Partou Willowdene Day Nursery & Pre-school

Partou Willowdene is the best place for every kid to be, I brought my son a few months back and he has really improved in so many ways. All the staff are very nice and supportive, their professionalism is compared to none. The nursery environment, the ambience are very nice and good for children's safety. There is no discrimination whatsoever and I really love their service. I would love to appreciate every member of staff for the good work they are doing.

There have been some lovely improvements to the nursery in the last few months, it is such a lovely place to bring my daughter. She is really enjoying her time at preschool. It's made to be fun learning and she has some lovely preschool friends. Great work to all the staff. I always feel confident my daughter is looked after while in the care of the nursery.

Willowdene Private Day Nursery and Pre-school really is an outstanding childcare setting - having had a child previously attend and one still at the nursery, I can’t imagine them being anywhere else. Staff really do go above and beyond to make the place a home from home for the children in their care in the way that they welcome and look after them. From the settling-in, the handovers to the communication about what the children are doing daily and the food that they provide, I couldn’t ask for more. The most important thing, my children have thrived and enjoyed every moment of their time at Willowdene which speaks louder than anything I could write!

My little boy started this nursery last year and it was such a new challenge for the both of us. I was very apprehensive as he is my pride and joy but honestly the staff are so good and so encouraging. He struggled going in at first and there was tears from us both but the support I received was so brilliant and he now runs in and even asks for his key person at home. I am really happy with the staff here and he has come on leaps and bounds. I love that I can ring at any time and they are always honest and I love my picture updates it puts my mind at ease. This is a truly lovely nursery with very down-to-earth staff. Im so grateful!

Both my kids have been to this nursery and absolutely love it. Staff are amazing, so nurturing friendly, knowledgeable and care about each child and their development needs. Always willing to help if you have any questions.

My child has really come along since going to Willowdene. The staff are fantastic with the children. The manager is lovely and makes you feel welcome, and never like you're inconveniencing her when you have a query. It's clear that the staff love children and enjoy what they do. The facilities are good and the building is secure. Would recommend, very happy with our experience so far.

My daughter loves attending Willowdene Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Widnes and the staff in her room are amazing. They are always so positive, caring and nurturing. There are always so many lovely activities for the children and the staff are keen to offer as many learning and playing opportunities as possible. My daughter is a very confident and outgoing little toddler and the staff are so keen to help her learn and develop. I love hearing about her antics during the day! I feel the quality of the nursery has improved greatly since my daughter started in April 2022. The communication and feedback about my daughter is excellent and I love hearing and seeing how she has been getting on. The app and the Facebook pages are lovely to look at and see how she's getting on.

A lovely nursery that my daughter is very happy to go to every day. The nursery provides nutritional meals and always provides alternatives if a child doesn't like/won't eat what is provided. She is well taken care of and has lots of opportunities to learn and grow whether it is indoors or out.

My little one enjoys going to Willowdene Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Widnes. They provide lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Staff are nice and caring. Management team responds to parents concerns very fast. I can see a positive influence from the school on my child.

The quality of the nursery has gone from strength to strength since the manager has returned from maternity leave. My child has settled well and is cared for extremely well. The staff are all nurturing and always happy to see you in the morning. The communication is excellent and the resources and facilities are good too.

My daughter loves attending Willowdene Nursery and her key worker is a big part of the reason why. What a lovely girl who is brilliant at her job, a complete natural. The key worker has built a great trust and friendship with her. My daughter is straight over to her when she arrives at nursery and I leave knowing she is in great hands and is going to have a great day. The key worker always greets you with a big friendly smile and is happy to see my daughter. When I collect my daughter at the end of the day, the key worker provides honest and informative feedback always. Her key worker shows a great interest in my daughter's likes and dislikes and development and is always very complimentary and enjoys telling me things she has done. She always goes that extra mile and I can't thank her enough! My daughter has been at Willowdene since she was six months old and really enjoys her days there. She is well looked after by the ladies in her room - thank you all.

The staff are always friendly, happy, very pleasant and helpful. We are so happy with the nursery, the team and the activities that they do there and the level of care, support and communication. They have certainly made a great connection with her and she's so happy to see them each morning! It really does make us rest easy as parents knowing that she is happy, being well looked after and is enjoying herself whilst there.

The staff are amazing here. My daughter is so happy here. I was initially worried about putting my daughter in nursery at 6 months old, but Willowdene has made the experience so positive. The activities for the children are so good and the staff are always happy.

My son loves going to nursery here. All the staff are wonderful, they are so good with the children. It gives me peace of mind knowing he goes there and enjoys himself as well as learning and developing into his own person. He had plenty of variety for his meals and snacks. The staff, especially in the baby room, keep you informed and contact you if they have any concerns as well as listen to you should you have any concerns or like to keep baby in a routine.

The whole team has done a lot for my daughter and helped her open up from being a quiet baby. My child has had a lot of issues and they've supported her and helped her grow into the bubbly toddler she is today.

I cannot sing the praises of Willowdene Private Day Nursery and Pre-school enough. My son started there at 7 months old and left to go to school. He learned so much at Willowdene, made many friends and the staff became like family. My son can be awkward about food and sharing things and the patience and care shown to him and his needs were exemplary and I never ever worried about him in their care. He will miss Willowdene.

Nursery staff always make you feel welcome every day. They have helped my son grow and develop since 9 months old a year ago now. Our little man is always happy when we pick him up, he explores so many different opportunities and gets to enjoy all the messy play! The menu is fantastic giving him a wide range of foods and he always has a variety throughout the week! We feel extremely comfortable leaving our son here every day knowing he's having the best day!

Excellent nursery - the staff always go above and beyond for my grandchild. She has really come on since starting the nursery. She enjoys taking part in good activities and enjoys playing in the large outdoor area.

Both of my children absolutely love coming to Willowdene. They have both come on leaps and bounds within their development. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and certainly know my children well. The manager is very friendly and is always helpful if I have any questions. The menus are really good with lots of healthy things on there that my children enjoy. I would definitely recommend Willowdene to anyone looking for a great nursery.

All the girls are great with my little one. My older daughter went here as well from nine months until she started school. The manager is very helpful when I have needed extra days ect.
