This day nursery well run and in good condition, they look after my daughter and they could not do a better job. I have never had any complaints about what they do or the way they do their jobs.
She has been there for about a year and they help us with everything including the not so pleasant things
like toilet training.

My child loves the nursery and the amazing staff.
They are fantastic with her and care genuinely about all children.
They provide healthy meals with lots of variety. My child also loves trips to the sports hall and mobile library. Great job guys!

Brilliant staff. Very friendly and helpful. The staff are very understanding and if there is a problem/emergency they will ring straight away. My son is learning different skills which are bringing his development on brilliantly.
I would definitely recommend this nursery. Price is very good for the
full day that my son is there for. Thanks for all your hard work.

My daughter was at Billingham Day Nursery from January 2016 until December 2016, she took a little time to settle but the staff were reassuring and she soon settled and enjoyed it. She was talking about the staff when she was at home and all her friends she met, I saw that my daughter's confidence and
development greatly improved over her time at the nursery. I would definitely use this day nursery again in the future.

My little girl Has been coming to this nursery since she was nine months old and now she is 3 1/2 years old. Are very friendly and welcoming. I love that they have set up tapestry so I can see the progress that she is doing and I love that they put pictures on so I can see her enjoying herself. I also
like that they do activities to involve the parents, for example Christmas craft night.
I like that a member of staff will greet me and tell me what she has done that day, how she has been and how much he has eaten. The food is great and all home made and very healthy. My daughter always comments on how lovely the food is. I Would highly recommend this nursery to everybody. She has come on leaps and bounds and grown so much confidence.

The staff at here are caring, passionate and dedicated. The nursery was very warm and welcoming, we were made to feel at ease immediately by the manager and staff at the nursery. When looking around and subsequent follow up phone calls I was made to feel like my son was at the heart of the entire process,
rather than just another number through the door. Staff were very accommodating to our needs, especially as I was expressing.
I believe my son has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery, learning from those around him and through the resources that the nursery has to offer. I am given updates during the day of how he is getting on and pictures to keep me going via the Tapestry App. Which is a fantastic way, not only in being about to check in on him from time to time but also noting his development.
The staff are very knowledgeable on the EYFS framework and make regular reference to this. I would certainly recommend (and have done) to our friends in the future.

My daughters first afternoon here I was worried she wouldn't settle, but my worries were for nothing as when it came to me picking her up she had been playing with all the other children and staff she was made very welcome. My daughter loves coming to this nursery and seeing all the children and staff.
The staff here are really lovely, they greet the children as soon as their parents drop them off and settle them into play, when picking up the staff come and speak with you and let you know how they have been, I really couldn't ask for friendlier nursery staff they really are all brilliant. Since my daughter has been coming here she has come on leaps and bounds with her numbers, shapes and colours all thanks to this nursery.

Both my children attend this nursery they both thoroughly enjoy their time there. they have both come on with their development over the last 18 months which has made me very proud. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. My children always come home talking about the staff and what activities

I could not ask for any more with this nursery. My daughter has attended since 3 months old. As she is a very shy child she will only surround herself with familiar people. In this nursery the staff are consistent in each room. The staff are very welcoming and supporting, they make the day enjoyable
for the children.
My daughter loves going in on a morning, and is so happy when I pick her up. The meal choice is excellent and gives your children a wide, healthy variety over 4 weeks. The nursery manager is very welcoming and you often see her around the room communicating with the children. She is supportive with parents, she makes sure you are aware of your child's progress and is very consistent.

I would recommend Billingham Day Nursery to anyone who was looking for a nursery for their child or children. They have done an amazing job with my daughter. She loves going to nursery. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms that they teach the children in are great, with lots to do
for the children. I can't praise them enough! Great nursery.

I've never had a bad word to say about this nursery. My daughter has gained confidence in every aspect of her learning. She really enjoys going. Staff are always smart and smiling. Always give correct information about my daughters day - lovely and friendly!
The website is fantastic and so much of
a help. It's very safe and wont hand my child to anyone. I do recommend and by this gained a new starter.

For the time my son has attended this nursery, he has just moulded into such a clever little boy which we cannot take the credit for as he is at this nursery full time. His social skills and confidence are amazing for his age. I am happy leaving my son knowing that he is enjoys himself and the learning
environment is fantastic. The staff have been brilliant with my son and us - if any queries/concerns occur we are not afraid to approach each other which is the way is should be. I am confident leaving my son with the staff as I know he is well cared for. I love that The Tapestry that is available to us. I frequently log on so I can see what he has been up too and its a lovely experience to see photos of him enjoying himself. I cannot recommend and praise this nursery enough for the progress my son has made.

I have always experienced excellent service at the nursery. All members of staff are welcoming and it's never any trouble to help me with any query. Both my children have used this nursery and I have never had any complaints. They have always enjoyed it and I personally don't have any trouble with getting
my son to go into the room. The tapestry is a fantastic idea and I always get regular updates which I enjoy. I have nothing but good words to say about it. I will be sad to see my son leave eventually. It sets children up for mainstream school. Thank you to all staff.

A really lovely nursery which I cant praise enough! The staff all get to know the children so well, always remember what each child has had for lunch. They are extremely flexible and relaxed (needed with our mad family!) and my daughter loved her time here. The nursery is packed with lovely toys and
fancy dress and the meals all seem really healthy. No complaints whatsoever! My daughter is having her last day tomorrow and we were presented with a lovely graduation pack with tracks of her progress and lots of lovely pictures! 5 stars!

Hello, I'm Pam.
I have an NNEB diploma in Early years childhood studies and have worked in childcare for 25 years at Billingham day nursery. I started out as an early year's educator, working my way up to deputy manager and I am now a proud manager at Billingham Children's day nursery.


I take pride in having very good organisational skills and use them when managing the nursery, staff, and children.
I love to meet both new families and familiar faces, welcoming them into our setting and ensuring they feel comfortable.
My team here at Billingham will always ensure all rooms provide fun, stimulating, and safe environments.
I believe having a strong team helps children achieve their individual learning goals by working together and working alongside parents and families collectively.
I look forward to welcoming both you and your child into our nursery.
