I am very happy with my experience at the Nursery. All of the staff are kind and welcoming. Lujane has settled in really well. I can't say much about activities or learning as I don't know much about what she does there. This would be the only thing I would say it would be nice to know more about. Thank you

The staff at Nurserytime have been amazing! My little one was hesitant at first but the girls have been so friendly and welcoming that it didn't take her long to warm up to them. She has made friends and loves going into explore and try out new different activities each week. They keep you upto date via an app and it's just so heart warming to see your child enjoying their time at the nursery. They have really helped take away the mum guilt and you feel content when you know your child is settled and happy. They keep your child clean as best they can and are great to ensure they eat well. They're a great team and take on any feedback. Thank you for everything!

I was very worried about putting my little girl into nursery and how she would settle and be without me, I looked at a few and heard nothing but good about this nursery and they weren't wrong. My little girl has settled so well she just walks in and barely even says bye to me half of the time and she's so excited when she comes out, telling us all about her day and what she has done. Couldn't recommend enough the staff are so lovely and polite.

I'm extremely happy with the care and attention my child receives at this nursery. The staff are warm, patient, and genuinely dedicated to each child's wellbeing and development. My child has grown in confidence and looks forward to going every day. The activities are creative and educational, and the communication with parents is excellent. I truly appreciate the safe, nurturing, and fun environment they've created - highly recommended!

Nurserytime South Shields has been wonderful for our children. My son has attended since he was 6months old and my daughter since she was 9months old. As a teacher myself, I took the selection of nurseries very seriously for my children and I couldnt be happier with the choice we made. The staff are so kind, caring and supportive. They value each child as an individual and I feel very comfortable in the knowledge that my children are in safe hands.

My little boy attends the baby room at Nirserytime South Shields and is always welcomed with open arms and a warm smile. The team are kind, caring, and create a joyful, nurturing environment. We really appreciate the updates through handovers, observations, and photos - it's lovely to see our little one enjoying his time there. Each practitioner brings their own skills and talents, making the room a safe and happy place to be.

My 20 month old started here in January 2025 and was so anxious to begin with that I almost pulled her out as I felt she just wasn't ready to be away from me. Fast forward to May and she doesn't even look back to kiss me goodbye on her way in, she runs to the nursery staff and can't wait to start her day, which is all thanks to the girls and the effort they put into making my little one feel at ease and making her time enjoyable and full of fun, I can't thank them all enough.

I am so pleased I chose Nurserytime for my child. The staff go above and beyond to plan fun and exciting activities to excite, nuture and enable my child to progress their learning and development. All of the staff are friendly and caring and my child has settled so well due to the brilliant staff. The app keeps me well informed of my child's day and my child absolutely loves going. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, my son loves the nursery and all of the teachers and always comes out extremely happy with his day, has improved in so many ways since starting and very happy with overall care and respect.

My daughter has really only just started at the nursery, but I have to say that everything has been great so far. Having previously had experience with other nurseries, there are certainly little details that really stand out about nurserytime. One in particular is the app. It's great to glance at the app throughout the day and see what's going on, celebrating a nap or seeing what nice food she's had for lunch! All the staff I've met so far have been lovely and the kids always seem busy with fun activities. As a bonus, management are very responsive to emails and phonecalls.

The staff at Nurserytime are caring and compassionate. They are always child led and the activities/facilities they access daily are always enjoyable; Yoga, local park visits, visits to the care home across the road, so children learn respect and have involvement in the community. My grandson was teary on his first few months at drop-off time , staff were always reassuring and empathetic with him about his fear, he now loves to go to see (the girls) staff.

Nursery time South Shields is an amazing nursery, my little boy loves going here and has the best time! He is very comfortable, loves all the nursery practitioners and always comes home to tell me about how exciting his day was! Always friendly greetings at the door and all staff are very trustworthy with the children. The little trips outside of the nursery are a bonus as well!

The manager and the team are simply outstanding. Every day is an adventure for my little boy. They visit and and sing for the elderly, frequent the town hall and the word, along exploring the marine park at every opportunity. I love how the encourage such creativity and problem solving skills and have reslly brought out the inventor in my child. If you are considering using the nursery, don't hesitate, just go and see them. You'll feel the lovely vibes and know this place is a safe, exciting and loving home from home for your children. Thank you to all the wonderful women who look after our son. You mean the world to us. Thank you.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, I was so nervous sending her in when I went back to work but my worries soon disappeared when I realised how amazing the girls are with her! 100% recommend this nursery to anyone looking for their little ones!

My overall experience of Nurserytime South Shields is excellent. They go above and beyond for my child and always make her feel comfortable and looked after. The nursery is clean, bright and accessible. The staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to put my child. She loves nursery time and so do I!

It's the best feeling in the world seeing how happy and excited my little boy is going to nursery. We had a not-so-great start with a different nursery where he cried every time he went. I genuinely thought it was because it was all new to him but it persisted. I was recommended Nurserytime by a friend and after a visit, we decided to change his nursery. From the very first day, he has absolutely loved it. The excitement in his face when we pick him up is the best and it's all because of how much fun he has when he's there. His confidence, speech, and learning have come on leaps and bounds. The practitioners always make time to tell you everything he's been up to, what he's eaten etc alongside the updates on the app. We really couldn't be happier with his progress and can't thank all of the practitioners enough. We also love how much they do with the children. All the activities and the little outings make the biggest difference.

Such a lovely nursery, all the staff are lovely. They are great at giving detailed accounts of what the littles ones have been up to and share photos. They make such a big effort with all the different activities. Our little boy absolutely loves Nursery; he lights up when we drop him off. We can tell he has a great time and is well looked after. He's developed a lovely bond with his key worker.

Nursery Time is an excellent nursery. The handovers and updates are great and I’ve been so impressed with how caring and supportive the staff are. My son has settled in much faster than expected and his social skills and communication have developed a lot since starting there as well. They also listen to parents and regularly ask for updates about what your child is interested in at the moment in order to plan activities.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost 2 years. The staff are great and she has a wonderful time while there. I love that the kids go out in the local area often and get back to nature. There is always fun activities and updates of how they are getting on. She goes on to school nursery in September but my son will be starting in the baby room. Can’t recommend enough.
