Partou Woodlands House Day Nursery & Pre-school

My son started this nursery at a very young age and I was very worried about him being so young. I’m so pleased I chose this nursery, nothing is too much, they will go out of their way to make sure you and your child are extremely happy. My son’s development is coming on brilliantly and I would highly recommend this nursery.

We really appreciate all of the experiences our daughter is getting from attending Woodlands House nursery and the friendships she is able to form. Especially during these difficult covid times, it means so much to us to be able to see photos of some of the lovely activities she is involved in, as this is the only opportunity currently available, for her to play with other children of similar ages. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic.

Both my children have attended nursery here and I couldn’t be any happier with how they have been looked after and developed. My eldest is now at Primary School but always looks forward to going to pick her little sister up from nursery and saying hello to the staff. Nothing is too much for the management or staff and we have always felt we can approach them at any time. Would very highly recommend Woodlands House.

Our 9-month-old started in the baby room in January 2021. I was so worried about how she would settle, especially after not having had any interactions with other people due to COVID, but I'm so pleased with the way she has found her little feet there. The manager allowed me to take my daughter for several settling sessions (more than the standard offered amount) so that both she and I felt happy that she was comfortable there without me. I really can't thank the staff enough for making the transition from home to the nursery so smooth. The girls in the baby room are so warm and kind and I always feel happy driving away after drop offs, knowing that she will be so well cared for. They don't even seem to mind when I call most days to check on how she is. Really looking forward to the coming months where I'm sure I will see her develop and thrive at this lovely nursery.

Woodlands House is a friendly and caring environment, my daughter enjoys going to nursery and always comes home telling me about something new she has done. The staff are amazing with the kids and they really care about their development.

Both myself and my wife are involved in the Education sector and we know how important it is to select the correct nursery for early development. This is our second child who has attended the nursery and we would highly recommend the nursery to all our friends and colleagues. The attention to detail, daily communication and observations give a fantastic insight into the daily routine and development of our child. The staff are all very knowledgable and approachable, the care they provide is first class. The range of activities, resources available, food offered, safeguarding and cleanliness of the nursery is excellent. The staff team do an amazing job and I would highly recommend this nursery to all families.

My eldest attended Woodlands House and my youngest is currently still in attendance. It’s a lovely little nursery and the staff are absolutely brilliant. My son loves going and I would recommend it to anyone.

My son is now in preschool and as with toddlers and babies, he very much enjoys attending. The practitioners provide an amazing, stimulating and educating environment. My son enjoys a wonderful variety of meals, all freshly made by the fabulous cook. Even through the pandemic, the nursery have been able to adapt and provide safe practices with minimal impact to the children. I can't speak highly enough of the support, care and standards at this nursery and would recommend it to all.

The staff at Woodlands House are fantastic, my little girl absolutely adores going to nursery. I am a shift worker and Woodlands House are amazing at making sure my daughter can go on the days I need her to, these are not always the same days every week. Not many nurseries are this flexible.

My daughter started in December 2020 and I couldn’t be happier with the service, staff and how excited my child is to go to nursery. The girls that work in her room are amazing and so enthusiastic about their jobs. My daughter knows them all by name and has come on leaps and bounds since she started here. I would definitely recommend this nursery, it’s amazing and outstanding. Also, I would like to say, all the other staff around the nursery are also very helpful and friendly. The nursery manager is the nicest, most helpful and kindest person too. Thank you for everything you do for my daughter.

My daughter has been at Woodlands House for just over a year. She started in the babies room and towards the end of last year, moved up to the toddler room. Woodlands House is a wonderful nursery where the team are so caring and creative in what they do with the children. Throughout the pandemic (which must have been a very difficult and uncertain time for the staff), they have remained calm and always so welcoming and friendly when the children arrive which instantly puts you at ease. They regularly communicate with us through emails and newsletters and plan great themed play around special occasions and days (e.g. more recently Australia day). During the lockdown, it was my daughter's birthday and she couldn't see family or friends and so they threw a party for her at nursery. It's all these things which make it such a special place and the people who work there wonderful. The team always take an interest in what the children are interested in and plan things around these interests.

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery and she loves all her friends and all the nursery teachers. Every morning, she gets so excited to go to the nursery and play. I definitely recommend this nursery to anyone - they go above and beyond for your child.

Woodlands House has a fantastic baby room, the staff work hard to engage the children in activities every day. The staff are experienced and nurturing, our child loves being at Woodlands House nursery. It's always easy to get in touch with staff if we have queries.

Woodlands House has helped my son develop so much since starting nursery. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. We really appreciate all the support we get from the nursery whilst our son is in the care of the nursery staff.

They take wonderful care of my child every day, and she is always clean and well-fed! I have a very happy child every time I collect her, and the staff are always friendly and keep good contact! I would definitely recommend it!

The staff are lovely. They have made every effort to ensure she has settled back in after Covid, and she is going from strength to strength. The staff always let me know how she is getting on and put observations on the app.

My daughter settled immediately into Woodlands House, despite this being the first time away from us due to lockdown. The staff in the baby room are wonderful and give her lots of lovely experiences. She's built a lovely relationship with her keyworker but is happy to be handed over to all of the members of staff when I drop her off. The daily communication is great and we can see what she has been doing through her online learning journey and on their Facebook page. Having previously been a deputy manager in another nursery, the homely atmosphere and happy children we saw when we first looked around put me at ease and gave me confidence that this was the right place for my daughter. I would have no hesitations in recommending Woodlands House.

I would highly recommend Woodlands House to any parent. Both, staff and setting are amazing, my little boy loves every day there since he started attending at 8 months old. He learns something new every day and he will be well prepared to start school. We couldn't wish for a better nursery for our boy.

Woodslands is a great nursery, and my daughter has settled in perfectly. The staff are very accommodating and my daughter has lots of friends and looks forward to going every morning. All the staff are very helpful and kind and take care of my daughter very well. There are always lots of activities that are going on at the nursery, and the pictures provided online are great to see things that my daughter does throughout the day. Thank you to all the staff and I'd be more than happy to recommend this nursery.
