Busy Bees Lancaster

As a nanny, I love picking my grandson up from nursery as he is always happy and tells me about his day. The nursery will bend over backwards for the children to make sure they have lots of fun. Great, healthy and homecooked meals. On World Book Day the staff will make sure all children are in fancy dress, even if someone forgets. July is when my grandson leaves for big school and we will miss everyone.

My son has attended Busy Bees Lancaster since September 2022, from the first initial visit I felt completely comfortable with the staff and the nursery itself to leave my 1 year old with them. The nursery has such a warm and welcoming feel, the staff go above and beyond for you and your little one and nothing is too much to ask for. The management are very approachable and friendly. Taking your little one to nursery for the first time and someone else looking after them is never an easy transition as a parent, but the staff made this transition so easy and relaxed. My little boy loves going to nursery and this is down to the staff and the activities and facilities they have. He always comes home with a smile on his face and as a parent that speaks for itself.

The manager and the team are fantastic! Both my boys attend Busy Bees Lancaster Day Nursery with a six-year gap. You are made to feel so welcome and a part of the family. Both boys progressed so much and never had a problem going. My eldest son loves picking his little brother up as he get to see his old room leaders.

This is my second child attending Busy Bees now. I felt so confident with this nursery that my youngest started there at 14 weeks old when I went back to work. The team are fantastic-they are caring and look after each child as if they are their own. My baby loves going to the nursery each day. They are all very welcoming and the children are always doing activities to keep them busy. The staff really care about the children and nothing is too much trouble. The children have plenty of toys to play with and space to move around in. I would not send my child anywhere else. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

All of the staff at Busy Bees Lancaster are brilliant. My daughter loves going to the nursery, there are lots of activities they do e.g. painting, playing and reading. Her speech and confidence have improved a lot since she has been coming here. I would recommend this nursery to family and friends for definite.

I am very impressed with Busy Bees. The staff are excellent. They know each child and are very caring. They are always ready to chat with you and listen when you have concerns about what your child needs.

Every member of staff I have spoken to at Busy Bees, Lancaster, is caring, passionate and extremely thoughtful. They really get to know each child and have their best interests at heart. You can see how much individual progress has been made and how the children are genuinely happy to be there.

Busy Bees Nursery, is a pleasure to bring my child to. All the staff, including the management, are friendly and welcoming. They want to know how you are and your child. My little boys loves coming to nursery every day and it's a joy to see how excited he gets before we come through the door. He has progressed so much and is confident with all he does at nursery. Any issues/concerns have always been dealt with, brilliantly.

The staff are brilliant and so attentive to my child's needs and always check in regularly with my child's dietary requirements, as she's current dairy and gluten-free. Handover, morning and evening are friendly, but the only pointer I have is, in a morning, is to ask if there is anything they should know before I leave e.g., sometimes, I give her medicine when she needs it and I have to prompt to mention it.

My son loves Busy Bees. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My son has settled in well with his new group and key worker. He loves the variety of activities and different themes that they look at, throughout the term.

Outstanding nursery. My wee girl is so settled and the staff care so much! They have been so supportive around my daughter's allergies. I cannot fault Busy Bees. Thank you.

Busy Bees has been fantastic from the start. My son has a health problem and nursery have made sure they understand this completely and I feel very happy and relaxed on dropping my son off at nursery, knowing that he is cared for and his needs are met every time. In the short time he has been there, the feedback and updates of his days are a joy to receive.

My son has been at nursery for a few years now and we have no trouble. They have helped him with his speech and how to share and play with others.

Brilliant nursery. Very welcoming and very helpful when moving my son from childminder to nursery. They made my son feel calm and were very comforting to him when he got upset on his first day.

My son really enjoys nursery and is building in confidence every day. He has developed really strong friendships with both his peers and adults. It is nice leaving him every morning knowing that he is safe, loved and learning. He really enjoys his food at nursery and he has a great choice. He has lots of toys and activities to choose from and loves playing in the outside area. The staff are very friendly and caring and will do everything they can to make my son's nursery experience a success.

My children love going to nursery. They have made lots of friends and enjoy the varied activities. As well as enjoyment the nursery has helped with their eating habits and they try the varied food on the menu. In particular, the nursery manager is fantastic and has been supportive for day one! My children's teachers are brilliant and cannot recommend Busy Bees enough.

My son started nursery in September and he absolutely loves it. The staff are great and the nursery is managed really well. I would definitely recommend this nursery. There is a great range of food on the menu and the app is especially good.
