Busy Bees Lancaster

The care afforded is second to none, there is a wide range of resources for learning and play and my little one looks forward to attending daily (and asks to attend on weekends).

The staff are all so friendly and make everyone feel welcome. I would highly recommend the nursery. I will definitely be sending my other children.

Once I had a chat with the staff at Busy Bees in Lancaster there was no doubt on where I want to take my child to nursery. The staff are very friendly, professional and caring. Made us feel very comfortable which is important for a parent.

My grandson has attended this nursery for over a year now. They were very good in helping him settle in and they build good relationships with him. Satisfied with all facilities and he is very happy there. Happy boy, happy nanna.

We loved Snapdragons as soon as we viewed it. The staff have been amazing with our son and the reception staff are always extremely helpful with anything requested of them. The food isn't as great as it was before but still an excellent service provided all round. Our son loves it and has made a great group of friends and progressed so much ready for "big school".

My son has attended since he was 6-months and still does now (3 years). He has always enjoyed going to nursery and I have known him to be unhappy there. He is dropped off and collected with a smile on his face. The staff are very attentive to his needs and communicate any issues in his learning and development with me continuously.

From my daughter starting at the nursery, I feel it has always been a very personal touch each time I have taken her. All the staff are very warm and welcoming. It's a great place for the children and they all seem very happy to be there.

My grandchildren have been attending nursery since they were two. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I find it a nurturing place for them.

I do not worry one bit while he is there and I love catching up on his activities via 'Parent Zone'

Both my daughters attend and have done since they were nine months old. I found it hard going back to work and leaving then but it was made all the better by the staff. The staff are wonderful and my daughters come on in leaps and bounds. I couldn't be happier with having them here. They learn so much not just about playing but learning and social skills. I was quite sad at leaving them on their first few weeks but I'll be even sadder when they have to leave.

I am so impressed with the overall care of our 14-month-old daughter and also the professional behaviour towards myself and my partner. Every single staff member in the nursery always smiles/says hello and makes us feel welcome. The most important thing is our daughter loves the nursery and she is so happy there, which makes us feel relaxed. We love the fact we feel part of it due to the photos/videos they take so we can see how busy they keep our little one and what they have been up to. If we have any more children there is no doubt they will go to Lancaster Busy Bees

All 3 of my children have been to this nursery and loved it - it is a lovely clean building with excellent facilities both indoor and outdoor. My child loves going to nursery and we never have tears at drop off time - in fact, sometimes she is reluctant to leave at the end of the day! This nursery has built my child's confidence and she is always learning new things. The staff are all really helpful and very friendly, I feel confident that my child is left in the best of care whilst I am at work.

Fantastic staff that make an effort to remember your name, not just another mum walking in. They interact with your child whether they are responsible for them or not. Daughter loves it there, so much to do, learn and play. Fantastic online portal so you are always up to date with your child's progress and can make comments too. The meals are great, daughter loves them, always a great variety. Great place to go, would always recommend it

There is very good communication between staff and myself and they always do their utmost to provide the best possible care for my son.

I have been using Busy Bees in Lancaster now for a little over a year. The reason we chose Busy Bees was because they were the most accommodating with times for dropping off and collecting the kids. However the reason we have been loyal to Busy Bees is the level of care they provide ..... my son absolutely loves to go there, he runs up to the front door desperate to get in. The staff are extremely friendly and always go the extra mile to support and help, they really care about the children. You get the impression the staff are there because they love it and want to be not because it's their job.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees to anyone if you don't believe me go and see for yourself......

Overall my husband & I are both very happy with the care the nursery provides for our 2 year old daughter. The opening times are suitable to our requirements. We have a good rapport with most staff members. We have noticed confidence in all aspects of our little girls development since starting nursery at 10 months old. The management have been flexible & accommodating with occasional dates which we have requested to change.

We've been extremely pleased with Busy Bees, our son is 2 and has attended since he was 1. Prior to this his sister who has special educational needs attended and they were excellent at accommodating her needs. While she attended, unfortunately, my daughter's needs became greater and she moved on to a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting!

Our son is thriving here, his language has come on tremendously and he comes home singing the alphabet song and counting.

Highly recommend the nursery on every level!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busy Bees to any parent.
