I cannot recommend The Garden House Nursery enough. As a working Mum, it is so important to know that your child/children are safe, happy, learning and having fun. The staff at the nursery work tirelessly to ensure that this happens.
I feel very well informed of my children's progress; alongside daily emails regarding their day in nursery, we also receive verbal information which is always lovely to hear.
Working in education, I have worked in and visited many schools/childcare establishments and I can honestly say, I have never known such a happy, hardworking team of people. The staffs enthusiasm and high spirit comes through in my own children's happiness and progress and for this, both my husband and I are hugely grateful.
The Garden House is a hugely professional establishment where safeguarding is of paramount importance.

Our children could not have a better start on their journeys as lifelong learners and we recommend the nursery unreservedly.

The Garden House Nursery School has the most friendly and welcoming environment, you couldn't ask for more. My grandchildren continue to enjoy their time there, learning and developing rapidly. The staff team are caring, having a genuine interest in all the children and how best to meet their needs. My grandchildren are both very different and I see the enthusiasm they both have when going to nursery. I can only hope that their enthusiasm for learning continues throughout school and their future teachers take that approach that the staff at The Garden House consistently apply. Ofsted say 'Outstanding' and we (my grandchildren and I) agree.

I am extremely impressed by the attitude of staff and their willingness to care for children and take an interest in what my child has done throughout the nursery day. My child has really developed since being at The Garden House and has progressed quite rapidly since moving up to Piglets. The activities and learning that The Garden House provides is so varied and ahead of other nurseries, tennis coaching, outdoor herb garden.

My oldest boy attended from 2012-2014 and my youngest is currently in his second year at the Garden House. It is a caring and nurturing environment and both my boys have thrived there. My wife and I both feel that our children are simply not being watched or occupied - they are being genuinely cared for and stimulated. They staff are lovely and frequently go above and beyond - one staff member even took my wife to A&E when she injured herself on the way to nursery! The email based feedback system, which gives a detailed report on your child's day, is also a great new innovation. When our youngest finishes at the Garden House we will deeply miss both the place and the people who make it such a special nursery.

A wonderful nursery. My son has been attending since about 10 months old and is now nearly 3. The daily activities are stimulating and fun as well as being educational and my son is thriving here. He always has a smile on his face when I collect him and he enjoys telling me what he has been doing that day. We have even had tears on the way home as he wanted to stay at nursery! I would highly recommend this nursery.

The recommendation I received when my daughter was months old was too beautifully simple for me to appreciate at the time: ‘the children are always happy’ I was told. Three years on, with my daughter weeks from starting at Infant School, I struggle to improve on that observation.
It can’t just be the cheerful greeting that awaits morning and evening, nor the seemingly parental understanding of your child. It cannot merely be the calm control that is so evident in every room, nor the real concern when my daughter is not herself.

Perhaps I can only add to that observation. This is a nursery that has an atmosphere as close to a home as is possible: where children are encouraged to grow and develop, in a caring yet disciplined environment. It is a nursery where I am happy to leave my child; it is a nursery I trust; it is most certainly a nursery I cannot recommend enough.

My daughter who is going to be 5 in September and will be starting school absolutely loves this nursery and so do I . From the first day she started she has really come on in leaps and bounds , she never stops talking about what they do and as soon as you step through the door it has a nice welcoming feel and atmosphere , the staff are brilliant and have took amazing care of my daughter when she has been feeling down or under the weather, I would 100% reccommend this nursery.
