Spring Nursery Highfield

You receive feedback and observations which are delightful to read and to see the pictures of them learning, you feel so proud. I feel completely relaxed when my son is in the care of this nursery, I know he is safe and well. Leaving my son at any nursery made me feel anxious but with the support from great staff it was a smooth transition and my son really enjoys nursery. I am extremely likely to recommend to anyone. I thank all the staff at Spring Nursery Highfield for making this a happy and positive experience for myself and my son.

Staff at Spring have done a wonderful job settling my little boy into nursery. He has formed a close bond with staff, particularly his key worker. It is lovely to see his enthusiasm for nursery and hearing him chatter on about what he has done. Staff do a great job at keeping us informed of our child's daily routines, e.g. nappy changes, naps and what he has eaten. It is also great to get regular reviews of his progress and next steps. The nursery set up is great, providing many opportunities for my child to explore the world through role play, small worlds, stories, outdoor play, as well as writing, drawing, number work and much more. Seeing how happy he is I would definitely recommend Spring Highfield.

My daughter has a developmental delay and found it difficult at first to settle in but due to the patience and excellent staff she has progressed amazingly, all due to this nursery.

When parents have any concerns there is always a member of staff available to help and listen.

Both of our children have attended this nursery. It is excellent and I can not speak highly enough of the people, the facilities and the overall standard of care that they receive.

It is clear and obvious that there is a very strong bond amongst the staff and they appear to have genuine affection for the children in their care.

Both our children have developed so much from their time at the nursery, setting them up for school. Our youngest still has a few months before he starts school and it will be incredibly sad when the time comes for him to move on, as this nursery has been part of our lives as much as the childrens for over 6 years now.

Great communication - love the family app which keeps parents up to date with events or information regarding nursery.Always receive updates on what my son's been up to including photos which helps put my mind at ease.

My daughter has been here for 18 months and really enjoys it. Staff are attentive and have been really accommodating. Communication through an app is also really useful. Application of the 30 hours has been wonderful.

Staff are kind and caring. Activities are varied to help aid learning with lots of singing and dancing and messy play. Kind and nurturing environment, the staff are very kindly and show real care and compassion. Lovely nursery offering a safe and secure setting.

I have been extremely impressed with the nursery since my child joined Nov 18. Staff are caring and friendly and clearly enjoy what they do. A particularly inclusive nursery willing to work as a team with other professionals.

My son has settled really well here. The staff are very caring and seem genuinely fond of him. We are very happy that he is safe and happy there. The staff are very enthusiastic when they tell us what he's been doing and that shows us they care about him.

He loves the food and eats well there. He enjoys the activities and he's learnt lots of songs from nursery that he enjoys singing to us.

It’s a lovely nursery, staff are always willing to speak to you regarding your children any time of the day. Very welcoming. My little boy has settled in well.

Our children are really happy attending this nursery. They both enjoy lots of different activities, in a warm and comfortable environment. The communication is really good from the staff especially at drop off and pick up times. I feel the staff really care about my children and know them well. Both my children enjoy telling me what they get up to at nursery!

I have been amazed at the progress my child has made at this nursery. I was always kept well informed and my child looked forward to going in every morning. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive and I cannot speak more highly of the service they provide.

Both of our children attended this nursery. The manager and her team were always attentive, professional and very caring. I always felt my children were safe in the nursery and it really eased the pressure of being a working parent. The care was child focused and individual. I have recommended the nursery to families over the years and continue to do so. We'll always be grateful for the foundation the children had at the nursery. Great staff - great care.

My daughter attended this nursery from 15months to when she started school. It’s a small nursery, but they utilise their resources well and with creativity. The size of the nursery means that the staff are familiar with each child in their area (baby room is separate to toddler/preschool room). It has a lovely family feel to it as a result. I would, and have, recommended it to others.

I can not rate this Nursery highly enough. Wonderful, friendly staff. Happy, well cared for children. Everyone bends over backwards to help no matter what the problem is.

My son started this nursery when he was only 4 months old and as you can imagine I was so nervous to leave him with anyone while I worked, however, the girls at Spring were and still are amazing with him. My son loves this nursery and his little face lights up as soon as we go in. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Both my boys have been at this nursery and have loved it! The staff are so friendly and always thinking of innovative ways of engaging the children and encouraging their creativity. Being a small nursery, all the staff know every child and the staff are always quick to respond to and act on suggestions or concerns from parents/carers.

My daughter loves coming to nursery, she comes straight in with no tears and is very confident and happy. The staff are warm and welcoming and happy to answer any questions I may have.

As a mother, you worry about your children when separated, but in the care of this nursery I feel comfortable and ensured they do the best for my daughter I know she's safe and enjoys it and learns so much. The staff are always there to comfort her on days she gets upset leaving me and have seen how good they are with the children. I've had a previous child go to the nursery and fully recommend anyone with children within the age criteria to take their children, to this safe and friendly nursery.
