My little boy started nursery this week and the staff have been amazing with him he's absolutely loved been there couldn't recommend enough to others. The app the nursery use to keep you updated through the day is amazing and love to see all the activities he's getting up to.

I can't recommend Kingswood enough! They are amazing. All three of my children have attended Kingswood nursery over the past 7 years. My youngest started aged 7 months old in the baby room and then moved onto toddlers and finally pre school. The staff are what make this place- they are the most lovely
bunch, so caring and all of my children built great relationships with them all. Kingswood have always been super flexible as well, accommodating last minute sessions and helping me out when I have needed it! Thanks to the whole team for looking after my family so well xx

My daughter has been at this nursery for the last 6 months and even though she has only been there a short time she has settled in well and bonded with the staff and the other children there. She always gets stuck in and enjoys getting dirty in the mud kitchen with her friends! She often role plays
nursery when she gets home, so I know that she enjoys her time there! The staff always try to accommodate day swaps and always keep parents well informed of changes to funding and up and coming events. I can't thank staff enough for looking after my daughter so well and for making her time at Kingswood so enjoyable.

Riverview Nursery has been a truly wonderful experience for my son. The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and attentive to every child's needs. My child had moved from Riverview to Peaks edge and the manger and deputy manager was very helpful to myself, the child's father for the smooth transition between nursery's. They have been very supportive and accommodating to myself and as a whole.
My child has settled in smoothly with the support
of the management team who know her from her previous setting. My child has an amazing keyworker who understanding of her needs. The management team have worked closely with us as a family and I really appreciate all the support which has been provided. Thank you

I was nervous about my 20 month old in nursery but I knew she was ready I went to look around Peaks edge and it was lovely.
The staff are approachable and friendly they keep me updated about my daughter and the app is really good.

My son has been attending this setting since it opened in September and from the beginning I knew I had made a great choice in a nursery. The management team are lovely and have always been quick to answer any queries. All the staff greet my son with such warmth and he is treated with such good care.
He has developed so much since starting there, which I know it's mostly due to the brilliant learning opportunities they provide him. Thank you so much for all you do for us!!

My son has recently started here and absolutely loves it. I receive regular updates each day including photographs of what he has been up to and a detailed breakdown of what he was offered to eat and how much he ate. The staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming and my son settled so well on his first
day.
Communication is detailed and regular and they explained everything in full prior to my son starting.
The setting is spotless, the resources are fantastic and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Peaks Edge Nursery and the incredible team that works there. From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we've been consistently impressed with the care, dedication, and nurturing environment they provide.
I'd especially like to highlight the amazing work of
two members of staff, in particular, who have played such a crucial role in our daughters growth and education. Their patience, creativity, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. They've built a strong bond with our little girl, making her feel safe, valued, and excited to learn each day.
Thanks to all the hard work the team at Peaks Edge put in, our daughter's social skills, language development, and overall learning have flourished. It's clear that the nursery takes immense pride in what they do, and their dedication is making a real difference.

We have previously had a good experience of the nursery but there seems to have been a shift in the last few months, largely related to the broader leadership and management. Whilst the staff working in the rooms remain fantastic there has been a huge increase in price, alongside an enforcement of hours
that don't serve the community they serve. In addition to the increased price and reduced flexibility, the overall offer does not seem as good. The response of management to concerns and issues has been very poor. This impacted our overall experience and we will be looking to move our child.

Thank you for your review highlighting how fantastic the staff are in the nursery rooms. Unfortunately, Government decisions outside of our control have led to a need to re think how we are able to deliver the times/session etc, and whilst there is still a degree of flexibility, that fully flexible service is no longer viable. However, we still remain competitive in our pricing compared to other local Nurseries and school hours are served by Dore School's own Nursery on site. We will be sad to see you go but understand you must do what is best for your family

My child has been attending Peaks Edge since September. The staff are amazing and know my son inside out. He loves going and will always ask me if he's going to nursery. He is always bringing home artwork and telling me all the fun things he has done with a huge smile on his face. He has made some lovely
friends and I feel relaxed knowing I am leaving him in the care of amazing ladies! The management team are fab too. The nursery itself is lovely and inviting. Very happy I chose Peaks Edge. Thank you for all that you do!

My first child went to Kingswood between 3 and 4 and absolutely loved it. Each day there is always something different to do on one of the messy/crafty tables I doors and the outdoor provision is fab! Big frozen ice cubes in the hit months, shady areas, bikes, obstacle courses, you name it!


The

staff are very welcoming and always give the kids lots of hugs and attention.


Any small issues that came up were dealt with extremely fast and effectively. My older child still talks about all the staff.


My second child there now and has settled in extremely well. Thank you Kingswood!

Highgate Day Nursery is the most amazing nursery. The staff are so kind, attentive and compassionate. They take such good care of our two children. We love the photos they send us and the app is great for summarising their day. They are always happy to help if you call with anything to ask. Our children
aren't old enough to talk yet but it is so so clear they love their time at nursery and they love the staff.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. They have gone above and beyond for my son and made sure all his needs are met and surpassed. I had raised concerns with a member of staff about my son having additional needs to find out that the staff had already taken it upon themselves to put an action plan
in place to help my son and give him more 1 on 1 time without me even needing to request so. After this they have been more than helpful and placed meetings for us to talk about his progress and get him additional support from an outside source. Each member of staff I have encounter have been so polite and caring, it really puts my mind at ease knowing he is genuinely cared for while I'm at work.
