I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention they give my son.

The staff are friendly and empathetic to parents and children alike. I have never felt the need to call and check on my little one as I am absolutely confident that she is in good hands and they will always call me if they want to check anything or if the little one is not well without hesitation. It is a lovely homely environment, little one especially loves cuddles with the staff and enjoys the hot meals. I could not recommend highly enough.

My son has been attending the nursery for just under 2 years now! He started when he was around 7 months old! We have had a very positive experience so far and my son has developed so much since starting. The staff are very friendly, caring and very approachable.

A great addition this year is the App which has helped us stay connected a lot more easily to our son's progress.

My son has attended Early Steps Nursery for two years, and he has come on so much since starting. The staff are lovely and compassionate, he feels safe and secure enjoying the four days a week he attends. Best nursery in the area by far, would definitely recommend to other families and relatives alike.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, my daughter is loving her sessions. The feedback and updates on her progress have been amazing. I can’t praise them enough as since day 1 it has been wonderful and the facilities inside and outside for the little ones are great.

In this time she has been supported by a number of the workers, each time showing an appropriate level for her age. I have seen her develop at such an amazing rate since being at the nursery.

The outdoor area is large, safe and secure and my Son loves to be out there having fun, whether that be on one of the bikes, the mud corner, splashing in the water or chasing around his little friends.

My little girl loves this nursery and all the staff are lovely. I have noticed my little girl grow so much being here. I decided to start potty training late November and I was quite worried about her going to nursery, but I did it and explained our routine and they did exactly the same. It literally took 1 day of a few accidents and then she was super! They helped incredibly. She comes home from nursery counting, singing, telling me things she has done during the day and she is only 2.5! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

His language skills have improved significantly since starting at nursery due to their varied curriculum opportunities.

My daughter has been at Early STEPS less than a year and absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and have brought her on so well, especially her speech. The rooms are very spacious and the outdoor area has plenty to do. I would 100% recommend.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery. At first, she was a bit shy and cried when I left her but now she will run off and play with her friends. She does a range of activities and often brings home lovely keepsakes. She enjoys her hot meals for her lunch and eats them all up. The staff are really friendly and very approachable. Taking her to this nursery was the best decision I’ve made.

My son has been going to the nursery for the last year and has come on in leaps and bounds since starting. He currently attends for two days a week, he enjoys the activities and gets on well with the carers. He loves to play outside and I'm happy to say that they make the most of the outdoor space (weather permitting). I enjoy having details of what he has been up to every day. Due to external circumstances, we have had to swap my sons days around at nurse quite a bit, the manager is very understanding, and accommodates us on this wherever she possibly can.

The staff are friendly and good with my child. Space is open and light. Independence is encouraged and all sitting together for meal times gives great chance to learn from peers. Activities are more limited than we hoped and more creative choices would be welcomed. Feedback is all positive in the report book and we'd like to see the worst times reflected. It feels like a safe space for learning although often feels understaffed and that understaffing can effect safeguarding in terms of access to the building.

Overall the experience is good, as my child is enjoying the time they spend in the nursery.

I have been very impressed with the nursery - all the staff talk to my child with respect and gentle discipline and show great care and patience. I am so happy my little one is excited to go to nursery each day. The good is hearty and homely. The play and learning are structured, yet nurses my little one's imagination.
