I would recommend this nursery to anyone that wants a caring, nurturing and safe environment for their child to thrive and develop.

A great nursery which provides a rounded education for preschool children. The highlight is the frontline staff connection with the kids. Trusting relationships are built which really do foster a good learning environment.

Management is becoming increasingly engaged with parents with a current drive to improve communication, learning recording and feedback; and billing.

Most importantly my kids have and still do enjoy attending this nursery.

I have two children at this nursery and have been connected with the nursery since 2016. I think it is safe to say that the nursery has seen some very testing times over this period with various takeovers and different managers running the nursery. The nursery has grown extensively in the last 12 months since the manager has begun managing the nursery. The staff are friendly, engaged and a stable workforce. The nursery appears to be thriving again and my youngest has recently started at the nursery. There is a great atmosphere within the nursery with great facilities for the children. The manager is very engaging and motivated, as are her team, she is always willing to discuss any issues or ideas for developing the nursery and she is driving positive change and developments all the time. The staff are absolutely fabulous and whilst the environment is great and the nursery is well resourced it is the nursery team that makes the nursery so welcoming and engages my children the most.

We love this nursery and our 2-year-old is so happy and excited to arrive in the mornings which makes it so much easier to leave him. The opening hours are great and there is now real continuity of staff so even though he is usually the first in it is nearly always the same two members of staff to greet him. The manager and staff are so caring and really go the extra mile. They provide a loving and nurturing environment and it is evident that the children thrive in this. The communication at the end of the day is excellent and I always feel the staff make time to give proper feedback. The communication from the manager is also excellent and there are regular parent evenings. Our little boy's keyworkers have both been amazing and he clearly adores them along with the other members of staff. The food always looks good and is varied and the indoor and outdoor facilities are excellent. Overall we struggle to find fault and I have recommended the nursery to several friends and family.

Both my children have attended the nursery. Their days are filled with fun and activity, and it is great to see them always playing and smiling at pick-up time. They and we as parents have formed great bonds with the carers. The operating hours are very convenient for working parents and the location near to Otley Road for commuting is ideal.

My 4-year-old and 1 year old attend Busy Bees Leeds Headingley, Buzz Room and Bombos and they absolutely love it. It was quite hard, going back to work after my youngest and the staff have been supportive, gone over and above to help us and my baby genuinely loves going and gets so excited when he sees his key worker. I can't praise the staff in all rooms enough, they are amazing, the kids love them, they are always doing interesting and inventive activities. The addition of Spanish has been a massive hit with my 4-year-old. I love that he's learning and being challenged in such a fun way. He is constantly amazing us with some of the things he knows, and on the build-up to school, the staff are investing a lot of time and support for us and the kids. The outdoor spaces have also been massively improved, a great investment.

My boys are safe, clean, fed and most importantly happy, and if I can't be with them, this is the next best thing!

Our child is obviously very happy at the nursery and it is clear that the staff are playing a large part in his development. The nursery itself is welcoming and well looked after. The staff are all friendly and have excellent relationships with both children and parents. I am particularly impressed as the manager has really turned things around since she first took over. When our first child started attending the nursery, it was badly in need of leadership and obvious improvement all around. There is now tangible evidence that this has happened and more. As such, I always recommend the nursery to other parents.

All the staff are welcoming and approachable. They all really helped to settle my daughter into the nursery and she has made a lot of progress in her speaking since being there. Wonderful layout with a lot of space for children to play, always clean and the food served to the children is of a great variety. The outdoor play area is also incredible.

My son is in his first term at the nursery and he absolutely loves it. He is so happy and the staff are so kind and friendly. He is constantly learning new things, sings me new songs all the time and literally looks so forward to coming back. He has really thrived socially since starting this nursery. Amazing to see!

Our 21 month old loves going to nursery. He has plenty of space to explore and has bonded with a few members of staff. I love collecting him and hearing about what he's been getting up to during the day. As he's getting bigger he's going to love the outside space even more.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees in Headingley for approximately nine months now and absolutely loves it. The staff are all very caring and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the nursery to family and friends.

This a good nursery! There were a few teething problems during Busy Bees take over. However, the manager will go above and beyond to meet the child/parents needs. She has a very open door policy, which is refreshing. The key workers are very friendly and great with all the children. My daughter loves playing in the outdoor space. I think she’ll be sad when it’s time to go to school.

Our daughter absolutely loves this nursery. She previously went elsewhere which we were also happy with however moved due to the extended opening hours which are more compatible with our work. The staff are incredibly caring and great at their jobs. I never worry about leaving my children at Busy Bees. It’s great value for money too!

This is a great nursery and the staff are fabulous. They've always been very helpful and friendly, my son seems to enjoy being there. He's our only son and leaving him there at first was hard but the nursery was really lovely about it which helped a lot. He's been there over a year and we love it.

Great nursery where the staff genuinely care about the children. Great facilities and we're loving the new classes for languages as well as the art, craft and cooking activities they participate in. Both our children have been very happy here and have made strong friendships.

The setting itself is beautiful and presented so well.

My son has been attending for six months and we have seen his development go from strength to strength. The staff are great with him and their communication with us is really regular and useful. He feels really comfortable there which is a testament to the hard work and caring nature of the team who look after him. The facilities are excellent and I would highly recommend.

I have already recommended Busy Bees (Kindercare) previously to friends. My daughter started here just over a year ago and we are really happy with the care and attention she has received in this time. Her key worker knows her wants, needs and personality in depth and we receive lots of information daily on her progress and details of what she has been doing that day. Our daughter has connected so well with the staff in her room, so much so that sometimes she seems reluctant to leave at the end of the day! The options for extra sessions have been a life-saver with our working patterns and the optional parents evenings are a great idea - we have even had the chance to have a parents feedback session a different time, as we couldn't make the recent parents evening. The staff go the "extra mile" too if there are special occasions/events we have received drawings and cards our daughter has made that day for them. A big well done all round to the staff and manager.

It is a very pleasant and enjoyable place which our daughter enjoys very much too. She always comes home and has thoroughly enjoyed her day and would recommend to others.
