Kids 1st Wynyard

My child is now 3, has been with Wynyard BusyBees for about 1.5 years now and it has been great. She was with Montessori previously and I was nervous about the change, but no regrets at all. Staff understand her needs well, she always loves it when I drop her off and has made many friends. Seems to have a low turnover of staff, everyone knows my child by name, very friendly atmosphere. Lovely space indoors and outdoors. I love the app, getting daily updates of her activities, nap times and meals are great and easy to keep a track of. Management is friendly, approachable and communicates well. Also love the tea and coffee facility for grown ups, a nice touch for the morning rush. Hours offered seem less flexible compared to some other nurseries, but works well for me.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. Our son has been going since January and he absolutely loves it. The staff genuinely go above and beyond and truly care about each individual child. We have no idea how they have the time... but they seem to know each parent and child so well! At Kids 1st, we believe that he is nurtured, educated and encouraged at the highest standard. More importantly, he is safe and he also eats very well there! (Menu is delicious)

My 3-year-old attends this nursery and has been since ten months old. We are so happy with this nursery. All the staff do an amazing job. We are regularly kept up to date with day-to-day activities and contact, which is great to see how our daughter's day is going. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our daughter currently attends three times a week and loves her nursery days. The progress she has made in all aspects of her development has been fantastic, and we are so pleased she gained a place here. It has been a wonderful experience for us all.

Would recommend it to anyone.

We can't praise Kids First Wynyard enough. Our little girl has had a bit of a tricky time settling because she was feeling poorly at first and the nursery was so accommodating for her. She is settling now and I think it is due to the caring nature of the staff. We have felt supported throughout the settling process and confident leaving her for the first time without family members. She has food allergies and skin irritation and nothing is too much trouble. They have sourced specific foods to suit her allergies. They are always updating us on her day through the app so we feel part of her experience. They are flexible around her routine for naps etc. The staff genuinely love their jobs and it shows. I am settled going to work knowing she is safe and cared for fully. She is developing so well since she started. I would highly recommend to anyone looking at nurseries.

My 4-year-old goes three days a week and absolutely loves it. She has been attending the nursery for over a year and, since joining, has come on leaps and bounds with her speech and confidence. She has lovely bonds with the children and staff there. I have never had any issues with the nursery, and my daughter always has a lovely day.

I can’t speak highly enough of this nursery, my daughter attended from being 7 months old (she is now 4) and my son now attends (he is nearly 2). Both settled in so well and have developed their social skills amongst many other things. My daughter is impressively prepared for reception class at school and my son seems to be relishing his time at nursery, playing with his friends and enjoying the outdoors. Everything is thought of by the incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional team of staff. Leaving my children to go back to work was difficult, but the team here really care and supported us through that journey. Thanks so much.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since 1 year of age and she loves it. All staff are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help her develop. I am always updated through the app on the tasks and fun she is having. Communication between parents and staff is amazing. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

My 2-year-old attends 3 days a week and has done for the past year and a half. He can’t wait to go, absolutely loves it. So many different activities for the little ones. Staff are great and always go above and beyond to care for each child. Feedback and progress is always passed on to the parents, and this really shows that each child is treated as an individual and each member of staff can follow the child’s progress in early education. It’s expensive, but you definitely pay for what you get when it comes to this nursery.

Cannot fault this nursery at all. My little girl has been attending from one year old, she's now two and a half and she loves going. Staff are extremely attentive; managed my daughter's allergies with great care and meals are all home-cooked and lovely. Wouldn't think twice about recommending this nursery. I'm so glad I enrolled my daughter, she's come on leaps and bounds. One hundred percent!

Brilliant nursery. Staff are lovely and make children and parents feel very comfortable. Always different activities for children to do (age-wise) to keep them entertained. All rooms are brilliant for children to play and learn in as they get older.

Our 10-month-year-old son absolutely loves going to nursery here. He goes once a week at the moment to settle in until I go back to work in the summer. The staff are amazing with him, and his key workers have built up such a lovely bond. So much so that he smiles when he gets there and isn't too happy to go home when we pick him up! I think this is down to how much they really care/love children, and it really does show in everything they do. Special thanks to ladies, who are like his second Mummies! Also, to the manager, who is a fantastic leader of the nursery... I'm always amazed at how she has the time to get to know each parent and always manages to fit in a little personal chat. It's these touches that make Kids 1st brilliant.

Absolutely fantastic. Right from our first visit to the nursery, we were sold. The staff made us feel welcome. I was anxious about my child starting nursery; however, I became less anxious during settling-in sessions when I saw how the staff cared, and I was reassured she would be in good hands.

My daughter has attended Kids 1st Wynyard from 8 months old. She is now 2 years 9 months and I could not have chosen a better nursery for her to attend. Nothing is ever a problem for the staff. She loves going and always tells me about all of the things she’s done whilst there. The staff are 2nd to none! All of the girls are brilliant and greet us with a big smile every morning. My daughter is leaving to go to school in September and I am absolutely gutted. If I have any other children they will definitely attend this nursery.

My little girl has settled really well at Kids First Wynyard. The staff are extremely helpful and really friendly, and kindly deal with any requests I have made. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is happy and enjoying her sessions.

I have had one child who attended Kids First and one who is currently there. The nursery is fantastic. Staff are always keen to help and are very friendly. My children always come away very happy. Although the cost is quite high, you get what you pay for and I know my children are well looked after. It's great that each room has it's own outside space for the kids to explore. The updates on the app are great and it's nice to get through pictures of what your child has been up to. Food is well varied and healthy. Overall great nursery and would highly recommend.

I love this place. My daughter has been going since she was 6 months old and she loves it. The staff are amazing with her and they are always so helpful. I can't recommend this enough. My daughter is always happy when I collect her and so happy when she realises where we are going. The staff treat her like their own.
