Busy Bees Leeds Headingley

My daughter has recently started at Leeds Headingley and we have been amazed by her very first visit. She has settled in so well, her key worker is amazing and the nursery its self is brilliant! We had a parents evening today and even though there was not much to talk about as of yet, we were still given the opportunity to attend and ask any question regarding her development trackers. We are so very pleased with our choice of nursery and cannot recommend enough.

My daughter is always happy here. She's made lots of friends with staff and children.

We're very happy with our child's care. He is encouraged to be independent and make choices. He has some good friends and enjoys coming to nursery.

Over the moon with this nursery! I couldn't ask for better for my son or myself. So attentive and personal. All the fears I had as a mother going back to work disappeared after viewing this nursery. 1 million per cent the best nursery we viewed. So happy they had space for our son.

Very impressed with the facilities and staff commitment shown towards the children. Safeguarding is excellent as I have always been asked for the code word before being allowed to pick my granddaughter up. She is extremely happy at nursery and will gladly tell of all the fun things she has done during the day.

Our eldest child has been with Kindercare since he was seven months old and has progressed up through the rooms to Starters, where he happily attends three days a week. His younger brother has also just started and the staff have been as helpful and caring with him as they have been with our eldest for the last two and a half years. The manager goes above and beyond to help too; the most recent example of this is with our application for the 30 free hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kindercare to friends and family and am very happy that my children are looked after incredibly well and enjoy themselves whilst they're there.

My children have been looked after by Kindercare Headingley since September 2014, both attending from 9 months until we moved them to our village pre-school. In that time, the group has heavily invested in the facilities both indoor and out to provide a fun and entertaining environment for our children to nurture. They have been loving a caring, with some fabulous teachers along the way. Thank you for keeping our children safe and happy, we will miss you lots! Highly recommended!

From the moment of our first visit to our child attending, Kindercare has been amazing. They are very attentive and all the staff are so friendly and approachable . The rooms are beautiful and my child is very happy at drop off and pick up. Highly recommend.

The staff are all amazing at the Headingley (Outlet Road) Nursery. They are always professional, caring and very helpful. The only issues we ever experienced were with the finance department who don't seem to be able to keep track of payment. Other than that, I would highly recommend the nursery as the care for my child has been brilliant.

Overall, we are very happy and would recommend the nursery to anyone.

We are incredibly pleased with the level of care our son receives from Kindercare. The nursery assistants and key workers who work with our son are kind, patient and knowledgeable. The manager and assistant managers are well organised, approachable and flexible.

Our son has presented some more complex medical needs since attending Kindercare and the staff have been wonderful in catering and attending to these more complex needs including medical training from outside agencies. We would describe the care as "outstanding" in every aspect. Thank you!

Our child has settled in very well at this nursery. There is a reassuring focus on security and the facilities are really good, with a range of activities. The staff are all friendly, open and practical. They really get to know the children and help them develop and it is lovely to see how much our child enjoys their time there.

The suggested Fob system is a welcomed development.

Staff here have been excellent in helping my daughter settle. They are always happy to take my lead and follow my plans for my daughter with nothing but useful suggestions. They keep me well informed and it’s like she goes from a home to home environment. I feel they really know and understand both my daughter and me. For a little girl that didn’t want to leave her mummy to a little girl that runs to get her shoes when we mention nursery! Thank you Busy Bees!

My daughter has attended nursery since June 2017. I had the best experience in regards to the settling period and the staff were incredible with the transition for both me and my baby. She is now approaching the age where she is moving to the next room and the entire staff team are ensuring we are both prepared and happy before it becomes a permanent move. The management team has changed since she started but this has not affected the nursery team or the care provided. I would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful nursery, a safe space that is fun and so engaging my daughter has enjoyed coming every day since she was 1 year old and now she is 4. I have never hesitated leaving her and this enabled me to go back to work guilt and stress-free knowing she is having a wonderful time. The staff are so lovely, supportive, friendly and caring and take time to know each child and their quirks and probably all the parents' quirks too. My daughter has loved the outside play area, all the learning opportunities and activities including Spanish club. We will both miss it when she goes to big school in September, I can only hope her experience at primary school is as positive.

I don't have children but I left there to go to work genuinely thinking if I did I would 100% not worry one moment about leaving my child there. On collection again everyone had a smile for me and I got more than one persons account of what she had been up to during the day. Very comforting to know how well she's looked after and how much she enjoys it regardless of her missing her parents. Filled me with confidence. Great place, great staff and think they do a fabulous job! Well done guys.
