made it so much easier. I have always recommended this nursery
to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Little Ladybirds is a fantastic Nursery. My son has been attending since he was 10 months old and will be leaving this month to go to school Nursery. All the staff are fantastic, brilliant with the children! My son struggled to transition into an older room but the staff were great in helping him and
supporting us. Would highly recommend. Flexible days available as long as you give plenty of notice on what days you want. Nursery rooms are all spacious, clean and so much fun with some brilliant role play areas. The outdoor areas which my son always tells me about is great and they always get the kids out there to play! My son has come on leaps and bounds, and Little Ladybirds has played a huge part in this. Overall a fantastic nursery with great facilities and resources for the children with lovely food and number 1 staff. Thank you!!!

My daughter was very happy here, she made some lovely friends and is sad to leave. The staff are lovely, every wish / piece of info was always handed down.
The nursery offered lots of extras like football, German, sing and sign, the library bus.
Managaement are very approachable and helpful.
Food
looked lovely too and my daughter who is fussy enjoyed lots of healthy meals and snacks.

My daughter was in little ladybirds from around 7-month-old to age 4. All of the staff are lovely and friendly. My daughter has progressed so much from all the help and support of the teachers and assistants. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son absolutely loved his time in this nursery, they were so good with him and his health problems. The staff are friendly and polite, their food is freshly cooked every day for the children, very clean and really worth it.

Our son absolutely loves Little Ladybirds and we do too!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really put me at ease when leaving our baby in their care. The pictures he brings home are lovely and help us know what he has been up to. I recommend the nursery to all my friends.

This is an amazing nursery and the children are at the heart of everything they do. My child was always happy about going to nursery and he even asks about it now. When I collected him he was always having fun and the nursery was always spotless.

The nursery is a wonderfully welcoming place and truly put the needs of each child at the centre of everything they do. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable and ALWAYS seem happy to be there and that they are enjoying their job. My son loves it there and talks about the staff often, even when

I am very happy with little ladybirds nursery and I have recommended it to my friends who have then sent their children to little ladybirds and have had nothing but praise for the facilities and staff. My daughter loves her days at nursery which makes it so much better for me going to work knowing she
is enjoying herself and is in safe hands. I love the fact you receive a sheet every day telling me what she has been doing, what she has eaten, basically everything I need to know. I am so happy we found this little gem of a nursery.

This nursery is amazing. My daughter is so clever and she has just turned 3 it's unbelievable how much fun they have while learning at this nursery!


All the ladybirds ?? team are professional and approachable about any queries you have. Any special requirements you have for your child or ways you

do things at home are always followed through at nursery/pre school which is perfect for picky parents like me.


Everyone is so friendly from the cook to the management!

I chose this nursery for many reasons the main one being the warm welcome I received and the excellent way the staff interacted with my child on our visits. My child has some special dietary requirements which the nursery have been happy to accommodate. Knowing my child is safe and happy has made returning
to work a lot easier for me than I thought it would.

I honestly couldn't thank the staff for looking after my little boy! Everyone is so helpful and friendly and are just amazing with the kids! They make you feel so at ease and have helped my son grow and he has learnt so much in the time he has been with them! Thank you all so much! I'm going to be gutted
when he leaves to go to big school in September.

Fantastic nursery would defiantly recommend, unlike many others, they are flexible with dates which is essential for parents who work changing shifts (you do not have to have the same day each week as long as you can give enough notice of which dates so they can ensure enough staff). The staff are all
so friendly and approachable and give excellent care to my son and the other children. He has been in 3 rooms whilst at the nursery and all have been excellent and have helped him in his development across a number of different areas.

Little Ladybirds is somewhere that our son looks forward to going to every day. He has a smile on his face everytime we arrive and it's lovely to see him run towards the staff as soon as we walk through the door. There is a genuine caring atmosphere for all the children and I'm always safe in the knowledge
that he is well cared for on a daily basis. He is clearly well stimulated throughout the day and sleeps soundly every night after a busy day at nursery. The staff keep us well informed of his daily activities and progress and he's always fed nutritious meals. Leaving your child in the care of others is something that you never take lightly, we are over the moon that in Little Ladybirds we have found a place that has filled us full of confidence and a nursery where our son will thrive.

I am extremely happy with Little Ladybird Nursery. I have found all the staff very helpful and supportive. My little girl really loves her time at nursery and it has been a very positive experience.

I am happy to recommend Little Ladybirds. My child always looks forward to going, clearly enjoys the food and taking part in the activities.

My son has attended Ladybirds since he was 6 months old, he will soon be 3. He looks forward to going and will even ask to go when he is not due to. All the staff are very friendly and approachable and make me and him feel welcome on a morning when I drop him off. He is able to participate in a range
of activities both indoors and outdoors. He really likes the outdoor area where he plays in the mud kitchen. At the end of the day, staff ensure that they provide me with a detailed description of what he has done that day which includes what he has eaten, his nap times and nappie changes.
