Set in Coquet Park First School, Zone4kids is registered for 48 children aged from two years to eight years. Working with the school the nursery provides breakfast and after school care as well as afternoon wraparound care for children.

Zone4kids provide a morning toddler zone (9.00am to 12 noon).

These sessions are available to existing parents/carers as well as new parents who do not use the school, subject to the North Tyneside school admissions policy.

The aim is to provide reliable and consistent service in a happy, secure and stimulating environment for children, with use of the school outdoor facilities children have the opportunity to exert their energy through the many planned outside activities as well as have time to relax and enjoy a large range of indoor activities.

The nursery is proud to have the prestigious Millies's Mark accreditation awarded in 2018, having this award demonstrates the nursery's commitment to going above and beyond the minimum requirements for keeping children safe.

All staff working directly with children not only hold a paediatric first aid certificate but are also competent in how to apply this in practice.

My son has recently moved to Zone4kids, before and after school club, he has really enjoyed it. They provide a variety of activities and a healthy snack. I would highly recommend it. He always looks forward to going there. Thank you.

Im so happy we found Coquet Park. We relocated to the area and my son had left a nursery he was very settled in and was also dealing with the arrival of a new sibling. The staff at Coquet Park really looked after him and he settled in straight away. He loves beach school and all the activities provided
and when we got his first report I was so reassured, his key worker really knows and understands him. Its so important being able to leave him there, knowing he is so well cared for and I love hearing about his day and seeing the updates online.

My 32-month-old son attends Zone, four days a week and he couldn't be happier. I know this because of how much he talks enthusiastically about the staff, the activities he takes part in and the food he eats there! Understandably, there was a short spell at the beginning where my son wanted to come home
with me at drop-off, but Zone assigned one particular person to look after him while he settled in. Honestly, though, this was very short-lived because my son quickly realised how much he enjoyed it there and now he walks in willingly and says hello to all of the staff. There was an instance when my son was unwell at Zone and I feel this was dealt with in a very caring and professional manner.
I feel safe sending my son to this nursery and would definitely recommend it! Thank you to all of the lovely staff there for caring for my son while I 'unfortunately' have to work.

Fantastic childcare for Zone4kids. My two daughters just love it here. Very flexible and able to book ad-hoc sessions when needed which is so helpful for working parents. Thank you for all your hard work.

My child is settled now at Zone4kids and this is due to the supportive nature of the staff. They were very accommodating with settling in sessions and always keep me informed of how my child is getting on.

Fantastic staff. A diverse place for children growing up these days. Lots of activities with fantastic facilities. My grandson loves being there and speaks about the place with a smile. Located right on the coast which my grandson loves even more. He loves beach school.

The staff at Zone4kids at Coquet Park are fantastic. They are friendly and fun, and our two-year-old son loves going. I have seen a huge improvement in his development since he started attending. I love the room, sensory area and outdoor space. There is plenty to entertain the children. Can't recommend
this place enough.

My son loves coming to Zone4kids at Coquet Park. He runs in full of smiles every time I drop him off. The staff are brilliant and always friendly and informative. The space for the children are excellent and I like it is in a school setting. I can't recommend this place enough.

I am very happy with the level and quality of service Zone4kids at Coquet Park First School provides for my two children. The staff are always friendly, happy and it's clear they enjoy their jobs and working with children. My kids are always happy to be going to breakfast and after-school club and run
to the gate each morning to go to Zone. They have a range of toys and activities which all the children enjoy, and on hot/warm days it is lovely to collect the children doing fun group activities outdoors.

My son loves going to this Zone. Before and after school club is like a treat to him, and he enjoys the activities and the chance to mix with other year groups. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

My son loves coming to Zone. They are so friendly and I am always happy to leave them in Zones care. There is never any issues in going. I always feel there is genuine care for them with these lovely people.

Location and facilities are what attracted me to Zone4kids at Coquet Park. My older children attend the school so it's perfect for drop-offs and pick-ups. Facilities such as games, toys, arts and crafts are fantastic. My son has such a good time learning and playing. The staff are fantastic at engaging
with the children through play and songs. I would highly recommend Zone4kids!

My son attends Coquet Park and absolutely loves it. The staff are great in not only helping my son but also offering guidance to me when needed. The range of activities are extensive, and he never fails to enjoy himself. He can be easily distracted when bored but as he takes part in so many things that
clearly aren't happening here. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My daughter has nothing but positive comments about the nursery. She is always full of smiles and happiness. My personal opinion about the staff is that they are always warm and welcoming, giving the impression that she also experiences that type of mentality.

I am so happy with the provision at Zone4kids, Coquet Park. My daughter loves getting ready on the days she attends. She has a great rapport with all of the staff, who know her well; making her feel safe and welcome. Her key worker is fantastic. My daughter has developed really well socially since attending,
and her literacy and numeracy skills have developed well through play and exploration - the children do a wide range of activities that allows them to learn in an engaging way. Every day, there’s a range of new areas set up for the kids to explore, and a lot of thought goes into these activities. I always feel like I can talk to members of staff, and I enjoy hearing what the children have been up to!

Great nursery, lovely staff and good facilities. Started using it as a wraparound for my daughter going to the school nursery. Hugely convenient as wraparound care to the main school and seamless provision. My daughter really enjoys going and is enjoying spending time with the other children.

My daughter has a fantastic time at the out of School club. Every day they do a different themed activity - from making soup and pizza to decorating face masks. Her favourite was the spa-themed afternoon where they made cucumber face masks, listened to relaxing music and put cucumber on their eyes!
This term she was chosen to be one of the club council and could suggest different activities for everyone to do - which gave her a real sense of pride and confidence. All the staff are extremely enthusiastic, professional and caring. I also like the update when I pick her up on how her afternoon has been, including what she has eaten. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

We decided to send our daughter to nursery during lockdown to bring on her speech and have more social interaction. This was the second nursery we picked thanks to a recommendation. The two experiences couldn't have been more different. My daughter struggled to settle in initially and staff did everything
to make sure she did. They have been absolutely amazing and my daughter now looks forward to nursery. Her speech is improving and I am so impressed with the range of activities available. I couldn't recommend this nursery more.
