Kids 1st Wynyard

I cannot thank the staff in Starfish 1 enough! It was so hard for me to go back to work and leave my little girl but the staff at Kids first Wynyard worked so hard with her and made sure she settled in. I can go to work feeling relaxed knowing she's safe and happy :-)

The nursery goes above and beyond for my little boy who attends. He absolutely loves it here and the staff love and care for him like he's one of their own. Would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a special nursery with a homely feel to anyone!

The settling in sessions are the nicest experience to meet the team and see the types of things your child will do.

All the girls are great, my little girl was a handful on her first week but they managed to make her more comfortable and settled the following week.Very flexible and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Kids 1st Wynyard have been absolutely amazing in settling my little boy at nursery. The facilities are great and the staff are fantastic. They go above any beyond to deliver a great experience. The team always maintain communication and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable for both parent and child.

This is a really wonderful nursery. We have two children here and we can see how much our eldest has thrived by attending for two years. Our youngest has recently started and the staff put so much care into making sure he was settled and happy. The staff are incredible and really go above and beyond to make sure the children are getting the best experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the team at Busy Bees. When my daughter started nursery at a young age, I was impressed by the level of care provided. She eagerly looks forward to attending each morning, and I appreciate that her full-time schedule is filled with engaging and enjoyable activities that keep her entertained throughout the day. The staff are exceptional, and I highly recommend this nursery.

Absolutely outstanding nursery! They've been dedicated and caring about every aspect of our son's wellbeing and development. In particular, the food is second to none and I would happily recommend the environment to anyone looking for top notch childcare.

The only negative is obviously cost, it's quite expensive and things like wipes, nappies etc. aren't included but the care your child gets is worth every penny and the quality of the nursery is better than others in the area.

We can't fault Kids 1st Wynyard! We feel like each key person builds a great bond with the children. Since my daughter started in January, we receive regular updates throughout the day. Recently our child's been unwell and the manager, went out of her way after hours to ask if she was okay, yet again another way of showing how much they really care! We highly recommend Kids 1st Wynyard!

My child has been attending Kids First in Wynyard for 9 months. Prior to him starting he was very shy with other babies and would struggle leaving me. He now runs into the nursery with a smile on his face, doesn't want to leave and really enjoys making new friends. He has come on leaps and bounds socially and this is down to the staff in the nursery creating a welcoming supportive space for him to thrive.

Amazing Kids 1st Nursery has been fantastic for my granddaughter. The staff are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to the children's well-being. The environment is safe, clean, and filled with engaging activities that support learning and development. She has settled in so well baby room team have been fabulous and management have helped over and beyond. Highly recommend it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this nursery. My little girl started not long after her first birthday and I was really apprehensive about the change but as soon as I walked in and saw the setting and lovely staff I felt so at ease. Every morning the setting is always set out beautifully and the staff are always in a positive mood ready to start the day. I love how there are constant updates on the app and the communication at pick-up is really good, never feels rushed and nothing is too much for me to ask. My little boy also then started here when he was 7 months and again I have had nothing but the best experience! The flexibility of being able to add sessions via a particular staff member also helps with my working pattern. We plan to keep both of our children in this nursery until they start school and we will be sad for them to leave! Thank you so much to the manager and the team.

Outstanding nursery and pre-school setting. 2 of our 3 children went there, youngest will shortly be enrolled. Our experience with different classes has been excellent. We love the inclusive environment they offer and how all team members are very helpful and cooperative. Definitely recommend!

The staff always keep us up to date and are always on hand to help if we need anything- and so flexible with us.

She has settled quickly and has learned a lot.

Lovely staff, and outstanding care for all children, my little girl has attachment issues and was nervous leaving her, but I was reassured and she settled absolutely perfectly. I have been offered settling in sessions which were perfect in every way, highly recommend this nursery.

The staff should be really proud of how well the nursery is run and how at ease they make parents feel.

Great nursery, everybody there is friendly and welcoming. It's great that we receive updates during the day with photos and information on what the child eats and does. They do many activities with the children that are great for their development.
