There is outside space, lots of equipment, healthy meals. I wouldn't send my child anywhere else.

All staff very friendly and professional with both myself and my child. My child loves going to nursery and has flourished since joining in all aspects. The space provided is clean and well-kept, thank you!

A really welcoming nursery environment with an array of excellent learning opportunities available each day for children of all ages and academic levels. The staff are all so caring and work hard to make sure the children are having fun. The nursery is always spotless. Highly recommend Early STEPS!

Amazing nursery, super friendly staff and my son loves his time there and has come on greatly with his social skills and learning. Very happy with his progress and can't wait to see how he gets on next year!

My daughter has attended nursery since she was 9 months old and I honestly couldn't recommend Early Steps enough. Every parent always feels nervous leaving their child to attend a setting, but from the very beginning at her show around before she'd even started there I knew we had made the right choice. The staff have always made us feel heard and supported as parents, our little girl skips in there every morning and never wants to leave - she has so much fun! She has thrived and gone from strength to strength as she has progressed through the rooms. I couldn't imagine now having sent her anywhere else!

Lovely staff, chatty and welcoming. Always happy to chat about my child's day and what she has done. They have a huge range of toys and the way the rooms are split works really well for the different age groups. My child is offered a wide variety of food and healthy snacks. I always feel comfortable dropping her off and know that she is in good hands.

Since my little one has started at the nursery she has come on leaps and bounds and now she's in tremendous twos she gets to be with her little friend and it's so lovely to be able to drop her off and know she's In Safe hands

Our child hasn't been attending for long but the staff have been reassuring and kind to both our child and us as parents. They keep us updated on progress as well as activities they do throughout the day and we can already see the positive impact going to nursery has had on our child. In short, it's not easy making the change and putting your child in nursery but all the staff have made it easy for us and we couldn't feel more comfortable for our child to be with them.

Both of my children have gone to Early Steps and loved it! One is currently there and one moved a few years ago to infants school. They have 2 resident guinea pigs and my little one loves them! They have a teddy giraffe in preschool they share and take turns taking home to have fun and upload photos of what he's done with the child!

Wonderful nursery, my child loves to be there and it's lovely to see how happy he is when I collect him at the end of the day. We get regular updates on an app with observations showing his developments which is such a comfort knowing he's happy, enjoying himself and learning new skills whilst I have to go to work. 10/10 from me!

Phenomenal lot. All are obviously caring and love their job. Wouldn't even consider any other nurseries. Our daughter is always well fed, enjoys doing loads of activities, and loves all the carers there. Outside space is well managed and the overall facilities of the place are brilliant.

My little boy came to Early Steps Nursery and Children's Centre in September. He found it difficult to settle at first. But the continuity of staffing in the room and their enthusiasm really helped him to settle. We are given regular updates through the app as to what my boy has been up to with observations from his key worker, what he's eaten, how long he's slept. The management are friendly and approachable too. We are very happy with everything about our decision to send him here.

Early Steps Nursery is a lovely, warm and caring place where I know my child is properly looked after. There is a real feel of care for children and their wellbeing. Updates and face-to-face chats are always available by staff and there is always someone free for a quick chat. The manager is friendly and helpful and never has said no if I have needed to talk to her at any time. My child seems always excited to go to nursery and this is the perfect sign to know he is happy and comfortable there. Incidents are informed through the nursery app for parents to read and acknowledge. There has never been an incident that I have not known about from them which says a lot about the openness and transparency culture of the entire team. I highly recommend Early Steps Nursery!

My son has been attending Early STEPS Nursery since he was 8 months old. Through every stage of nursery, all staff have been caring, kind, and supportive and a pleasure to trust them with my boy. My son is so excited to go to nursery each day and has a fantastic relationship with the staff there. I cannot sing their praises enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a nursery for their little ones.

Early steps provide a safe and secure environment that I am happy to leave my 2-year-old in. The staff provide regular assessments and updates on progress which are insightful and fun. They're always coming up with creative ways to entertain/educate the kids. They often guide development and what should be the next steps for my child. The kids there always seem happy and comfortable. My 2-year-old absolutely loves attending Early Steps. He started at 10 months old and immediately developed a fantastic relationship with the staff. The staff are what makes this nursery special: they are completely dedicated to the kids, they build really strong relationships, they offer development opportunities, and most of all they make it fun for the kids to be there.

Early Steps is a fantastic nursery with wonderful staff and great facilities. I was so anxious about sending my daughter to nursery when I returned to work in January 2024 but staff were so kind and reassuring. They really do create a home-from-home environment and it is clear to see how much they care about all the children as individual little people, as well as each other as colleagues and friends. At the time of writing my daughter is 16 months old and absolutely loves going to nursery, which I believe is thanks to the positive energy staff bring every day which the children thrive off. From our experience, I would never be in any doubt about recommending Early Steps.

My son has attended this nursery for around 6 months now and I have nothing but praise for the staff here. They are absolutely brilliant with my son. His confidence has come on leaps and bounds. He is also a lot more sociable now than when he first started. They helped hugely when the time came to start potty training, following on from what I do at home. Thank you for all you do ladies.

I have had both my children at steps. The staff are caring. They help with anything they can, talking and helping parents as much as they can! They also keep the app about my children well informed. 100% would recommend them to anyone!
