Couldn't ask for a better day nursery. Perfect learning environment with lovely and caring staff. I can drop my daughter off there with peace of mind that she is in the perfect environment to flourish and is genuinely cared for by the team.

Safehands feels like a genuinely safe environment for your child but what makes it is the staff. Fantastic caring people who generate strong bonds with the children. This isn't just a job for them but a vocation and they all care very much about the little people they look after. Flexibility is key as a parent and Safehands adopts a reasonable policy around picking up and dropping off etc. The food has always been healthy and in abundance according to my child. The manager is a great leader and always open to a discussion if required. I'd thoroughly recommend the nursery.

I wanted to leave another review of Safehands as I have just settled in my third baby there. Whilst I was anxious about settling her due to her over clingy-ness that developed due to Covid-19, I couldn't have asked for a more smooth transition. I'm so so happy with how it went. During her first week, she attended nursery for a few hours on the days she would be going, and she absolutely loved it. The baby room Head of Section is her key worker and she really made me feel at ease during her settling in sessions. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I left when I felt comfortable. As I was leaving, I saw my daughter and her key worker in such a lovely moment - they were both fully engaged with each other and I felt so relieved. She loves going, eats SO much, naps well, and comes out beaming each day. I have been going to Safehands for four years now and couldn't imagine anyone else looking after my children. They really are in safe hands and I'm so so thankful to the whole team.

A fantastic nursery, all the staff make the children feel welcome and involved, the staff always greet you with a positive attitude and a big smile my children love to go to nursery. They have a variety of play and learning with lots of different ideas and tasks to challenge their development and individual personalities. A fantastic range of healthy home-cooked food, the children are also encouraged to learn about different foods and get involved in baking. Lots of outdoor play and physical activities, overall a very caring environment. At the end of the day, parents are given a review of the children’s day and observations are loaded onto tapestry so we see what they have been doing, parents can also share what the children have been doing at home too. We have been extremely happy and seen our children thrive in their time at safe hands.

My daughter has attended Safehands nursery since the age of 1, she is now 3. She has been settled and happy here from the beginning! The staff are all lovely and nurturing and the environment is safe and clean. As a family we cannot praise Safehands enough, highly recommend.

August was the last month of a very happy three and a half years for my son at Safehands. A wonderful nursery and preschool with outstanding management. I couldn’t imagine sending my son anywhere else when he was that young. They are all more of a family than co-workers and that happiness in the staff is a wonderful environment for the children. You just know that they enjoy working there. I could trust the staff which was paramount as being a parent that’s the most important thing for us when leaving our babies.

Both my children attend Safehands and have done so since they were very small. The staff at Safehands are incredible and a massive asset to the company, my children are always so so happy to go in, delighted to see their friends and their key workers. They are always doing fun and educational activities with them and lots of outdoor play which is just great for my little ones and they eat like kings and queens thanks to the fantastic cooking. Couldn’t recommend enough.

My children love attending, they settled in quickly and have such fun during their time at Safehands doing many fun activities they don’t get to do at home.

The staff are all really friendly and caring, and the manager is really proactive and responsive to any queries or issues raised.

Excellent nursery with very welcoming and approachable staff. The staff genuinely care about the children and take the time to build positive and supportive relationships with both parents and their children. My little girl has been happy here from day one, I know how much she enjoys her time at nursery and thrives from the fun and diverse activities.
