Marton Children’s Day Nursery employs a friendly and passionate team, trained in all key areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to provide quality childcare.

Age-specific rooms are equipped with quality play and learning resources so each child can exercise their imagination and learning.

The nursery also provides a secure outdoor play area which has been purpose-built to inspire the learning ability and imagination of the young children.

Marton Childrens Day Nursery is lovely, they have amazing staff who have made our daughter thrive over the past couple of years! My daughter loves going and she has learnt so much there. They made going back to uni a relief, knowing she is in a safe and loving environment!

We’ve tried a few nurseries and this one went way above and beyond our expectations. First-class.


My son attended and without hesitation, we sent my daughter too.


My son is now in a school for additional needs and this nursery is where it all began. One staff member, in particular, went above

and beyond in getting him the help and care he needed, showing us where to go and who to contact. She made it a lot easier for us.


My daughter loves every second of nursery and, at 2, is now writing her name at every opportunity. Staff at the nursery played a huge part in helping her learn this.


I could write this review all day but in short, I can’t recommend you enough. Nursery for the kids and not the business, just how it should be.

I changed my daughter's daycare after having been unhappy with the service I was getting. Since we joined Marton last year I have nothing but excellent reviews for them. My daughter wakes up happy to go to school and is always happy when she comes home. I get an in-depth overview of her day every day
I pick her up. I honestly couldn't fault the daycare in any way. All the staff are so good. I wouldn't imagine my daughter going anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff.

This nursery and the staff have helped both of my children (one from 6 weeks old) develop social skills and friendships that they will carry on for many years. We've overcome speech delays, and reflux, and many other challenges and I know my children are in the best possible hands while I'm at work.
My children have formed amazing bonds with the other children and the staff here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My son attends this fantastic nursery and my daughter did previously, I couldn’t think of a better place for them to grow and learn. I originally placed my son in another nursery prior to this one, big mistake, he only lasted there two weeks and he then started here. He absolutely loves it, especially
the girls who look after him in preschool and he has made some friends for life. May I add the nursery is very accommodating with diets and intolerance’s, I had so many ups and downs with allergy’s when my son was a baby. Nothing is too much trouble.

I could not ask for a better nursery. The staff are always so friendly, approachable and very professional. My son loves attending and always shouts ‘bye I love you’ to the staff when it is home time as he has become so comfortable with them. They really are his nursery family, they are understanding,
empathetic and most importantly have lots of fun and learning with the children. They catered above and beyond for my son who had a milk allergy. This is my second son to use this nursery and I have always felt comfortable leaving my sons in their care. Any queries I have ever had are dealt with fast, I would definitely recommend!

My son absolutely adores this nursery. We’ve never had any issues with his care or his progress and they really really do care about each child as an individual and not just a job. My little boy has really progressed leaps and bounds and they support him in developing emotionally and socially. I can’t
think of anything that I would change as we haven’t had a bad experience there isn’t anything that as parents we haven’t immediately been made aware of or been reassured about if we’ve had anxieties. Keep up the good work and well done on the way you support the children in your care.

I have 2 children now attending and can’t recommend the nursery enough. All the staff are amazing, so friendly and great with the kids. My eldest is always talking about them and is excited to go. They do so many fun, engaging and learning activities he has really come on.
When the time came to send
my 8 month old, I knew he was in safe hands. He has come on so well in his development. He’s had a few issues particularly with weaning and the team have been great at helping him.
Really pleased with everything they do and would totally recommend this nursery to anyone.

Where to start to leave a review which will reflect just how amazing Marton Childrens Day Nursery is but most of all its the girls who work there. My youngest daughter attends Marton Childrens Day Nursery and to say she loves going would be an understatement, you can see the excitement in her face when
it’s time to go and when we collect her we hear the stories about how wonderful her day has been. This really is down to the amazing staff who work there, they make learning fun. I could not recommend this nursery enough, it will be a sad day when my daughter has to leave to start full time school and I cannot thank them enough for giving her the best start with her education. Marton Childrens Day Nursery is quite a walk away from my address but it’s worth the travel to make sure my child is in a good setting. My eldest daughter went here too and I’ve never had any problems with this nursery. The staff have been consistent and you can see they really enjoy their job, the
bonds the children make with their nursery workers is lovely to see. I was very skeptical with taking my second as she’s never been with anyone other than myself and her dad, so it was more of our anxiety of thinking what if she’s worried. However, this nursery taught her how to make friends and enjoy her time being at nursery, as well as learning lots of new things and now she loves it. Definitely recommend!

Great nursery with very friendly and approachable staff. Our little girl is 2 and was very apprehensive and upset for the first few weeks as she has always been looked after by family, however, the staff went out of the way to make her comfortable. We have gone from morning tears to skipping in, in
such a short time. Our little girl now tells us how much she enjoys nursery and playing with the kids and the toys. She has come so far with her confidence. We are extremely comfortable sending our little girl here and would definitely recommend to others. Apparently the food is 'yummy' too!

This is the best nursery in the area. The staff are absolutely amazing. There is a genuine love and warmth that radiates from the lovely girls who work there, and it shows, as the children love the friendly homely atmosphere. My foster son loves to go to this nursery and he has come on leaps and bounds

My daughter comes here, when she first started she wouldn’t go in and she was getting really upset, after around a week she would go in and cry when she got in the car to come home. They have been excellent with her and her allergies. She has come on loads with her learning, staff are lovely and friendly

Wow, what a group of girls and what a team! They have been absolutely amazing during this difficult and crazy year. I couldn't ask for any more than they give in the care of my two children (3 and 1year old). They always ensure to meet the needs of the families and children in their care no matter what
the circumstance. Always there with a smile and my children have come on leaps and bounds which not many parents could say in these difficult times and for that I'm so grateful. I fully recommend this nursery and have done to so many.

My child started nursery back in December 2020 and just in the small time he’s been there, he has come on leaps and bounds in his development! Every time we collect him after work he doesn’t even notice we are there as he is just the best time. The staff are friendly and make us feel at ease leaving
our child all day. The fees are very reasonable for what they do for him. Outstanding place, we never want him to leave!

My daughter can be quite particular and funny with new people. She has always been quite clingy with me and this was difficult when trying to think of childcare options. We started when she was 11-months-old and the staff in the baby room have been amazing. She struggled at first and they were so patient
with her. They followed our usual routine as best they could and she settled. She’s now almost 2. Having a break for COVID meant she was really unsure about going back. She had a rocky start but now she comes home and is so excited every day by what she’s been doing at nursery. She always talks about the staff with a smile on her face and I feel comfortable knowing she’s been looked after so well. I’ve never had any issues with this nursery and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants genuine, caring and a fun team looking after their little ones. Thank you Marton.

Wonderful nursery with dedicated caring staff our sons could not be happier with them.
