Oak Valley Day Nursery

I couldn't be more happy with my daughter's nursery! She loves the nursery, has learned to eat a lot of different foods, to socialize and to play with other children! The app is amazing, and the staff is lovely! Thanks for your good job!

I have 2 children who attend this nursery, both of the children are thriving and love the carers. They do lots of varied activities and really try to help children facing challenges. It's extremely flexible to my needs and the needs of the children. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My child really enjoys attending nursery. I believe she is very happy there and is exposed to a wide range of different learning experiences. The staff are very kind and caring and she is well looked after.

Oak Valley is a fantastic nursery, each team member provides great care for the children going there. My little boy attends five days a week and he loves it, every day he comes home full of smiles and it’s clear to see he’s incredibly comfortable with every key worker there. They provide a really varied level of activities and it’s always great to see my child developing new skills through things he has learnt at nursery. I personally think this nursery is the best one in the area with a brilliant, caring and supportive team working within it. Their dedication and professionalism they’ve displayed throughout Covid-19 has been a testament to the high standards they strive to achieve.

My child has been coming here for eight months and her development has come on so much thanks to the lovely staff in the baby room and her key worker, who knows her so well. All the staff are so lovely to talk to and are always happy to help. I love that I can see what she been doing on the app. She is always excited to go to nursery and has a big smile when she leaves. I couldn't ask for a better nursery to send my daughter to.

My daughter always enjoys learning and playing at nursery, she gets so excited to go and has a big grin on her face when she leaves. It's good to see the observations via the app. The staff are always giving her new challenges to enhance her development, teaching valuable skills and getting her ready for school. They have kept us well informed throughout the Covid-19 situation too.

I cannot fault anything about my daughter's time at Oak Valley Day Nursery so far. She loves attending, has learnt so much and whilst there, she has formed great bonds with the staff, who clearly really care about all the children. Communication is excellent and they are very flexible.

My son is so happy and his development is moving on leaps and bounds being at nursery. The staff are friendly, helpful and make my son's time at the nursery fun and educational. I couldn’t be happier with things.

My eldest daughter has attended here for over a year and loves going. She goes once or twice a week and always runs in happy. There isn’t one carer that she wouldn’t go to as she loves them all. You can tell she feels totally at home here as when I go to collect her, she marches around demanding things prior to leaving. I feel my daughter has really thrived here in the last year. The app is also great which carers use to send you pictures of your child.

This is my daughter's first nursery and I was so nervous, all the staff reassured me she was fine and she absolutely loves it! The staff are amazing, loving and so caring. My daughter comes home and tells me what she's been doing at nursery and who with and talks about the staff so much! I'm so glad I chose this nursery, thank you so much.

Both of my daughters love Oak Valley Day Nursery. Carers are fabulous, they helped to get my younger one to get settled in and she enjoys every visit. My older one is excited every time she goes to the nursery, she also gets more and more independent. All the ladies are supporting the development of my children and send me observations on a regular basis, so I know what to work on at home with them. Cooperation with the staff is really good. Highly recommended!

My eldest son has attended this nursery for nearly four years now and he loves going into nursery three times a week. He loves the staff and I will be very sad for his journey at this nursery to come to an end when he starts school in September. We will however still have involvement with the wonderful staff as my youngest has just started his journey with them. Couldn’t recommend them all enough.

Could not be happier with this nursery. My daughter has attended for over a year now and the staff are so supportive, enthusiastic and caring. The meals are excellent, very healthy but still kid orientated. The setting is colourful and interactive with personal touches by the children. I've always felt I've been able to voice any concerns and the staff have dealt with them in the highest standard. I love that they use the parents' app so often so I feel part of my child's learning experience and reassured that she's getting the attention and care she needs. My daughter has really close bonds with her key workers and is super happy. Happy child and happy mum.

We would highly recommend Oak Valley Day Nursery, go and see it for yourselves, and you will see how happy the kids are.

I couldn’t be happier with my son's care since moving him to Oak Valley. He absolutely loves it, and I can’t thank the nursery staff enough for being so flexible with my current work pattern, being a nurse in the current pandemic is difficult, but they make it so much easier. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Always friendly, warm welcome and atmosphere. My daughter comes home happy with lots of stories of what she has been doing that day. The staff always help as much as possible to accommodate extra hours.

The care my children receive at Oak Valley is exceptional. I have two children there and therefore experience different rooms and staff. Everyone who works there makes an effort to get to know your child, regardless of they are in the same room or their key worker. The staff are friendly and welcoming, my children run in excited every day and even ask to come at the weekend. We have regular observations and get a brilliant insight into what they are doing and their next steps. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My son has progressed so well since starting nursery last year, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and have such a caring attitude towards the children. I will definitely recommend to friends.

The team have been absolutely amazing since we started taking our daughter to the nursery when she was 6-months-old. They have helped with all questions we've ever had with regards to her development and made us absolutely confident about leaving her in their care. She loves going and sometimes hates leaving, which only goes to show how fun and engaging they make the environment. We love getting the feedback forms about what she has done in the day, and I would fully recommend any unsure parents to use this nursery.
