I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. My 3 yr old has flourished in their care. He is treated with respect and as an individual. His needs are responded to and activities are planned with him in mind. I am consulted about his care and feel listened to. He feels valued and is growing in confidence
every day. I couldn't be happier or more grateful to everyone at Early Steps.

My cousins and sisters children attended this nursery, so I was familar with the setup and staff. We had no doubts that when our daughter was ready for nursery that we would send her here. She loves it and I leave her with full confidence in the friendly staff. No complaints to date. Fantastic place.

The staff are amazing! I cannot thank them all enough for all their help and support as a family as a mother of a child with speech and language they have given and supported us with loads of advice. My son has come on leaps and bounds since being at Early STEPS Nursery and Children's Centre. His language is developing and his physical abilities have really progressed. The nursery always helps me if I need to alter hours and I have absolute confidence in his care. The staff are really interactive
with my son and genuinely care about his happiness and development.

I have found Early STEPS Nursery extremely good at looking after my granddaughter. They are always doing activities that not only stimulate the childrens' minds but also their bodies. The facilities are very good, the staff are really friendly and very professional. My granddaughter always looks forward
to going there and the meals are very nutritious. They have both indoor and outdoor activities and the building is clean and well maintained.

Clean and friendly environment. Friendly, professional and supportive staff. My 8-month-old daughter loves coming to nursery and makes no fuss when I leave her (much to my dismay) haha. She holds her arms out to her key workers with a massive smile on her face on arrival to nursery every time! Feedback
is given when I collect her, which allows me to know what she has been doing and how she has been during the day. Queries and questions are addressed immediately by staff. My child is developing and demonstrating new skills since starting at the nursery and has been introduced to a variety of new foods which she appears to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents!

Both my children have attended this nursery and both have been extremely well looked after. My first son has now left and still enjoys coming into the nursery to collect his baby brother with me, just so he can see all the staff.
I feel safe and happy knowing my child is at this nursery. He's always
smiling when I come to collect him and I know when I have any questions, the staff are always happy to help.

Outstanding service from all the staff. So friendly always smiling. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs. The main point is my daughter loves to go the nursery since we have been coming to early steps and feel so safe leaving her there for the day. We have been to other nurseries but since we found
early steps, I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else. The staff always happy to help with anything. They can always tell you exactly what our daughter has done each day because they are truly invested in each child and helping them to develop to be the best they can be. Really can't sing there praises enough.

I have used several childcare providers for my children and this is the only one that has made me feel the most secure, happy and confident in my decision to go to work and leave them to be looked after.


My little one always comes home happy and chatting about her day, and full of stories of things

she has been doing.


The staff are super approachable and easy to contact, they never make you feel you are putting them out by asking questions or queries.

Absolutely outstanding level of service and care provided. The staff make the nursery what it is, outstanding. I can't recommend this nursery enough.
My children are as 'at home' here as they are in their own home.
The children are broken down into appropriate age groups and correct level of support
is always given.
I would highly recommend this nursery.

Such a wonderful nursery! All the staff are amazing at what they do and will always try to help as much as they can. Clean and tidy on every arrival, perfect atmosphere with all the children. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since putting her in here, she has speech issues but the nursery staff
jumped straight on it and gave me the help I need and put her in touch with the right people. For anyone thinking of sending your child here, you won't be disappointed.

This nursery has really grat staff they are really friendly. There is plenty of things for the kids to do inside and outside. I have 3 children and this has to be the best nursery I have used, my daughter loves going. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

With the faculty being close by, it is ideal for early learning for my son.
He goes three mornings a week and he appears to have enjoyed himself when he is picked up.
The staff provide him with snacks during the day and check his nappy regularly.
I have no doubt that I know my son is in a good, safe
environment and knowing the fact he is also well looked after. This gives me peace of mind throughout my working day.

My child has now been attending this nursery since January 2014. In the 3.5 years he has been there he has been extremely happy. He loves all the teachers and only ever has positive things to say about his experiences. The staff are lovely and are like friends and are gentle are caring with the children.
I
am so glad my little one has spent the first few years of his life in such a lovely environment.

I could not ask for more from a nursery. My son has been here for almost 3 years and loves it. It feels like dropping my child with family. All the staff are great. My son has been brought on so much at this nursery - he's always had a fantastic time.

Excellent nursery with polite staff who always inform you with as much detail as possible as to what your child has been doing on the day at nursery. I would recommend the nursery to other parents and will be bringing my younger boy when he turns two. I have a six-year-old who also attended here and
for that reason, I brought my two-year-old. This nursery brings out the best in my children.

Early Steps at Stockbridge are fantastic. My grandson is doing well and is very happy - that's all credit to their continued support in school with what we do at home. The staff are amazing, very easy to talk to and always have a smile.

My Name is Karen Hibberd, I am the Childcare Manager at Early STEPS Nursery. I have been working with children for over 15 years.
I joined Early STEPS Nursery in 2007 as a Senior Nursery Nurse. As the Nursery expanded I was promoted to Deputy Manager, and was based in the two year old room. In 2010 I began managing the Nursery.
The staff team at Early STEPS Nursery are a pleasure to work with, they put the children first and care about all the children and families in our care. I am very proud of Early STEP's Nursery, and how well the children are prepared for their next steps in education from their time spent with us.
