Bluestone Nursery, Leigh

They took care of my kids really well and provided support for our whole family. You feel the family atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I couldn't recommend Bluestone's enough and I can promise that every child who attends will enjoy themselves.

Our daughter was initially very nervous starting nursery, we were offered numerous settling in sessions which allowed our daughter to be comfortable and gain confidence at the nursery. All the staff were patient and caring and now 4 months on she loves going and is thriving! She does a huge range of activities which we always receive photos of via the app, and it's reassuring to be able to see what she's eaten, and how she's slept that day. We can't thank the staff in the baby room enough for helping our daughter settle in and now fully enjoy her time at nursery!

Bluestone Nursery is an amazing nursery. All the staff are polite and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and I could trust them with my little boy. My little boy has just started school but I believe if it was not for the staff at Bluestone he wouldn't be so confident and ready for school like he is. My little boy loved the nursery and all the staff. Highly recommended!

Bluestone have looked after two of my children (my last just leaving at the end of August to start school!). They have provided me the best support with both my children and helped me with everything. They treat the children like their own and I know that they both enjoyed themselves thoroughly. I want to thank them for all the care and support they've given me over the last 6 years and I want them to know what an amazing job they have done moulding my children. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery. Their children will be fed like royalty, experience a range of activities, have knowledge about plenty of topics and most importantly, their children will be doted on by each member of staff they come into contact with?

My little boy has been at Bluestone since he was 10 months old and recently started school. I cannot thank you Bluestone and their staff enough for helping him grow into an amazing little boy. They have helped me over the past 5 years as a single mother. Always able to accommodate extra days and always there to listen. Staff from Bluestone have become lifelong friends and I will always be grateful for my sons time at the nursery.

My son attended Bluestone Nursery from 9 months of age until 2 years of age. During his time at this nursery, he absolutely thrived. Nothing was ever too much to ask from the owner, manager or any of the staff. They were very professional and caring. I was initially very anxious to leave my son with the nursery as he had never been taken care of by anybody other than myself and our family. However, during his first few weeks attending Bluestone, the staff sent me emails every day that he attended, with photographs of my son attached. This reassured me so much and put my worries at rest. The staff there did not have to do this for me but did it as an act of kindness and it did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, we moved out of the area and we had to move my son to another nursery otherwise he would still be attending now. I would recommend this nursery to everybody, the staff are unbelievably great and devote their time to helping each child’s development grow.

Bluestone is an absolutely fantastic nursery - my son attended the setting from 11 months old to 2.5 years and has flourished under the care of staff. All members of staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable and regularly discussed my child’s needs, learning goals and gave activities to do at home to encourage development. My son thoroughly enjoyed attending Bluestone and made friends during his time at the nursery. Honestly, I could not recommend Bluestone nursery enough to friends, family and individuals looking for a nursery in the Leigh area.

Bluestone Nursery was a wonderful nursery for my daughter. She thrived and was very happy. The staff are lovely, kind and friendly. The kids were all so happy, it is such a close-knit homely nursery. The chef is also the best! Management is very responsive and anything raised and addressed promptly. I didn't have any bad experiences at all with this nursery. I was always confident my child was safe and well looked after.

My son has been going to Bluestone Nursery for just under 2 years. I have recommended this nursery to everyone I have come across! The staff are lovely and friendly, my son has special needs and cannot communicate using words, it's a struggle to understand sometimes what he wants or needs, which must be difficult for the staff at the nursery, but I always felt comfortable leaving him there and confident knowing that they always do their best to keep him happy and stimulated. The management has also been incredibly supportive from the start, helping me every step of the way to get my son the support he needs. One of my favourite things about Bluestone is that the children have a day filled with fun and activities, but also educating them in the funniest way possible. If you want a nursery that will go above and beyond for you and your children, then definitely look at this one.

Both of my kids have been going to Bluestone since they were very small. All the staff members are so caring and professional in every aspect that they never missed home. Their social and communication development is awesome. We never had to worry about anything while they are in nursery. We always have a piece of mind that they would be having fun and learning all good things what they need to in their early life. I can’t thank all the staff members for their hard work during the Covid pandemic. They worked so really hard to take care of our kids and keeping them safe. Definitely they are the best around.

We feel proud to say that our Son attended Bluestone Nursery and we can not thank them enough for all that they did for him.

I find Bluestone Nursery to be extremely excellent in all aspects in early years care and the staff are professional in their work. My child has come on in leaps and bounds since attending Bluestone Nursery and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

Staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond. My daughter is always so happy. Definitely recommend Bluestone Nursery.

Yesterday the staff took some of the children to the supermarket in Leigh, where they gave out flowers and cards they had made. The shoppers were delighted and thanked the children for making their day. They even saw one of their preschoolers who was on half term break. This action was part of Random Acts of Kindness Day. The nursery often make random acts of kindness, giving flowers to staff, treats of cake and many other treats which are greatly appreciated by all recipients. All staff go the extra mile in helping the children to grow into confident young people. The kindness shown will be replicated by the children themselves. I am so pleased my grandchild goes to this nursery.

The Bluestone Nursery staff have become a second family for my two little boys. The staff are so kind, caring and attentive and always have their best interests at heart. My boys always have so much fun here and it puts my mind at ease when I leave them to know they are having the best time, they always come home with paintings and pictures they have made for us which I love. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Could not recommend the nursery enough. My son has been attending since being 10 months old and he’s settled in and developed so much. All the staff go above and beyond and it’s like a second home for him. He really does enjoy his days in nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My son has attended for six months and has loved every minute of it and he has learned so much. All members of staff are lovely and understanding. The cook is amazing. He makes delicious healthy food every day for all the children. I can't thank everyone at Bluestone enough for everything during the time my son has attended and I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else.
