Oak Valley Day Nursery

Amazing nursery! My daughter has just started and the staff are so friendly and welcoming and helped her settle in. She now walks in happy and content and I can’t thank the staff enough for this! Highly recommend!

My child really enjoys their time at day nursery. They have progressed in their learning journey and is coming home with new skills daily, including new words and actions. The majority of staff are friendly and we have good communication with management. The outside space looks slightly aged and would benefit from a spring clean. No negative comments to raise, I am happy that my child is happy and well looked after whilst at Oak Valley. We love the app and it’s great to see photos and updates on a daily basis.

Staff always try to go above and beyond, always polite and professional.

Oak Valley is an amasing nursery and the staff are so lovely. They made us feel very reassured whilst our daughter was there. We felt she was very safe and well looked after and you can tell the staff put so much into the children to help them grow! Thank you Oak Valley team!

I am so sad to be saying goodbye to Oak Valley Day Nursery after my son leaves in the next couple of weeks to start school. The staff are amazing and they give amazing support. The nursery makes it so fun for the children and always has activities happening and little trips out too are cute. My son didn't settle into another nursery and I was recommended Oak Valley and I'm so thankful I changed him to Oak Valley, he's really developed and has made the best of friendships with the staff and his preschool friends. Thank you for everything.

My child has been attending the preschool room at Oak Valley Day Nursery for just under a year. He was made to feel welcome and the staff and management have been very flexible and accommodating. His days have been filled with fun, variety and learning. His meal options are well-balanced and he’s discovered lots more food he likes. The staff have been very informative and we’ve had plenty of touch points with them during the year. The workshops for parents at Christmas and graduation were fantastic. Would highly recommend Oak Valley.

Starting my son at Oak Valley Day Nursery was the best decision I’ve ever made. All staff are so warm, lovely and professional, and my son has absolutely loved his time there. He’s come on in leaps and bounds since starting. Such an amazing nursery - I’d recommend it to anyone.

My son transitioned to Oak Valley Day Nursery from a sister nursery when we moved house. He has been at Oak Valley for two years, and the team has been extremely supportive, kind and encouraging at every single session. I can't thank my son's carers and key workers enough for the support they have shown me to understand my child's development and also how much my son is encouraged to have the best day he can. He is now leaving for "big school", and I'm filled with emotion! He's ready for the next step, and I believe a lot of this preparation is down to the team at Oak Valley - thank you!

I could not recommend this nursery enough! My daughter started at 10 months old, I was very nervous as I thought she was young and shy but she is now 15 months and coming on leaps and bounds. She settled in very quickly due to the lovely staff and now waves us off when we do the drop-off. Everyone at Oak Valley Day Nursery helped with keeping her similar routine to home to ensure a smooth settling in which was fab. She is so much more confident now, and no longer shy around other adults or children. Highly recommend!

Best decision we made.

My daughter has just recently started here a few weeks ago, and I cannot thank them enough. I have felt at ease with the whole process, and my daughter seems to love it there, always happy when I drop her off and pick her up.

My daughter started at Oak Valley back in June and has come on heaps since! She was a chatterbox anyway but now she's trying to say more and more and can't wait to go to nursery on the days she attends. Which I can only put down to the staff who always greet her at the door with a big hug and a smile. She's always had fun doing a variety of activities and staff are very creative! Thank you!

My soon to be 2 year old son has been attending for almost a year now and has really started to find his feet and is settling in well. At first he was very upset to leave us in the morning and cried a lot. The staff were very reassuring and tried really hard to make him feel safe and secure with them. He has now built good relationships with his teachers and loves going to nursery every day.

My son has been attending Oak Valley since February 2021, when he was 11 months old. During his time there the progress he has made socially and educationally has been astounding. He absolutely adores attending nursery on his two full sessions a week and always talks about what he has done with his carer with such joy. I couldn’t wish to have sent my boy to a better nursery.

All the staff are great at Oak Valley. Our son is developing brilliantly thanks to his carer. I have recommended Oak Valley nursery on social media when Mums have recently moved to the area or are going back to work.

Mum of a child who attends Oak Valley Day Nursery he’s been going since he was 9 months old, he’s come on so much and the staff are amazing with him. I was a bit worried as he has so many allergies but they have always worked with me with his allergies and made sure he’s always happy and cared for. All amazing staff at Oak Valley I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need.

They do so many activities with the children, more than other nurseries I am aware of.

All the staff are friendly and informative about what she's been up to in the day. Her learning is coming on brilliantly and is thriving from all the learning through play they do.
