Danielle is a highly experienced childcare professional with over 10 years in the sector and holds a BA Honours in Educational Leadership within the Children’s Workforce. As a mother of two young boys, she understands the importance of providing a nurturing environment where children can develop key skills, build confidence, and form positive relationships.

She is passionate about the benefits of nursery education, which she believes lays a strong foundation for a child’s future learning journey. Danielle is dedicated to creating a space where children are inspired to explore, grow, and develop a love for learning through play and discovery.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family, exploring the local community.

Brodie began her career at Bright Horizons in 2019 and has grown both personally and professionally through a variety of rewarding roles within the world of early years education. From the very beginning, she was inspired by the impact early educators can have on a child’s development during these crucial early stages, and this continues to drive her passion every day.

She is deeply committed to training and upskilling the outstanding team, ensuring every member feels confident, supported, and empowered in their role. Together, they put into practice the bespoke Nurture Approach ethos, which places the emotional well-being and holistic development of children at the heart of everything they do.
