Both of my children have attended Oak Valley over the years and I have always been very happy with the nursery and staff. Both of them loved attending.

Just want to say bringing my child to this nursery was the best thing I did. He wouldn't settle at the nursery before. I explained he needs that warming environment. He stopped being clingy and really settled down. The staff are all very good and it will be really sad to see him go.

Both my two children have attended Oak Valley Day Nursery and I have always been happy with the care my children have received. Staff are warm, friendly and easily approachable. The on-site manager is always helpful and flexible with any requests in reading swapping childcare hours/days.

Friendly welcoming staff. Find them very flexible and accommodating. My daughter has attended for four years and now my son has just started there too. I like the fact that it is easily accessible, can park right outside. Also like that it is all on ground level. Safe entry system. I would like to see
more outings/trips and different activities such as crafts/baking etc. Could be better organised with paperwork e.g more advanced notice of events and need a direct email to nursery manager rather than to generic group email address.
