My children absolutely love going to Nurserytime. My son and daughter both come out with beaming smiles on their faces at the end of each day and full of tales about their day. The app is always updated with info about meals and naps along with lots of photos of their outings and the fun activities
they get up to. The staff are amazing and always show so much love and care for my children.

My son has been going to Nurserytime for 3 years now. From the very first visit, we felt the warmth and care that sets Nurserytime apart. The staff are incredibly nurturing, patient, and attentive. They took the time to get to know our son as an individual - his personality, his interests, and his dance
moves.
Since starting, we've seen such a positive change in him. His confidence has grown, his speech has developed beautifully, and he comes home excited to tell us about his day. It's clear that learning is made fun and engaging, and we love seeing the creative activities and new skills he's developing on the app.
When I was concerned about my son's speech, staff were quick to refer him and complete tests with him at nursery. If I ever have any queries, Helen is always quick to respond and deal with it efficiently.

My daughter loves going to nursery here. The girls are wonderful with her and she learns so much. I feel that she's safe and well looked after, and I love seeing what she's been up to on the app! I'd be very happy to recommend this nursery to others (and have done already!)

My daughter has been attending the nursery since October 2025, and we couldn't be happier with the care, support, and warmth she has received during this time. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to her well-being and development. She has settled in
wonderfully and clearly feels happy and safe in the nursery environment, which gives us great comfort as parents. One thing we especially appreciate is how thoughtfully the nursery has managed her dairy allergy. Every meal and snack time has been handled with care and responsibility, giving us full confidence that her dietary needs are understood and respected. The staff are always vigilant and open in their communication, which greatly reassures us. It's been wonderful to see how much she has gained in confidence, social skills, and independence since she started. We highly recommend this nursery to any family seeking a caring, attentive, and supportive environment for their child.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year now, and the progress she has made has been incredible. She has grown in confidence, developed new skills, and genuinely loves coming in each day. The staff are all so friendly, caring, and welcoming, and it's clear how much they value each
child. Helen, the manager, has been especially wonderful-always helpful, accommodating, and supportive. I couldn't be happier with the care my daughter receives, and I'm so grateful for everything the girls do!

My little girl attends nurserytime south shields, and has done since Sept 25, her social development has absolutely rocketed, and she has made lovely little friends. The staff are incredible, they really care about the little ones and each staff member knows of each child, if not knows them well. They
can be super flexible for my ever changing work schedule. Safeguarding, privacy and professionalism is great.

I am very happy with my experience at the Nursery. All of the staff are kind and welcoming. Lujane has settled in really well. I can't say much about activities or learning as I don't know much about what she does there. This would be the only thing I would say it would be nice to know more about. Thank

The staff at Nurserytime have been amazing! My little one was hesitant at first but the girls have been so friendly and welcoming that it didn't take her long to warm up to them. She has made friends and loves going into explore and try out new different activities each week. They keep you upto date
via an app and it's just so heart warming to see your child enjoying their time at the nursery. They have really helped take away the mum guilt and you feel content when you know your child is settled and happy. They keep your child clean as best they can and are great to ensure they eat well. They're a great team and take on any feedback. Thank you for everything!

I was very worried about putting my little girl into nursery and how she would settle and be without me, I looked at a few and heard nothing but good about this nursery and they weren't wrong. My little girl has settled so well she just walks in and barely even says bye to me half of the time and she's
so excited when she comes out, telling us all about her day and what she has done. Couldn't recommend enough the staff are so lovely and polite.

My 20 month old started here in January 2025 and was so anxious to begin with that I almost pulled her out as I felt she just wasn't ready to be away from me. Fast forward to May and she doesn't even look back to kiss me goodbye on her way in, she runs to the nursery staff and can't wait to start her
day, which is all thanks to the girls and the effort they put into making my little one feel at ease and making her time enjoyable and full of fun, I can't thank them all enough.

I am so pleased I chose Nurserytime for my child. The staff go above and beyond to plan fun and exciting activities to excite, nuture and enable my child to progress their learning and development. All of the staff are friendly and caring and my child has settled so well due to the brilliant staff.

The staff at Nurserytime are caring and compassionate. They are always child led and the activities/facilities they access daily are always enjoyable; Yoga, local park visits, visits to the care home across the road, so children learn respect and have involvement in the community. My grandson was teary
on his first few months at drop-off time , staff were always reassuring and empathetic with him about his fear, he now loves to go to see (the girls) staff.

Nursery time South Shields is an amazing nursery, my little boy loves going here and has the best time! He is very comfortable, loves all the nursery practitioners and always comes home to tell me about how exciting his day was! Always friendly greetings at the door and all staff are very trustworthy
with the children. The little trips outside of the nursery are a bonus as well!

The manager and the team are simply outstanding. Every day is an adventure for my little boy. They visit and and sing for the elderly, frequent the town hall and the word, along exploring the marine park at every opportunity.
I love how the encourage such creativity and problem solving skills and
have reslly brought out the inventor in my child.
If you are considering using the nursery, don't hesitate, just go and see them. You'll feel the lovely vibes and know this place is a safe, exciting and loving home from home for your children.

My overall experience of Nurserytime South Shields is excellent. They go above and beyond for my child and always make her feel comfortable and looked after. The nursery is clean, bright and accessible. The staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to put my child.

It's the best feeling in the world seeing how happy and excited my little boy is going to nursery. We had a not-so-great start with a different nursery where he cried every time he went. I genuinely thought it was because it was all new to him but it persisted. I was recommended Nurserytime by a friend
and after a visit, we decided to change his nursery. From the very first day, he has absolutely loved it. The excitement in his face when we pick him up is the best and it's all because of how much fun he has when he's there. His confidence, speech, and learning have come on leaps and bounds. The practitioners always make time to tell you everything he's been up to, what he's eaten etc alongside the updates on the app. We really couldn't be happier with his progress and can't thank all of the practitioners enough.
We also love how much they do with the children. All the activities and the little outings make the biggest difference.
