A truly wonderful nursery experience! From the moment our little girl started at the nursery, we've been blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team. The staff's pedagogy is strong and well led- it's clear that every activity, routine, and interaction is thoughtfully designed to nurture curiosity, confidence, and joy in learning. The atmosphere is always fun, lively, and full of smiles. Our daughter absolutely loves going each day - she talks about her friends and teachers constantly! The nursery has created such a homely, caring environment where our child feels safe, seen, and valued. The range of activities is good. there's always something exciting happening. The daily diaries are informative. they keep us connected to her day and allow us to make link with home experiences. The observations are insightful, helping us see her progress and personality shining through. A huge thank you to all the Piglet team - what an amazing team.

My son started at The Garden House Nursery in September when I returned to work after maternity leave, I had all the initial nerves about being away from him, but the staff have absolutely incredible and he's settled in amazingly! I love getting the updates in the app to find out what delicious food he's eaten (and he always snaffles all of it!), and what he's been up to. They have so many things for him to get involved with and provide lots of regular assessments so I can see how he's getting on. He's so happy at pick up every day and I can tell it's doing him wonders being in such a caring and supportive environment. Highly recommend this nursery for anyone in/around the Sheffield area.

The staff at Garden House are extremely caring and thorough. I feel like they know my daughter really well and she feels safe, secure and well-cared for. She has progressed well under their leadership. My daughter says, "I love it there, I am happy to go to school, but will miss my nursery teachers".

I can't praise the staff enough at The Garden House Nursery, especially in the Piglets room where my son is. The care give and relationships they have built with my son are fantastic. They know him really well and use this to support him in the best ways. There is always something fun and engaging happening in the rooms and lots of time outdoors! Thank you for what you do!

Garden House Nursery has been so supportive of my daughter's development. They provide a nurturing environment where their enthusiasm and care for their important work is really evident. It's clear they have really got to know her which was evident in the recent report on her progress we received but is also clear when we drop her off and pick her up. My daughter has so grown in confidence since attending and they were very supportive of her journey to walking as a late walker.

The Garden House Nursery is a really lovely happy place to send your children. After struggling with settling in elsewhere my son flourished here, he made lots of friends and learnt a lot. I didn’t hesitate to send all my other children after the experience with him. They have all been incredibly happy at nursery and loved the staff and activities they do. It is so reassuring to have total trust in the people who are caring for your children. I highly recommend Garden House.

The staff at Garden House are absolutely wonderful. My daughter attends one day a week and struggles with being away from me, but she’s been in two rooms now since starting. All the staff have always gone above and beyond to help her settle in and are just brilliant with her. They always do lots of fun activities, including lots of learning, and get plenty of time to play outside. The room is always clean and welcoming.

All 3 of my children have attended Garden House and they have thrived as a result, the care, patience and attention from staff is amazing and I know my children are well looked after whilst ever they are at nursery. I’d recommend to anybody in the area looking for an outstanding nursery environment.

We moved to the area from France six months ago with our sons. The youngest (3 years old) has been attending The Garden House Nursery four mornings a week. He arrived with no prior knowledge of English at all, nor any nursery experience. We appreciated very, very much that the staff working with him chose to learn basic French to communicate with him! And we are delighted to see that in such a short amount of time, our son has started talking a bit in English, without any other teacher aside. The staff balanced perfectly the move from them talking French with him, to him starting to use English for his daily activities. We also love how free the children are, and how much they can choose to play outside when they think the weather suits them. Numerous activities are proposed, all well-thought and regularly rotating. A really great experience that will give so nice memories of our son but also will give him so many fundamental skills, already so early in his life. Thank you all so much!

My 20-month-old son loves attending the Garden House Nursery. I know this because he is excited on our journey there, he walks in with confidence, his day is filled with doing things he enjoys, and he comes home happy, stimulated and well-fed. He adores the staff and frequently talks about them when he is home. As a parent, I'm regularly updated with not only information about what he has eaten, sleeps, etc but also a description of what activities they are doing today and photo updates. I adore receiving these, and it means I can talk to him about his day when he is home. The staff go to such great lengths to create a varied, stimulating environment, with each week having a different theme and activities. I am regularly updated on my son's development from his key worker. The facilities are wonderful. Communication with the nursery is great. I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with our experience of the Garden House, and look forward to him attending in the years ahead!

Our daughter has been at the garden house since age 1 when we both returned to work. They made the difficult transition to external childcare so much easier. All the staff we’ve spoken to are so caring, and our daughter now loves to go and talk about everyone in such an animated way. The activities are great, meal times seem a very sociable situation and if you ever have a question the key workers are always happy to discuss at pick up or drop off or arrange a more convenient time. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Both of my children have attended Garden House Nursery. The staff have always been attentive and supportive and my children made close bonds with them. Communication with parents is brilliant. Daily updates on the app including photos of different activities they’re up to and if you ever want to go in for a meeting they make time for you asap.

Our 18-month-old daughter has been attending Garden House since she was 1 year old. The staff in the Poohs and Roos room have been incredibly patient, kind and supportive as she's adjusted to life at nursery. They were happy to adjust to our daughter's schedule when she first started, which certainly eased my worries as a first-time mum. We have loved watching her grow in confidence and develop new skills each week, all due in large part to her incredible nursery teachers. She is always happy and smiling when we pick her up, which is the most lovely thing to see as a parent when you're entrusting your child's care to strangers. We love receiving lots of updates and photos throughout the day on the App, so we're never left wondering how she's doing on a particular day. Lastly, we've been impressed with the themed weeks and curriculum, even in the baby room, and love that the staff manage to bring the children outside on most days. We're so glad we chose Garden House for our daughter!

Garden House is a brilliant nursery, I would have no hesitation in recommending it. The staff are wonderful, (so friendly and welcoming) and the management is very approachable and always provides excellent comms. My child enjoys going and has built some lovely relationships with peers and staff members. The drop-off and pick-ups are so easy and it’s so nice to get little updates from how their day was at the door as well as on the app with what they’ve been up to throughout the day. Staff regularly go above and beyond if there are queries/questions. They’re also great with mealtimes/snacks for any children with intolerances/allergies which is always peace of mind. An all round great nursery and I will be sad when my child moves up to school!

Truly an excellent nursery with attentive and caring staff my son has several developmental delays but the staff have helped him make huge steps in his development. With their help and support, I'm sure my son will continue to get better each day. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Can’t be happier with my decision to send my little one to The Garden House Nursery. Super friendly and caring staff in Poohs and Roos room. They plan for lots of activities to entertain the kids. Managers are always helpful and easy to approach. My son looks happy and content which matters the most!

We really love the Garden House Nursery. My boys go twice a week and it is a highlight for them. They do so much great stuff and the staff are brilliant, both so warm and also very professional. The boys took a few weeks to settle, having spent much of their early life in lockdown, but the staff were so good at welcoming them. Now they rush in eagerly every day!

This has been a fantastic nursery for us. The staff are all lovely and we have been very comfortable leaving our little boy in their care twice a week for the last three years. He always comes home happy. It’s a great environment with lots of outside space and they encourage the children to go outside in all weather to play which I think is great. I definitely recommend the garden house nursery. Thank you so much.

Fantastic staff supporting children throughout their early years of development. A vast range of activities organised on a daily basis which stimulates childrens' creativity and self-awareness. Also, a huge variety of learning of different topics is implemented in a structured and motivational manner. Applied high standards of hygiene throughout the pandemic, keeping children, parents and staff safe. Once again, thank you.

We have had a fantastic experience so far at Garden House Nursery. We chose this nursery because the staff seemed very friendly and welcoming and were clearly very experienced. Both my son and daughter absolutely love going to the nursery; they love the staff and always do really fun activities during the day (both self-led and adult-led). They have both developed well in all areas since attending, and the staff knows them very well. The management has also been outstanding and always eager to help in any way they can.
