This nursery and the staff are amazing. They have taught my daughter so much. She develops every single week and most of all, she enjoys going! The staff are always on hand to give feedback and support. It really is like a second family.

My son has been at Sunshine Group for a year and he has definitely gained a lot from being there. Everything from his social skills, to his vocabulary have come on faster than I ever imagined. The staff are very welcoming to both parents and children and it's easy to address any queries or questions
about my son's day to day learning. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their work with my child. Not a day has gone by that he hasn't wanted to go to nursery and we look forward to seeing how he grows in the next year!

Both my children have been or are at Thorncliffe Day Nursery. I have always found the staff to be caring and understanding to my children and put them at the centre. My son particularly struggled to settle back into nursery after Covid-19 and they made sure he was looked after and supported.

Good nursery, lovely ladies who work there, and the manager are lovely too. The children are well cared for at the nursery. The food is well affordable for children to eat there and my son eats the lot, whereas at home he doesn't. My son has come on a lot since being at Thorncliffe day nursery. The
only thing I'd say that is bad is some assumptions in the previous months, which I didn't agree with but the manager was nice about it and we chatted about them.

Our little boy loves attending Thorncliffe Park. His key worker and other staff are kind, and attentive to his needs and know how he is developing through milestones and what is expected at these milestones. This is demonstrated through daily documentation and his learning and development plan. The
environment is bright and engaging, with different, appropriate learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors. The food provided is nutritious, which our boy loves. As parents, we feel involved in his development and staff communication is excellent. The manager is flexible with our attendance, which is a huge help and her door is always open, she is very approachable and knows about our child. We would highly recommend Thorncliffe Park Day Nursery.

My little boy has been coming since he was eight months old. All the staff are lovely and they are so good with him, especially when he's not the easiest of babies to look after. Thank you all so much. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery.

Took my little boy out of another nursery and placed him here. He has thrived at this nursery, they are brilliant with him and take time to speak to you as a parent. They know all about your little one's day and regularly set development targets to help them thrive. They serve healthy food, which my
boy loves and have a sensory room with lights which the kids love. They also have a park on the estate for the children to visit. The staff are so friendly and keep me updated with regard to cost and hours via email.

This nursery is by far the best nursery. I have had both my children go, and although my first child could be challenging at times, they worked with him and how he liked things. I honestly would not recommend any other nursery. The team are like a little family. They all work with one another, and they
are truly amazing. At first, I used to ring up every day to see how my children were, and now I know I have nothing to worry about. I feel so supported by the staff and can ask them for anything, they will help to the best of there ability. To the manager and the team, I cannot thank you enough, keep up the good work, your all amazing.

Thorncliffe Park is an absolutely outstanding nursery. My daughter loves to go and is always talking about the activities she has done while she has been there. The nursery is very flexible with changing her days to work around my work schedule, which is so helpful. All the nursery staff and manager
are absolutely amazing, for carrying on with a smile through the last year due to the coronavirus pandemic and maintaining excellent hygiene standards to helping us as a family to manage my daughter's behaviour. The communication within this has been amazing with regular updates and meetings, and my daughter's behaviour has improved so much, and it’s so heartwarming to hear how much she has improved interacting with other children and staff. I’m so thankful for the effort that every member of the staff has helped with this. I can not recommend the nursery enough! Thank you for all the hard work you do!

Both my sons attend Thorncliffe Park Day Nursery, and they both thoroughly enjoy their time there. The staff and friendly and welcoming. Regular updates are providing in terms of keeping you up to date with what they have eaten through the day and activities they have been doing. Regular updates are
also provided in terms of their progression and targets are given for the children to work towards. Both my boys love going to nursery, and this is a nursery I would highly recommend.

The manager and the team at Thorncliffe are wonderful.
The children are always welcomed with a smile and conversation.
The communication is excellent and prompt too when needed. They are very supportive of our sometimes unpredictable work schedule so this is a huge help to us.
The development in
our little boy has been staggering since he began here at Thorncliffe. He is a happy confident boy who thrives at the nursery and looks forward to seeing all the staff and children.

Both of my daughters have been to the nursery, and both have loved it there.
My youngest daughter is there currently, and I can see how interacting with other children her age, as well as the guidance from the staff, has improved her developmental skills massively.
She enjoys going and is learning
about building relationships with others outside of our family circle.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, including the manager.
I am so glad we chose this nursery for our girls!

Despite this crazy world, the staff have continued like everything is totally normal. The Christmas Party was a great addition, and I hope the staff understand that their hardworking and enthusiasm is appreciated. The flexibility that they offer me too is something I am eternally grateful for!

The nursery staff are very welcoming and friendly. My child loves attending and loves the staff and children, being excited to attend every morning.
The nursery is in a quiet area and easily accessible. The rooms are well equipped and have lots for the children to do.
There are also different rooms
as your child grow to prepare them for school, which I think is great.

I viewed several nurseries when trying to find the right one for my daughter who was 11-month when she started; Thorncliffe had such a warm feeling to it. The staff all seemed caring, and I loved the idea of my daughter going there.
I cannot recommend enough, my daughter goes in without looking back
in the mornings and always has a smile on her face when I peek in without her knowing at pick up.
The staff seem to really know my little girl, shes doesn't seem like just another child there, I believe they care a lot about them all.
A big tick in the box for me was that they provide hot meals at lunchtime, knowing that my evening meal sometimes gets thrown on the floor, it really puts my mind at rest knowing shes had a proper meal in the day with them, which always sounds delicious.
Its such a scary thing passing your child over to another person to care for them in the day, but I feel 100% comfortable that she's being looked after and having fun.

I would like to highly recommend Thorncliffe park day Nursery. I'm happy to send my son's younger siblings next year. All rules of safety and cleanliness are followed without causing concern to children and us parents. The atmosphere in the nursery is very warm and friendly. My son felt good there and
he wanted to come back every day with joy.

A beautiful nursery with a lovely safe and secure atmosphere. The staff are friendly and supportive and maintain excellent links with parents. They do beautiful activities and lots of work is sent home. The food is delicious too.

I selected Thorncliffe Park Day Nursery for my daughter as it had come highly recommended by family. My daughter has been at nursery since she was 9 months old and has loved and thoroughly enjoyed her time there. They have made her feel safe and secure and this has resulted in her enjoying to go and
never getting upset when we leave her which has been a massive relief as a parent. The staff are friendly, approachable and clearly care about the children they look after. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds and they have significantly contributed to her being ready to start school. I cannot recommend the nursery or the staff highly enough.
