My overall experience of Nurserytime South Shields is excellent. They go above and beyond for my child and always make her feel comfortable and looked after. The nursery is clean, bright and accessible. The staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to put my child. She loves nursery time and so do I!

We also love how much they do with the children. All the activities and the little outings make the biggest difference.

Our little boy absolutely loves Nursery; he lights up when we drop him off. We can tell he has a great time and is well looked after. He's developed a lovely bond with his key worker.

Nursery Time is an excellent nursery. The handovers and updates are great and I’ve been so impressed with how caring and supportive the staff are. My son has settled in much faster than expected and his social skills and communication have developed a lot since starting there as well. They also listen to parents and regularly ask for updates about what your child is interested in at the moment in order to plan activities.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost 2 years. The staff are great and she has a wonderful time while there. I love that the kids go out in the local area often and get back to nature. There is always fun activities and updates of how they are getting on. She goes on to school nursery in September but my son will be starting in the baby room. Can’t recommend enough.

Our daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery and we are so pleased with how she has settled in. She loves her key workers and has built up great relationships with them. The communication between staff and parents is excellent and there is so much going on in the nursery for the children to join in with. We were really impressed that they have been doing yoga and she has even been taught how to cross the road already! We would highly recommend Nurserytime to friends and family.

My daughter has attended Nurserytime since she was 10 months old. She has flourished in the care of the practitioners at Nurserytime. It is by far the best experience I have had with early years care. They go on so many outings, open top bus, the library, the farm and beach yoga. They really had got to know my child’s personality and support her development constantly. It’s like an extension of the family. We love Nurserytime and all the wonderful staff. Thank you so much!

This nursery has been such a good fit for our family since my return to work in March 2023. I was so anxious about leaving my little boy. However, all of the fantastic staff have offered so much welcome advice, support and compassion throughout this time - making it so much easier for us. My little boy is thriving and always has such a brilliant time at nursery. Thank you everyone, so very much for taking such wonderful care of my son! I can't recommend Nurserytime enough.

Thank you to all Nurserytime professionals. I'm so glad my son has advanced so much, especially with his social skills, and I can see that he's very happy every time he goes home. All of the staff are so welcoming and warm, that's probably the reason why my son didn't have a hard settling in. Thank you so much for all that you do.

My baby girls only attended for a few months, but I’m so in love with everything about this nursery. The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond for my girl, making sure she’s happy, and I can’t fault communication at all. I have no doubts that she’s just as loved at nursery as she is at home and the entire nursery have been so accommodating to me and my schedule with work, which I’m forever grateful for. Emails, phone calls and the app are always so helpful and answered in a timely manner. The setting is so diverse, there’s just everything for her to explore and do. Can’t fault it one bit and I can’t wait to see how far she goes in this place.

There are simply no words that can explain the love, time and patience they have shown my child. In such a short space of time, they have welcomed him with open arms and settled every single worry I ever had. I can’t recommend Nurserytime enough. I will be forever thankful.

I honestly can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone who is worried about putting their baby/toddler into nursery. It’s such a lovely, homely setting. Not too big and a smaller amount of children in each room compared to the bigger nurseries. It’s been perfect for us and we’ll be sad to leave when school nursery starts.

I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough and I am so grateful for all the love and cuddles you give to my little boy.

Absolute brilliant nursery staff are lovely and can’t do enough for the kids and parents, also very supportive when it comes to any issues whether at home or in the nursery. Totally recommend it, will be very sad to leave when we move house.

My child has developed so quickly, emotionally, mentally and physically since starting nursery. She was very shy and introverted before starting but now she is the life and soul of the party, the staff have gone above and beyond to help her with the things she found difficult or unknown to her. Would highly recommend it.

My little girl started this nursery in the middle of January and the staff couldn’t have been any better. She settled in straight away. Always getting updates on what she’s up to throughout the day. Have no worries about her whilst I’m at work. Best nursery.

Both myself and my daughter absolutely love this nursery! They have been extremely amazing with her, especially from when she first started to this day. Both the manager and staff have been very caring, playful and all-round amazing to my daughter. They do so many different outdoor and indoor activities every day, so I know my daughter's having a good time when she's there. Also, the updates on the app throughout the day are something I look forward to whilst I'm at work. I couldn't recommend Nurserytime enough!
