All three of our children have attended Treetops Day Nursery and have been really happy there. We will be sorry to leave after nearly 10 years in total! We found the staff to be warm and supportive, the kids were able to get involved in lots of different activities and made lots of friends.

I have 2 children at Treetops and I have been very happy with their time there. My oldest joined from another Nursery and settled straight in and my youngest has always attended since being a year old. They both adore their time there and are always excited to go, often asking on their days off if it's a 'Treetops day'. Staff were very caring with my youngest when he first started and would cry at drop off and they always gave him a cuddle and by the time I had dropped my oldest, he had always settled and I have always felt that they would reach out if there was ever a problem. My youngest son has allergies and staff have always shown support and diligence with his care. The resounding feeling when you step into Treetops is calm; this is something that I have always felt - that staff are calm and set the tone for the children. My eldest will be leaving for Reception at the end of the summer and it is reassuring to know that the links between his new school and Treetops are established.

My child is very happy to go to nursery everyday. Staff are very helpful and understanding. This nursery has helped the development of my child. (Eating, learning etc) I feel comfortable leaving my child at nursery.

Really great nursery - my son loves going and all the staff have been really welcoming and supportive. He's come on so much, developmentally, since starting in January and I feel really happy leaving him there knowing he's well cared for and content.

My child started the nursery in January and I can't praise all of the staff enough, every single person is welcoming and friendly in a morning. The environment is always so calm and nurturing. My son settled instantly and even on days when he has been a little bit nervous all of the staff have found ways to make him feel comfortable and happy. One of my favourite things about the nursery is the structure, the group time and solo play times give the children opportunity for independent play and group social time.

I am incredibly impressed with all the staff at Treetops Nursery. My son has been attending since he was 9 months old and is now 18 months, and over the past 6 months my confidence in the nursery has only grown.

The staff in his room are truly amazing- warm, attentive and clearly love what they do. My son has formed strong bonds with then, and it's so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable he is in their care. What stands out even more is how well the staff across different rooms know him too, taking the time to build relationships with him, which makes the whole environment feel incredibly supportive and connected.

The managers have been fantastic- approachable, supportive and helpful with any queries, whether related to payments or general questions which I can not be more thankful for.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with Treetops Nursery. It is a nurturing, caring and professional environment, and I feel very grateful my son is part of it.

Our daughter has been going to Keham Island for over six months and we couldn't be happier - she always has a wonderful time and is always beaming when we pick her up and blowing kisses to the staff as she leaves, and gets excited when we drop her off. We also really love the varied food they get to eat (that they somehow convince her to try - magic!) and all the nice activities they get up to every day - so many fun seasonal activities. Staff are also highly accommodating of our ever-changing schedule (extremely appreciated as someone who is freelance.) We would definitely recommend it.

Couldn't recommend enough. From day one, the team have been so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. You can really feel that the children's happiness and wellbeing come first in everything they do.

The environment is calm, welcoming, and full of lovely activities that clearly have real thought behind them. It's been amazing to see how much confidence and independence has grown, and how much joy there is around learning.

Communication has also been fantastic. We're always kept up to date, and the staff are approachable and happy to chat if we ever have questions. It's very refreshing!

Would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a caring and supportive setting.

My son has been very happy at Treetops Nursery since he was 14 months old (he is now 2.5y). The staff are friendly and take an active interest in the children. They are accommodating and supportive, e.g. with potty training. The facilities are great - lots of variety indoors as well as a safe and fun outdoor space attached to the nursery. It's really handy having a car park attached to the nursery too! The menu is healthy, with it all being plant based. I also really appreciate the policy of having no refined sugar included at all. Thanks to all the staff for providing a happy and safe environment.

All the staff at Treetops have been amazing with our children. They cared for our daughter from the age of 1 until she left for school. They currently care for our son who is 3,5 ( he started when he was 8 months old) and our youngest daughter who is 1,5 ( she started nursery when she was 9 months old). Our son has several issues which came to light when he was around 2 years old and the staff have been incredible with him. They have been supporting our son and us as a family in every possible way, and made a real difference. As a family we would definitely recommend Treetops. They always put children's needs first and they have supported us through all the problems we had. We are so grateful for everything they've done for us. Abby, the Senco coordinator has been amazing and she is a true asset to the nursery. Thank you for everything.

I attended the Christmas show and was so Very proud of my child, the other children and all the staff involved. The costumes were fabulous. The singing and happy faces clearly showed how much effort had been put in by everyone

I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely committed to each child's wellbeing and development. Children are supported as individuals in a calm, happy, and nurturing environment.

The learning experiences are engaging and thoughtfully planned, helping children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Communication with families is clear and reassuring, and it is evident that children feel safe, settled, and valued.

This nursery provides an excellent standard of care and education, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

We've sent two children to Treetops and the children are so happy here. The staff are warm, friendly and engaging, giving us thorough updates on what the children have been up to each day. The learning environment is fun, with plenty of variety including outdoor activities.

All the staff at Treetops are really lovely and do a fantastic job of looking after our little one. He has settled in quickly with lots of cuddles from them and we're really happy that he is so well looked after.

My little boy came to Treetops after his previous nursery closed unexpectedly. He absolutely adores the nursery and staff and has settled in straightaway. All the staff are friendly, kind and caring and nothing is ever too much trouble. The nursery always has a lovely family orientated feel and calm vibe even on busy days. My little boy is thriving and loves his days at Treetops. I am very grateful for all the care and kindness which which they have shown him and us overall as a family, thank you!

Our son has been at treetops for just over a year now (having switched nurseries when he was 2.5) and our daughter also started a few months ago when she turned 1. We absolutely love the nursery. Staff are so kind and caring, and have taken such efforts to understand our children - they know when they are out of sorts and communicate clearly at the end of the day, not just the basics but how their day has been too. They put on a range of activities for the kids (including sports for the older kids and crafts for all ages) and really invest in making holidays and events special occasions for the children. My son has been so happy here and my daughter is settling well too, testament to the care and thought put in by staff.

Thorncliffe Day Park nursery put on a lovely Christmas workshop, well organised, and great fun activities. The staff were warm, enthusiastic, and great with the children. My son had a good time although he went a little shy. It was lovely to see him get involved in most of the activities. Thank you to the team for a great afternoon.

So happy to have had Treetops Nursery recommended to us for our granddaughter. She has been happy here from the beginning. The atmosphere is calm, warm, friendly and welcoming in a secure environment. The staff are smiley, responsive, and approachable. Routines are well established, and there are many opportunities to explore and create both inside and outside in a variety of place scenarios and environments. Age appropriate groups, resources and stimulating activities to foster children's learning are presented by the well qualified staff. Parents/carers are kept well informed on activities, concerns, children's learning and successes. I would be more than happy to recommend Treetops Nursery for anyone looking for a place.

My little boy has been attending for 6 months now and we are so impressed by the care at Thorncliffe Park. All the staff have been so lovely, welcoming and patient and have really taken my little one under their wing. He struggled with the adjustment at first as expected, but his key worker and the rest of the staff were so supportive, really helped ease the transition & he was settled in after only a few weeks! I always look forward to picking him up at the end of the day and hearing from the workers everything he's been up to. They always talk about him like one of their own, & can tell they really care for him which is so reassuring. They're quick to pick up any concerns, and are really focused on his development. He's come out of his shell since starting nursery, he's a lot more outgoing and confident and it's been amazing to see the new skills he comes home with which is a reflection of the staff working with him. Thank you!
