Nunthorpe Children's Day Nursery

Cannot be happier and can see my son enjoys going to school. Staff are great and very helpful. As a family, we are very happy.

The staff are amazing with my son, I wouldn’t send him anywhere else. My son loves coming, we both will be sad when he has to leave.

My son has been at Nunthorpe 1 or 2 days per week since he was around 8 months old, he is now 3 and a half. The staff in all the rooms have been excellent with him. The outdoor play area is great and staff are constantly changing/updating the wall displays and indoor activity stations. My son has enjoyed trips to the farm, den building in the woods and visiting local care home residents for sing-alongs. I get updates about his activities and observations on his progress regarding his early years curriculum milestones via tapestry system, this is usually updated every day he attends. I can’t recommend this place enough, the staff are all superstars!

I can't recommend Nunthorpe Children's Day Nursery enough it's such a lovely place, the staff are great with the kids and very approachable/ helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming and the children love it. My little boy has really grown in confidence whilst he has attended.

My daughter is 3 years old and has been attending Nunthorpe Nursery since she was 15 months old, the staff are fantastic and always have been. The setting is very welcoming and I have never had any issues. My daughter enjoys attending nursery and she will miss all the staff when she leaves for big school. She has learnt so much and I can not thank the staff enough for this.

It’s perfect for our needs and such a lovely place I only wish I’d brought my older children when they were small. I’m sure they would have loved it to.

My son started here in February and he loves it! All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, my son enjoys all the different activities they do. He has come on so much since starting and loves to tell us what he’s been doing, it’s lovely that we also get updates of what he’s been up to on tapestry. We highly recommend this nursery!

The nursery is always clean and has codes for the building and rooms.

You will not regret sending your children here.

The TAD Centre Day Nursery have always made my child feel welcome and comfortable at nursery. She adores all the staff and always looks forward to going to ‘school’ every day. We will both be very sad when she leaves for big school.

I cannot fault this Nursey. My son always comes home happy and seems to eat all his meals (which is more than he does at home).

My daughter started at Nunthorpe Children's Day Nursery at 9 months old, she is now almost 3. With every stage she has passed through the nursery has been supportive and helpful. The staff are wonderful, all of them! Warm, caring, kind, encouraging, loving, engaged, creative, and consequentially my daughter is incredibly happy here. The nursery is flexible and accommodating and regular updates, photos and videos are provided via the Tapestry app, which I love! With fresh food prepared on site and ever-changing displays, themes and learning activities, the children and well nourished in body and mind. I can't recommend this nursery highly enough.

Fantastic nursery, grandson always happy to go and has fun while there. Staff are brilliant and there is plenty of fun learning activities for my grandson to take part in. Very pleased.

My son and daughter both attend Nunthorpe Nursery and I cannot recommend it enough! The children are learning as well as playing, recent updates on tapestry with the children’s development/progress recorded and the staff are very friendly and form a lovely relationship with the children.

The nursery is great. Would highly recommend. The staff and the manager at Nunthorpe really do care about the kids.

An excellent nursery with brilliant staff and facilities. Going back to work after maternity leave was made so much easier knowing my son was in such a friendly and safe environment.
