Partou Willowdene Day Nursery & Pre-school

Having placed two of my children in Willowdene, I can honestly say that I have already recommended it to a good few people now. From my first introduction to the nursery, I was very impressed by the openness and transparency of the place, and how it is run, which I found very reassuring. The staff are very friendly, approachable and the nursery has been very accommodating with suiting our working hours. We have always had lots of daily feedback, and parents evenings, which I'm aware some nurseries do not provide. I also feel that staff have known both my children as individuals and have worked with their personalities to bring out the best in their little characters. My youngest is currently enjoying a very lively pre-school.

We have been coming to Willowdene for 13 years with all our children. My child is happy, confident and social. She loves her keyworkers and has a great relationship with them. She looks forward to going to nursery and loves telling us about her day.

We have two girls that attend the nursery. The team at Willowdene do a fantastic job to create a caring and nurturing environment where our girls love to learn and grow in skills and confidence.

I highly recommend this nursery.

Lovely staff. Willowdene allows me to go to work without worrying, knowing that my child is in safe hands. They treat our children like their own whilst helping them learn along the way. For that, I am very grateful

My son has come on leaps and bounds at Willowdene. The staff have been attentive in providing support and listening to concerns around my son and his allergies. I have always found the nursery to be accommodating and more than happy to communicate on any level. The activities my son does, he really enjoys and talks about his interactions with his friends.

My little boy started at Willowdene Nursery on a full-time basis at 6 months old. He has just turned 2 years old and Willowdene feels like part of our family. The staff are amazing, so friendly and attentive, and the care they offer the children is simply wonderful. Communication between the nursery and home is great and the online learning journal is great and easy to access to see what fun he has been up to and the skills he is developing. Every day at pick up time a thorough breakdown of meals, sleep time, nappies etc is given and it has really helped me establish a routine with him at home. The meals on offer sound delicious and he is eating a wide range of fruit and vegetables. I really can't recommend Willowdene enough - they have my son on a full-time basis which he loves and my mind is totally at ease whilst I'm in work full time, knowing that he is having fab opportunities every day to have messy play etc which I can't always offer at home. Very happy mummy and son!

I would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter has been so happy here, and the staff have given her memories, strength, guidance and education from start to finish, to start her school life with confidence and the tools she needs for later on in life.

The chef is also really great. My daughter has allergies and will often have something made especially for her so she never misses out.

I have been very happy so far with the nursery and the staff are lovely, very caring. Also, value for money compared to other nurseries in that nappies, wipes, milk and 3 meals a day are provided, breakfast served up until 9 am which isn't the case elsewhere. The food is well thought out and the menu varied, better than what I can do at home! My daughter seems happy here and will continue to use this nursery.

My friends have also had children in there and are really happy with it.

My daughter absolutely loves Willowdene, she has come on so much since she started in January. All the staff are amazing. I am so pleased that I chose this nursery.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was 18 months old. She is now in her final year in the pre-school. She really enjoys going to Willowdene. Every room has provided the correct level of stimulation for her to develop. The activities they do are always very creative and educational. She has made lots of good friends there and it has helped her with making the next step of starting primary school in the next few months.

Both my daughter and son have been attending Willowdene for over a year now. They have both settled really well in that time, made friends (with the other children and staff) and their social skills have come on in leaps and bounds. During their time at Willowdene both of them have moved on to bigger rooms and the staff made the transition very easy and my children were comfortable with this. They always come home happy after a day at nursery. The staff do an amazing job every day and I know my babies are well looked after and cared for. My eldest will start school in September and it will be extremely sad when she has to leave x

Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and give me peace of mind when leaving my daughter. The food menu they offer is great and encourages my daughter to try all different foods.

Willowdene is such a lovely nursery. All the staff are really friendly and approachable . My daughter who is now 5 went to Willowdene and loved it and now my 11 month old son is there. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family.
