STEP Childcare

All the staff are very welcoming and friendly every morning and have the same energy in the evening. The staff at Early STEPS look after our little one very well.

Both of my children attend nursery and really enjoy it. I can go to work knowing that they are having a nice day and are being cared for well. The manager is very approachable if I have any queries or concerns. I would recommend this nursery to other parents.

Early STEPS Nursery and Children's Centre is excellent all staff are very understanding and communicate well with the daily activities the children have been doing.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. My 3 yr old has flourished in their care. He is treated with respect and as an individual. His needs are responded to and activities are planned with him in mind. I am consulted about his care and feel listened to. He feels valued and is growing in confidence every day. I couldn't be happier or more grateful to everyone at Early Steps.

My little boy loves this Nursery he comes home with a massive smile on his face and can’t wait until next time. All staff really friendly and really interact with the children. Highly recommend.

My cousins and sisters children attended this nursery, so I was familar with the setup and staff. We had no doubts that when our daughter was ready for nursery that we would send her here. She loves it and I leave her with full confidence in the friendly staff. No complaints to date. Fantastic place. Could not recommend more.

My son has come on leaps and bounds since being at Early STEPS Nursery and Children's Centre. His language is developing and his physical abilities have really progressed. The nursery always helps me if I need to alter hours and I have absolute confidence in his care. The staff are really interactive with my son and genuinely care about his happiness and development.

I have found Early STEPS Nursery extremely good at looking after my granddaughter. They are always doing activities that not only stimulate the childrens' minds but also their bodies. The facilities are very good, the staff are really friendly and very professional. My granddaughter always looks forward to going there and the meals are very nutritious. They have both indoor and outdoor activities and the building is clean and well maintained.

Clean and friendly environment. Friendly, professional and supportive staff. My 8-month-old daughter loves coming to nursery and makes no fuss when I leave her (much to my dismay) haha. She holds her arms out to her key workers with a massive smile on her face on arrival to nursery every time! Feedback is given when I collect her, which allows me to know what she has been doing and how she has been during the day. Queries and questions are addressed immediately by staff. My child is developing and demonstrating new skills since starting at the nursery and has been introduced to a variety of new foods which she appears to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents!

Lovely nursery, my Son has settled great for his first time in a cared for environment. He loves the activities, especially the outdoor space! The staff are friendly and approachable.

Wonderful nursery.

Outstanding service from all the staff. So friendly always smiling. You can tell they all enjoy their jobs. The main point is my daughter loves to go the nursery since we have been coming to early steps and feel so safe leaving her there for the day. We have been to other nurseries but since we found early steps, I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else. The staff always happy to help with anything. They can always tell you exactly what our daughter has done each day because they are truly invested in each child and helping them to develop to be the best they can be. Really can't sing there praises enough.

I have used several childcare providers for my children and this is the only one that has made me feel the most secure, happy and confident in my decision to go to work and leave them to be looked after.

My little one always comes home happy and chatting about her day, and full of stories of things she has been doing.

The staff are super approachable and easy to contact, they never make you feel you are putting them out by asking questions or queries.

Such a wonderful nursery! All the staff are amazing at what they do and will always try to help as much as they can. Clean and tidy on every arrival, perfect atmosphere with all the children. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since putting her in here, she has speech issues but the nursery staff jumped straight on it and gave me the help I need and put her in touch with the right people. For anyone thinking of sending your child here, you won't be disappointed.

This nursery has really grat staff they are really friendly. There is plenty of things for the kids to do inside and outside. I have 3 children and this has to be the best nursery I have used, my daughter loves going. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I have no doubt that I know my son is in a good, safe environment and knowing the fact he is also well looked after. This gives me peace of mind throughout my working day.
