Bluestone Nursery, Leigh

We could not recommend this nursery highly enough.

My little boy loves this nursery, he always walks in with a smile on his little face and he enjoys all the homemade, yummy, healthy food made by the chef and has made special bonds with all the staff. I love listening about all the fun he has had when he comes home.

When we collect our granddaughter the nursery staff are always very professional, we are asked our password before entering, but most importantly our granddaughter is happy and content. The staff are friendly, smart and caring.

Great nursery. I love hearing about my boys' day and all the things he has been doing. The online learning journal system is brilliant to share information, track his development, and look at photos of him playing. The rooms are nice, with lots of things to do and the outside play areas are always inviting. Overall a happy friendly environment, I would definitely recommend the nursery to others.

What a lovely way of rewarding your staff for all their hard work. I have two grandsons one who is still with you and one now one in reception. Thank you for nurturing my lovely boys.

My little girl has just started here in the last few weeks. After putting it off for so long as I was so anxious about leaving her, I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made! She has come on in leaps and bounds in such a short space of time. I cannot thank the ladies here enough and love that I can leave her here and be confident in knowing she is well looked after. Thank you all so much.

This is an excellent nursery and my little girl absolutely loves it. She has made such a good connection with all the nursery staff and other children. I love seeing her walk in with a smile for everyone and it's great as a parent knowing your child feels happy and safe whilst at nursery. I'm so impressed with the care and attention that is put into the children's day, from the activities they do to the food they eat. We also love the app where we can view what our little girl has been up to.

A lovely homely, friendly nursery, it feels more of an intimate setting, staff are lovely and children are too. My little boy is very happy here and has come on immensely, I would highly recommend Bluestone, it’s a safe, creative environment for children.

Outdoor areas are a good size, clean and well kept. My kids love to spend their time there.

My daughter has loved her time at the nursery, she started in the toddler room which was her first experience of a nursery and the staff immediately made her feel at ease. My daughter quickly made bonds with the staff, the other children and loved all of the activities which were available to her. Being a fussy eater initially, my daughter soon joined her friends in trying the various meals on offer and has become much more open to different foods. She made brilliant progress throughout the different areas and the staff always fed back to us in this progress. The online learning journal system used by the nursery is fantastic as we could access pictures and read her observations, which is a great insight into her day. Our daughter will greatly miss everyone at the nursery but has taken some fantastic knowledge and understanding with her.

Excellent nursery, staff are very friendly, welcoming and show care and love to each child. Children have a different activity to do every day and enjoy every second of their day. The menu has very nutritious meals and a wide range of different meals every week. I would definitely recommend this nursery as I have had different experiences with other nurseries and this one comes out top for everything.
