Busy Bees Lancaster

I can confidently say Busy Bees has been the best place for my daughter and the staff warrant their Outstanding Ofsted status.

My nephew has been at this nursery for 2-years now, the manager and all her team are brilliant; they are so good with the children and parents, I don't know what I would have done without them. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who wants good people looking after there children.

Great nursery with some fantastic facilities. Our kids have been to two nurseries that have both been excellent, Busy Bees tops it though as their management and handling of things during Covid have been brilliant. Kids love it and you can't ask for much more. Good number of male key workers/carers, which is important.

A great friendly and stimulating environment for my children. Staff keep the kids very active and provide daily activities that aid development, such as letters, numbers, colours and shapes. My children always look forward to going into Busy Bees.

The staff are helpful and caring, they always have time to listen to any concerns and work with you to reach milestones such as potty training. The activities have really helped progress my daughter's development and I feel she will have no problems moving on to school. A lovely and well-organised nursery.

We choose Busy Bee's as our childcare provider due to the flexibility of being able to book additional days and also the brilliant facilities. Our little boy loves the beach room and the outdoor space. The staff are friendly and professional and our little boy has built good relationships with key people. We like being able to track his progress on the app and feel he has made a lot of progress whilst at nursery.

My son has thrived since starting nursery at Busy Bees. His language and counting he's developed even further and at the age of 1 is a really confident little boy playing with other children as well as on his own at home. The st6aff are always friendly and really encouraging. Being at nursery he's also helped with his routine and the staff at Busy Bees have managed to get him to take naps!

I love this nursery as the staff are so nice and polite, every time I drop my son off I have no worries whatsoever. My little bot learns so much and I am such a proud parent.

My 2 children have attended Busy Bees since they were little (10 and 8 months old). From their first day, staff have really helped them settle which made it that bit easier leaving them. My eldest child is now at school but I was impressed with how pre-school prepared him for moving onto primary school by giving him opportunities to practise everyday routines such as registration, story and mealtimes and more importantly making friendships. My younger daughter is now in 2-3s and loves nursery - especially her morning cuddle with staff who know her very well. Both of my children have been fortunate to have consistent staff as they have moved through the different stages of nursery which has made transitions seamless. We are more than happy with Busy Bees and I have every confidence in the staff who I trust to care for my little people!

Food and drink: prefer fresh/tinned in juice fruits, not biscuits, ice cream or other high sugar content foods. Cooked breakfast is preferred. We give our boys egg and yoghurt before leaving to boost their breakfast meal.

Busy Bees helped myself and my child's dad with communication issues we had by arranging a communication book. This has helped to keep a log of what is happening with my child both at nursery, at Dad's house and at my house. It has even helped myself and Dad to communicate between ourselves better.

We chose Busy Bees in Lancaster as the hours, location and flexibility to change days suited us and I’m glad we made that choice. Our son is thriving and clearly benefits from the social interactions with the other children and staff as well as the activities offered. He is well looked after by caring and dedicated staff - everyone takes time to get to know the child and he is clearly at home in the Nursery.

Busy Bees has been a fantastic experience so far, for both our daughter and ourselves. All the staff are lovely and the settling-in process was great. The online parent zone is a great addition and we love to see our daughter's progress during the day.

Excellent nursery, very well organised and the staff are great. Always felt very comfortable dropping my son off and confident that he will be happy and safe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My son started nursery in December 2017 and has settled in very well as a result of all the staff. The staff are very caring and plan lots of fun activities for him. I also enjoy the parent zone, which allows me to log in online and see how he has been that day and what he has eaten.

Nursery is amazing! I have had no issues leaving my son with the staff from his first day at 9 months old. They all love him and look after him amazingly. He learns so much and gets to see and experience so many new things. I will always recommend Busy Bees in Lancaster to any of my friends.
