Nurserytime South Shields

Have used the nursery for the last eight years for both my daughter and son and the staff are amazing, the provision they provide is exceptional from regular outings with the children to the beach, local library and community gardens, they really do utilise the facilities/outdoor space available to them. The communication via their new app is great and gives an in detail account of what children have been up to and ate throughout the day. The resources and learning opportunities are age appropriate and provide constant new opportunities for my children to develop. The team are truly amazing and build an excellent rapport with not only parents but extended family members too. Great peace of mind knowing my children are safe and supported while I'm at work along with receiving daily hot meals for their lunch.

Amazing nursery. My daughter has come on so far since she has been there. The staff always welcome you with a smile and a chat; they tell you everything that went on that day, such as what snacks they have had, what nappy changes, and also the child's behaviour. I'm so glad I've managed to get my younger daughter a space there for January because I've never felt so happy with a nursery before.

My little boy has only attended Nurserytime for two months and absolutely loves it just as my little girl did seven years ago. The staff are so friendly and approachable, nothing is a bother! The staff go above and beyond for my little boy and always have fun activities going on, learning new things every week and telling us all about his day after nursery. We love to see photos on the parent's app and can see what he is up to. He is always out and about on different outings, giving him lots of experiences while we are at work. Most importantly we know he is in safe hands and we feel the friendly, supportive warmth from all staff looking after him! Thank you Nurserytime for everything!

Absolutely outstanding nursery! My child loves it and has no problem at all running to the girls. The staff are amazing and so helpful. She has the best time. They do so much with the kids it's lovely. She's definitely came on loads since coming here. I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery more.

I was really nervous about sending my children to nursery. I had stayed at home with them both until recently starting work but nursery time staff have been so wonderful with my children. It's so reassuring to me that my kids are left with such kind and caring staff. In terms of activities for the kids both my children love all the toys and outings and they prefer the food at nursery to at home!

The girls in the nursery made my son feel so welcome and loved within the childcare setting. The staff are lovely and welcoming and always listen and take on board what is said to them each day regarding dropping my child off. My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining nursery time and his development and understanding is also developing and this is from the help of the staff within the nursery setting. They're always friendly and open-hearted when dropping and picking my child up.

All of the girls are lovely at this nursery and all really care about my child’s well-being. I’ve only had my little boy in the nursery a few times but I have confidence leaving him and I know he will be well looked after. Everyone is very helpful and will go out of their way. I’m looking forward to seeing how my little boy progresses in the following months. I wouldn’t leave him anywhere but this nursery.

We get regular updates on his eating, sleep, nappies, observations and assessments via the app.

I first put my son into this nursery because due to Covid there was no way for him to interact with other children his age due to all the baby groups being closed. However, when everything opened back up we decided to keep him there because he absolutely loves it. He now does three days instead of the one. He’s come out of his shell so much, he’s learned a lot of skills and he’s now potty trained with the help of the amazing staff. He adores the activities they have on offer such as the football. Would 100% recommend Nurserytime.

Our kids have all attendeed and graduated from nurserytime, full of fond memories and ready for big school! The staff have been nothing short of fantastic, we cannot thank them enough for helping mould our little ones into the characters they are today.

My daughter is very happy at Nurserytime! The manager is excellent, very approachable and helpful. All the staff are lovely and have really taken the time to get to know my daughter. The nursery is really close to the park and beach and the kids get taken out on plenty of trips and activities. Would recommend 100%.

Both my children have gone to nursery time throughout the years and lovely every minute of it! My eldest still talks fondly of it even now! My youngest loves her keen workers and misses the if she’s ever off poorly! She’s learned so much while being there and her social skills have come along great! She’s even started asking for certain dinners I wouldn’t of expected her to entertain such as curry and burritos! I have no complaints only praises for nursery time!

My child has been at this nursery for 7 months and before starting there I viewed about 5 other nurseries. Nursery time seemed to be strides above the rest and so I was excited for him to start his childcare journey there. Throughout the last 7 months, the nursery has done so much in terms of varied activities, time spent out in the community and around calendar events. The effort they go to at Mother’s Day, Easter etc is second to none and the planning behind such events is impeccable. They never miss a trick! The staff are really on the ball with meals, naps etc and have a fantastic relationship with my son. He loves going to nursery and I love to see him so happy on his days there. I would absolutely recommend Nurserytime without hesitation and I have no reservations in terms of their care of my child.

Both of my children have gone to this nursery and the staff and nursery, overall, have always been fantastic. They really take excellent care of your children and always create a bond with each child. The greatest advantage for me is the level of learning the children receive daily.

We moved from another area to South Shields in April, I was very nervous of how my son would settle into a different nursery. Nurserytime have been super supportive in making him feel welcome and he has come on in development so much over the last few months. He has been on so many little trips, he is involved in football each week and he tells me excitedly what he has been doing at nursery. The staff are always informative and provide lots of pictures and videos of things they are doing at nursery. Brilliant nursery and really great value.

My son absolutely loves this nursery all the staff are exceptional, especially one member of staff, in particular, who always goes the extra mile. The staff are always doing fun and educational activities with the kids and my son has learned so much since he started.

My 1-year-old daughter started in January 2022, and I could not recommend this nursery enough - if I could give them 10 stars, I would. My child has come along so much since starting here, they do their utmost for children and parents. I couldn't thank the nursery staff enough and credit to the chefs here; the food they are given is also amazing. The places they take them and the activities they do for the children are amazing - thank you Nurserytime.

Nurserytime South Shields is such a welcoming, friendly, safe and nurturing environment. My daughter loves it here and I wouldn’t want to send her anywhere else. Her confidence has grown beyond belief and it’s thanks to the staff's kindness and patience.

I removed my child from one nursery as I experienced too many negatives, to attend Nursery Time. I am so glad I have, they spend so much time with the children, and make a huge effort to update the app with photos, feedback etc. All the girls are lovely and extremely reassuring. Thank you so much for taking good care of my little boy.
