Since my daughter has been with the nursery, her progression has been amazing. They offer a structured day, and I know when she goes to school in September, she will adapt really easily from the support she has received. Keep up the good work guys.

Such a brilliant nursery - we couldn’t be happier with it. The staff are excellent and have always gone above and beyond to ensure our children have settled in well. The nursery provides such a warm and nurturing environment, and they offer a vast array of different activities for the children each day. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Quays.

Our son started at The Quays Day Nursery and we have been absolutely blown away by the service and care so far. From the tour of the nursery to him starting and the care of our son. Such a brilliant nursery. Friendly staff, wonderful food and top-quality care for my children! My daughter attended prior to going to school, and my son now attends, and we can’t fault the nursery - it’s amazing!

The staff are so lovely and accommodating to our specific needs as a family. My child loves going to preschool, and I feel they are preparing all the children for the next steps into school life wonderfully.

My daughter is very happy at The Quays Private Day Nursery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter comes out of the nursery very happy, chatty and tells me all about her day and cannot wait to go back in to see her friends and play. I am very happy with the development and the environment they have created for the children is amazing.

My son started in the toddler two-room at The Quays Private Day Nursery in January 2021 just after his second birthday! I had the usual parental concerns, but they have all been unfounded as the staff at The Quays Private Day Nursery have been wonderful and really helped him settle in and thrive! Seeing his daily activities on the app and daily debriefs have shown us how well he is doing as a child, who is a late talker and also how well supported he is. He has developed good relationships with his key worker and the other staff, and I am able to get on with the day knowing he is both safe and happy. The staff are always available to chat on the phone if needed and home to nursery correspondence is brilliant. The menus are fantastic, activities are always changing, and the indoor and outdoor spaces are great. Thank you so much to all The Quays Private Day Nursery.

Great staff and a lovely nursery. My daughter loves going there, always comes out happy and always learns new things. She always talks about her day and she made so many friends too. She also loves the teachers; they look after them like their own child, and I never a bad word to say.

There wasn’t one member of staff who we didn’t take to. You can have a joke and a nice chat with everyone, but when things were serious, they were brilliant at their job. My boy was diagnosed autistic, and the attitude from them was immense; they helped us all the way through, even to the point of extending his stay whilst we were fighting to get a school for him. The Senco staff were better than we could have imagined getting and the help and support they gave was second to none. If you get the chance to go there, take it as it’s an amazing place with amazing people.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My daughter has been attending for a little over three years now and it has been a great experience for her and us from day one. Everything from care to meals to activities and early years education has been top-notch. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful nursery with wonderful staff. My Little One has been with The Quays for 3 years and they have always made every effort to support our family. She loves her friends and teachers, and we are all so sad to be leaving!

We have attended The Quays for the last 7 years for both of our children. They started in the baby room at 7/8 months and left when going to school. Warm, clean environment with great facilities. Lovely homemade food and great extra activities such as forest school. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced and really get to know the children.

We will really miss everyone at The Quays and thank everyone for their amazing, professional and friendly service.

Both my children attended the nursery and we have been extremely happy with the standard of care they have received. Nothing is ever too much trouble for all of the nursery staff - from the day to day carers and supervisors, to the nursery managers, cleaner and cook, it’s a very welcoming and friendly environment. My children really enjoy their days at nursery and all their activities are well documented on the online system and communication between parents and staff is brilliant. From day one the staff at The Quays have been fantastic - with the home visit allowing us and our daughter to get a feel for everything and get a full understanding of how the settling in sessions would work. The settling in sessions were great and really put us at ease and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed them. The regular updates via the parent app were very reassuring at the beginning, allowing us to see that she had settled in so well and was having a great time playing outside and getting involved in all of the activities. The difference in her since starting nursery has been noticed by all of our friends and family as she has become much more confident around others and learning new things every time she is there. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

I've recently returned back to work full time. I was initially worried about leaving my one-year-old, but he's actually flourished at The Quays. He's settled in really well. The staff at The Quays are excellent because they really listen to you and try to adapt to your child. The communication within the nursery is great. They all know my son's name, even the cleaner. The nursery has a really homely, warm feel which I love. I'm so pleased to have found somewhere where I don't have to worry about whether my son is getting the very best care. The activities are engaging and vary. I'd like my son to go outside a little more but I expect that will happen once he moves out of the baby room and when the weather gets better too. I strongly recommend this nursery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming across all rooms/management. Thanks for everything so far!

The Nursery has been a fantastic support for me and my daughter who has special needs, the Nursery has gone above and beyond to support her, the staff are amazing and friendly it’s a lovely welcoming environment. A great place to develop young minds - would highly recommend.

The nursery and staff are fantastic, my child loves going here and has done well over a year. The staff care about each and every child, my child has come on leaps and bounds with his speech and is growing so fast! He learns something new every day and is always telling me something new! Would highly recommend this nursery!

I would highly recommend The Quays nursery! I was so worried when I was returning back to work as my daughter was very clingy and wouldn't go to many people without getting upset so I didn't think she would settle in but within weeks we could see the difference in her which was amazing, the confidence it gave her towards others and she has come on so much thanks to all the lovely staff. They are so welcoming and always have a smile on there faces!
