Nurserytime Team Valley

My son started here at 9 months , and he loves it , and I noticed his development coming on instantly , with the extra interaction and different activities all of the staff are brilliant , the parent app is really good and keeps you up to date of his day to day eating , nappy changes and his activities which he loves , he's always so happy and having so much fun getting messy , I love getting the photos through while I'm at work ! honestly couldn't praise the staff enough , he's always so happy , and knackered by the time he gets home , keep up the good work , I couldn't ask for my little boy to be in better hands , or recommend enough , thank you to you all !!

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our daughter receives at nursery. She has autism and epilepsy, and as she is non-verbal, finding a setting that understood her needs was so important to us. The staff are caring, patient, and understanding, and always make sure she is supported, included, and cared for.

Communication is excellent, and we are always kept updated on her progress and how her day has been. A special thank you to Megan, her key worker, who has such a natural ability to support children with additional needs. She provides dedicated 1-to-1 support and always goes above and beyond for our little girl. We are also so grateful to Dionne and Megan from management for their guidance, reassurance, and support whenever we have needed it.

We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

Brilliant nursery, staff & communication is excellent. My child has thrived since being here, and is excited to go everyday.

Very, very pleased with this nursery!!

We loved it from the moment we viewed it here and we loved how happy the children looked to be there. My little girl is clearly well looked after and at drop offs she is all smiles at the lovely ladies who work here. (Some of them I don't know who are popping in & out picking up other children but every single member of the team says hello and says my child's name when they catch her smiling, a real connection the staff have here even for the children they don't directly work with.) They also always ask if she's had breakfast so they can give her it - not a set structure - they adapt to what your child needs.

Also, as a first time mum who is using some funded hours I had no idea how this worked - shout out to Megan & Dionne who took every call and helped talk me through this. Dionne also helped me make amendments

I called the first few days to see how my daughter was settling and the girls were so reassuring and let me know how she settled.

Ever since my girl started it's has been an absolute delight. I feel very safe always leaving her with the amazing team, they are all very lovely I am glad i choose Nursery time for her. Keep up the good work we really appreciate all your hard work taking care of our little pumpkins

Overall a lovely family feeling nursery

We love Nurserytime Team Valley, they've been fantastic at looking after our little boy. Every member of staff is caring and dedicated and they all take and interest in every child. We really do feel secure knowing they are looking after him while we're at work.

My daughter has been attending since September and it's helped to bring her on so much, she is in awe of all of the staff and is excited to go each day. Staff are very friendly and helpful there is a variety of activities and good choice for meals and it's a great choice for a nursery!

I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

My son has throughly enjoyed attending nursery time, he has really thrived and it has been lovely to see his development, all the staff have been great always friendly and caring. He comes home happy and chats about his day, the staff and the friends he has made.

I am very pleased with this nursery. My son is happy to see them everytime. It is really clear they looked well after him. The team is caring and efficient. They always update of any issue and developmental milestone. The facilities are clean.

My little boy has been at this Nursery for a year and it is amazing. All of the staff are wonderful and caring. They always make sure he's happy which puts my mind at ease. His talking has come along great since starting and he's learned so many new things! I love hearing about his day and I love receiving surprises he has made while here. We will both be sad when he leaves for reception. I could not recommend this nursery enough. Thank you to all the staff!

An amazing nursery very accommodating and the staff are incredible with the children, very patient them and they always give a great handover about there day. Never had any problems or concerns about my daughters care there

Honestly the most stunning little nursery! Staff are incredible, so welcoming & informative. Was very nervous to apart from my little boy coming back from maternity and they made both of our transitions so comfortable, kept me up to date every step of the way and never made me feel silly for ringing a million times. My little boy now runs into nursery with a smile on his face.

This is a great nursery I have a son who has complexed needs (xq28 MECP2 duplication syndrome) and they've done a lot for him there like training for his feeds (PEG). They are brilliant the nursery staff are friendly as well as the nursery manager.

It's the most amazing nursery ever! I came to this nursery when I was a child and I had a great time then and I know my son has the best time ever when he's there! The staff are absolutely amazing no fault at all with them or the nursery. It's clean and tidy and I couldn't give a bad word about the place.

Just want to say thank you to all the staff at the nursery who have cared for both my children over the years. Thank you for everything the kids really love it at the nursery and Sierra will be so sad when she has to leave for big school
