Our little boy is in this nursery full time and he absolutely love it. The staff are lovely and friendly and we always get an in depth hand over at the end of the day. We are so impressed with the facilities of the nursery and the activities carried out. We are also blown away by the variety of food
offered daily. We were a little anxious about putting him in full term due to work commitments but it's been such a great decision and he has come on leaps and bounds since joining last May. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Hannah and the team go above and beyond.

Our daughter has been here since she was 9 months old and she's now almost 3 and we've had nothing but amazing experiences with the nursery. It has a real family feel to it as you get to the know the staff and really can see how much they care about the kids they look after.
My daughter is so ahead
of her age and i put it down to the teachings, support and guidance she has been given from the nursery and staff. They are outside as often as possible (weather permitting) and the garden and facilities are something that really stood out to us over other nurseries, the size of the rooms and play equipment also drew us in.
We are putting our new daughter in there come October and feel at a massive ease knowing how well she will be cared for, i honestly couldn't rate hannah and her team more

I Highly Recommend this nursary.
Our daughter has been attending Kids 1st Quorum since she was 2 years old, and we are extremely happy with the care she receives. The staff are wonderful and have created a welcoming and comforting environment.
We would like to give a special mention to:

Annabelle
Tia
Kayleigh (both of them!)
They are all especially great and always go the extra mile. We were particularly touched when they organised a cute nativity songs showing for the parents, which was a lovely.
We couldn't be happier with our choice and highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, both our children attend and we couldn't be happier. Our daughter has gone through each room and is currently in the pre school - she has thrived under the care of every member of staff in every room, and now she picks her brother up from the baby room the staff still
remember her and make a fuss! It is clear every member of staff cares and loves their job and it is a pleasure to be able to send our children to a nursery we know is safe and happy with a commitment to helping all children thrive! Every day when possible we pick our children up from the garden as they are outside as much as possible which we love in particular! Communication through the app is a real treat as staff are amazing at sending pictures and snapshots of their day! Management are easily contactable and very front facing, nothins too much trouble for them and they have always helped us when we need extra care etc.Thank you to everyone at quorom kids 1st, we think you are all amazing!

Some staff appear demotivated. There was also a high staff turnover with often new staff we don't recognise looking after the children. My child had quite a few weekly injuries and one bad one which still can be seen after a few months! Some staff needs to improve their communication skills with
parents, totally no manners!

Kids 1st Quorum is an exceptional nursery. The staff are really fantastic, so patient and kind, and clearly care about all the children in their care. Furthermore, they actively seek out opportunities to help the children grow and develop. The managerial staff are friendly and professional, and are
also obviously heavily involved "on the shop floor" and know all the children by name. The food menu is well varied and offers a well-balanced diet. The nursery building is built for purpose and as such, it has everything you could think of, including large garden spaces for each of the rooms.
Thank you for making it so much easier to leave my child (soon to be children!) at nursery.

Thoroughly recommend this nursery, it is absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing - so kind, caring and brilliant with all the children and parents. Each room has plenty of activities that are perfect for that age range. Activities and themes are changed regularly. So many opportunities are
provided - my daughter has been on trips out, had the chance to take part in amazing performances, tried a wide variety of food, taken part in so many different creative and fun activities - the list is endless. She’s grown in confidence, been so happy, we’ve been completely confident she is in the best possible care. Just brilliant. Just wish she could stay there longer instead of going to school!

VERY pleased we placed our daughter here.
Our daughter has attended every room, from the youngest kids (babies) to now where she is in the final room, a little over one year away from starting school.
Initially for two days per week, but most of the time she's attended for 3 days per week.
We did
look at a couple of alternatives, however we are extremely happy that we chose this nursery as our daughter has blossomed into a very rounded individual so far.
Obviously this is not ALL down to the nursery, we hopefully have something to do with it as parents, however we feel the nursery has had a large positive impact on her behaviour, education, and outlook.
The nursery is a welcoming and comforting place to be, and ALL the staff are kind, helpful, considerate and professional.
We cannot recommend it highly enough.

The standard of care offered at Kids 1st Quorum is second to none. The care they offer is personalised to each child and provide a safe environment where each child feels confident in progressing at their own rate. The staff are fantastic and take the time to get to know each child, even those
outside their own direct care.

I can not recommend Kids 1st Quorum highly enough, all the staff are so friendly and professional, my son settled so quickly and even as he moves rooms the staff make the transition so easy for the children. Food is excellent, activities help them develop and I’m so pleased that all the children are
in a happy nurturing environment.

I have a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old and both have been attending this nursery since they were one. Both boys absolutely love going to nursery, which is due to the fantastic staff and activities that they do with the children. The care they receive from the staff is second to none and the
communication between them and us is fantastic.
I can't recommend this nursery highly enough and I will be so sad when my eldest leaves to go to school.

My son has been to Kids 1st Quorum since he was 11 months and is now nearly 4. All the staff are fantastic, friendly and very approachable.
He enjoys all activities set out for the day and is encouraged to join in at all times.
The staff keep me well informed of his progress and any concerns if
they do arise. I have already recommended the nursery to two friends whose children now attend the baby room.

Impressed with learning and play activity split - currently with potty training help.
My child's learning and development (like self-care, speech and
language etc) has been enhanced by the nursery carers.

We are so pleased we decided to go with Kids 1st @ Quorum. My daughter has made massive progress during her time there. The staff are all excellent and show real passion and commitment to the children. She really looks forward to going in and always has loads of fun and comes home with things she
has made or done. The nursery is also really flexible and matched our child care needs. There is never any trouble arranging additional hours if we need them. Overall 10/10.

I attended one of the parent playdates today in my 4-year-olds room and was so impressed at the effort the Nursery leaders put into developing and preparing the pre-schoolers for Reception. EVERY kid confidently stood up and spelt out their own names in a spelling exercise. There were educational
games, exercises that emphasised teamwork, and kindness to one another. The staff should be proud of what they’re achieving with the kids. I’m looking forward to seeing my 1-year old learn and grow in their environment too.

Excellent staff who have made our son very happy. Drop-off is very easy, he will willingly go to staff, which is lovely. All staff, not just those in his room are kind and know his name.

Both of our children have now been through this nursery so we've had almost 7 years of the team's support and care. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and the facilities at Kids 1st Quorum. From our initial visit all those years ago we knew it was the place for our daughter and it's proven to
be a fantastic learning experience for her - the fact that all the staff still remember her by name and chat when she comes with us is lovely - nice touches that make this feel like a big family. Our son has now been through the nursery and had the same brilliant experience.
Purpose built and with great outdoor areas, the facilities are superb.
Whether it be questions or concerns about things our kids have been doing, or help navigating the 30 hours free childcare, the nursery have been fantastic and we'll be genuinely gutted when our son leaves later this summer to start school.
